    @ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing happens, shows all the correct carrier settings in settings but doesn’t show three in the top bar, and I get no signal. I can’t call three from it either :(

    @ThreeUK worst customer service I’ve ever encountered place an order for a new contract yesterday morning as well as paying 49 quid up front and 3 separate people I’ve spoke to haven’t a clue when my phone will be delivered after I was told it would be here today

    @ThreeUK So your three customer service in trinity Leeds is the worst I have ever come across...and then to find out I have possibly been miss sold a contract wow bring on customer service on Monday! So much for customer loyalty...

    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I was advised by customer relations I'd get two months free line rental. I was told I had a month free insurance but I was charged for it. I was told I could have 4 months free YouTube premium but no one told me its for new customers only. I was told 30 days for the watch 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport No it’s true I’m trying to get help but they haven’t got a clue what they are doing. I have had an ongoing issue since October which still hasn’t been resolved. I have been lied to multiple times and today I’m now on my 5th complaint
