Quite unbelievably bad customer service from @ThreeUK tonight .. I’ve been a customer , a big customer to the tune of £1000s over at least 15 years and because I can’t remember one word , They can’t verify me ! Disgraceful

Sick of getting an @threeuk message just recently, saying I have nearly used my monthly data allowance. You have given me the warning for the last three days. I have only used 0.22GB out of 1GB. I never got close to running out. Please change your algorithm, or I must mute you.

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to your support team apperantly poor service is okay, I couldn't even make a clear call to 111 during a crisis and yet I can't leave my contract so instead I'm just going to share with the world what a poor network you are thanks.

@ThreeUK bought a #preloadedSIM frm @AmazonUK that came empty and you don't want to honour your own deal. Shame on you for #falseadvertising and inflexible customer service that won't correct mistake. Read the reviews, I'm not the only one! Sort yourselves out!

@ThreeUK your network is shocking, never have any signal no matter where you go my mums add is very weak it’s now started to have interference in calls too, my other home there’s no signal at all! It’s not just myself with this issue it’s my whole family
