@ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

@ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

@ThreeUK I have been waiting 6 weeks now for my proof of usage which is required for an insurance claim on my broken phone. I have been promised on 6 seperate occasions that it will arrive within 72 hours. Your service is genuinely appalling, being lied to constantly!

@ThreeUKSupport Would appreciate this was resolved asap so I can start using my phone again. Or failing that I would like my PAC code and handset cost settlement figure so I can move onto another carrier because the telephone customer support has been shocking.

@ThreeUKSupport so you've put the price up, but offer nothing extra. Those in Leeds city centre still have no bandwidth to use their phone.. with this in mind, after many years I've broken my contract and cancelled my direct debit. All letters texts and emails will be ignored.
