@ThreeUKSupport hi, ever since I swapped to three and ported my number over my iPhones iMessage and FaceTime won’t work with the ported number as it only recognised the sims original number even though I receive calls to it fine on the ported number. Any help? Thanks.

@ThreeUK I need to speak to management over an expired plan & new plan deals. As a loyal customer of 10yrs I have been given a reduced rate last year of £5. This year I get no reduction for a 12mo plan despite the shabby network I've suffered this past year inc Twitter meltdown

@ThreeUKSupport The case was closed because I wanted a date I would receive a new SIM card. I had been lied to on 4 separate occasions before they closed it. And today I find that 3 have stolen £358.28 out of my bank account. Unbelievably crappy customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I asked for a cancellation figure she gave me it but said wasn't processing the cancellation until I had spoke to tech support. Waited 10 mins for an idiot to respond with he didnt know why I was calling then hung up.

@sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK I ran out of runway on my voda contract - otherwise fine. Missed out on the best deals, so since I've moved figured it was an opportunity to reset. I might be partially regretting that thought if I'm honest. Vodafone is a damn good network generally.
