    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

    So @ThreeUK are raising contract prices, removing features, and then locking you in by refusing to provide PAC codes? The SMS service has a "system issue", as does the web service; they direct you to chat, but there are "no operators available".

    @GioKinto @ThreeUK Same. Decade-long customer and I jumped ship a few months ago when my contract ran out. Roaming was the only reason to be with them.

    The fact my @ThreeUK upgrade phone has to be delivered to my address and I can't reroute it to my work address is driving me insane as most of the time no one is at my house to receive delivery and I'm at work. Looks like I'm never going to get it - time to cancel my contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not fussed by 5G as I mostly prefer a decent 4G signal and speed I've just put a request in right now for a new sim card to see if that would fix the issue I've had for the past duration of my contract. 4G did used to be pretty good indoors but that was when I owned Iphone 5s

    So with the cost of living and fact I live alone and struggling to make it through each month with paying my bills and for fuel to get to work! I contact @ThreeUK see if I can potentially cut my bill down maybe a change of my plan and there only solution is pay £320.94 1/2

    @ThreeUK shocking that suddenly my sim only plan is becoming unavailable so I’m forced to start a new contract so you can charge me for EU roaming. So much for being a loyal customer for 7 years. Time to look into switching. 😡

    How can it be so hard to get a PAC code to leave your network @ThreeUK wasted so much time on calls and still you can't give it to me. Can't wait to leave #badservice
