    @ThreeUKSupport It keeps wanting to 'activate' it yet won't connect to any network, both Wi-Fi & mobile, in order to let me connect to iTunes to do this. All they offered in store was a much more expensive contract at £51pm, not the shiny upgrade I was promised last year

    @ThreeUK worst customer service I’ve ever encountered place an order for a new contract yesterday morning as well as paying 49 quid up front and 3 separate people I’ve spoke to haven’t a clue when my phone will be delivered after I was told it would be here today

    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing happens, shows all the correct carrier settings in settings but doesn’t show three in the top bar, and I get no signal. I can’t call three from it either :(

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Basically this is only the tip of the iceberg and I have to resort to twitter to get some service. My phone cannot ring in or out after an iOS update. The phone cannot be repaired only replaced say Apple!

    @ThreeUKSupport i got the replacement sim when i called up three after i got my phone stolen a while ago and only got a replacement yesterday - i’ve tried taking it out and tried in another phone too and still no service

    Are @ThreeUK genuinely calling up their users trying to offer upgrades/discounts/unintelligible or are these scam calls? It was hard do understand because the VOIP system or whatever in use was noise gating badly, plus narrow bandwidth and foreign accent. So apologies if I'm rude

    @ThreeUK I have been on hold with your customer support team for 27 mins and after someone finally getting back to me was told “I need to disconnect the call to receive a call back” and have not been called back. Absolutely absurd, will be cancelling my upgrade.
