    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

    @ThreeUKSupport I have visited the store twice this morning, been on to Samsung who say there is an issue. The local store assistant put me through to your returns department who told me he couldn't help.. I have provided ID 4 times today to various people. Please have a senior person call me

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK absolutely the most frustrating level of customer service.Clearly no customer care. Your policy not deal with matters properly in store is a shame.I have a phone that won't work a contract for £34 a month for two years and three won't step up and reassure

    @ThreeUKSupport We got an iPhone SE 2020 for both of our daughters, the one in question cannot receive calls or texts from other networks - only 3. Her old number was ported over from BT Mobile. I've done a full factory reset and spoke to Apple who informed me it's network related. Please sort
