    @ThreeUKSupport is 5 g not working as can’t watch anything due to non stop buffering got the 5g hub in my home won’t even do a speed test on phone on 5g so something wrong

    @ThreeUK what a complete shower of **** this service is our lass has spent over 10 hours on phone on numerous occasions sorted things out eventually,only for the idiots to keep taking money when she's £400 in credit

    @ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    @rickyrob1970 @ThreeUKSupport Same here. Very poor signal in the centre of Leeds ,which is supposed to be the countries fourth city.

    @ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

    @ThreeUK I really need to cancel my contract with you but each and every time I've tried it's come down to a bloody password that I don't remember. I need this sorting because now I've had a notice for money owed for a phone I've not had for 2 years!

    @ThreeUK Stop my ******* contract NOW!!! I am sick and ******* tired of paying for a contract that I haven't ******* used since the beginning of the ******* pandemic! You send me to a debt agency which I've refused to pay... But have... Just to get rid of you!!! **** off!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport keep getting  my3auth.text.generic.error When I try to change password on three website to log in and check my account. I'm not going to spend what little time I have jumping through hoops to fix this. If you can't fix it for me you are in a breach of service

    @ThreeUK we are a new customer that’s just moved over to you on a 24 month contract and it’s only been day one and the signal we are getting on the box is 2 bars at the most, barely able to browse social media let alone watch shows on Netflix !! Please can you reply me ASAP

    @ThreeUK To add to the constant flow of scam phone calls we now have scam text messages flowing in, these appear to come from MyHermes and request that you pay money to get your non existent delivery redelivered. A very insecure network being run by @ThreeUK @Hermesparcels
