@ThreeUKSupport Hey Maxine, no it is certainly NOT GOOD. It's dishonest and despicable. I can certainly make a complaint but that lets Three off the hook when you "accidentally fail to investigate" Ask me how I know. What is Three going to do about it besides expressing platitudes?

@ThreeUK this is past a joke,I have a iPhone 13 and I get absolutely NO signal anywhere I am,not a thing loads,I’m paying £50 a month for something that is basically unusable,feels like I have gone back to 2012 with how low your speeds are,shocking,never gets resolved either

@ThreeUK I DID worry & rightly so, Manjol did NOT cancel the order I DM’d @DPDgroup_news & then spoke to a SA rep The order is very much in the system. #Nafeesah: “They have NOT cancelled the order at their end, it will be delivered on Monday” Wow The lies. #LIARS. 3/3

@ThreeUKSupport Yes there was, they were working on it, no fix found, advised to raise formal complaint, more working on it & told all fixed and to test it, still not working, no further calls from the team. I’m now reaching out via Twitter to get this resolved, thank you.
