@ThreeUKSupport It was sim only but has been converted to payg to enable a transfer to the new contract. Waiting for Customer Services to do it but painfully slow and keep being told different things by them.

@ThreeUK genuinely the worst Internet provider out there, DO NOT USE. No Internet for three weeks, refuse to say when it will be fixed, nominal amount off the bill (considering travelling to work costs and mobile data we are using) refuse to drop cancellation fee. Disgrace.

@ThreeUK been with #3Mobile for years upon years I lost my new Upgrade yesterday & getting any Help other than "We'll send a New Sim" which is of no use to me to "You can start a new upgrade" only £296 they tell me to close it down" little did I know I can't Trace it after that?

@ThreeUKSupport Our 5g broadband has been not working properly for last two days. You have constant problems with your 5g broadband, just look at trustpilot review. No issues on mobile which is also 3. How do I request a refund as the broadband is clearly not fit for purpose.
