Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport several times now, the number ending in 1812 I was told failed, so I ordered another, however I just got 2 letters saying 2 direct debits have been setup, called support, not cancelled.... both direct debits cancelled, both numbers hopefully now cancelled

@verge I'm not sure what VPN tech Apple Privacy uses, but I know I have all kinds of issues with IPSec VPNs on certain cell towers on @ThreeUK - I can tell as it works in some areas and not others. I assume they have different generations of tower with different config / CNAT.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. New phone and sim arrived. I phoned up and customer services said put the new sim in, they would activate it so my old sim would stop working and my old number would transfer across. This worked for half an hour, and the new phone and sim showed my old number 1/

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK @jordancomolli 3 used to be very good to deal with! Unfortunately this is no longer the case. It saddens me that they take your money on complete lies. When you ask them to honour what you were offered it suddenly becomes an issue. Think twice before signing with 3!
