@ThreeUKSupport I'm not fussed by 5G as I mostly prefer a decent 4G signal and speed I've just put a request in right now for a new sim card to see if that would fix the issue I've had for the past duration of my contract. 4G did used to be pretty good indoors but that was when I owned Iphone 5s

@ThreeUKSupport nah mate. do the math. you sell a 25gb PAYG pack for £15 a month, and thats free internationa use. a 12gb contract is £12 p/m with roaming charges for 14days adding £70 so over 12 months you pay £35 more on a contract than a payg customer. oh and get half the data.

@ThreeUKSupport Too little, too late. Been a 3 customer for years. You've offered me NOTHING. I'll seek alternative provider and let you know when to end contract (Never been on a SIM only contract. Bought my handset at the same time) Feel free to provide signed copy of the revised contract.
