@CaveyGeo @ThreeUKSupport Why would you start by opening a complaint? Wouldn't it be best to find out the issue first? And if you feel you are correct, THEN complain? And looking at your response, YOU are to blame. You requested a PAC. The instructions are straight forward.

@ThreeUKSupport I would be more understanding but I had this same issue at the start of the month and told for 3 days in a row to not worry it would arrive to then be told 2 weeks later that the contract was never done properly... so I feel like its just going to be the same thing all over again

@ThreeUK customer service ive had from three is shocking, for two months ive tried to get an early termination fee removed off my mums account, my mums ill and twice a week i have to keep mithering her to give my authorisation to speak.

@ThreeUKSupport Thankyou for your reply. Online contact said they couldn’t cancel and I had to phone in to cancel. I understand it’s busy. It seems the only way to cancel is to talk to a human and that’s tricky if you’re on hold with no idea how long it might be before you get through to someone

@ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.

@soo_matthews @ThreeUK Cancelling your direct debits knowingly and willingly is your fault. If you end up looking for a mortgage and have a default on your credit score, don't go blaming anyone but yourself. Set your DD back up again. And if you want to cancel, wait in the queue like everyone else.

@ThreeUKSupport BB deal will be up in July at the end of my 24m contract. I also have a Three phone deal and can confirm that the problem is consistent with the network, not one device. The recent issues have been apparent on moth my 4G connections.

@ThreeUKSupport ok this is getting ridiculous now. Over a week 4g has been absolutely crap. Even with full bars, Internet just does not work. Not impressed.
