    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport You know what Chris this is not the first time that she has received customer service like this.This happened on second week of December as well.All her contracts are due for renewal in 1-2 months and she will be leaving 3 just because of the aweful customer service

    @ThreeUK I've tried to sign in to my three account but when I get to the password question it says there is a technical issue (tried a couple of hours earlier and got same message) - is the website broken?

    @ThreeUKSupport I love working in Staines from time to time, what I don’t like is the fact that coverage is awful. Every time I work anywhere near central staines I may as well not have a phone. Spoke to the shop, they said yeah “I only get one bar myself” that’s ok then!

    @ThreeUK 3 used to be very good to deal with! Unfortunately this is no longer the case. It saddens me that they take your money on complete lies. When you ask them to honour what you were offered it suddenly becomes an issue. Think twice before signing with 3!
