    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @lezza4chezza17 @ThreeUKSupport They did that to me as well. After about a month of nagging they turned the service on for a few days so I could get a PAC code to transfer my service elsewhere. They're useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport You sent me four text messages at 4.30pm stating that the issue had been fixed and I should reboot. I have done this six times and no service at all.

    @leahmawee @ThreeUK @Apple SAME HERE!! We have been waiting 4 months for a refund! Three are fraudsters!! They must be doing it all the time!! Don’t let them get away with it! You are legally allowed to start charging them interest as they have your money, you haven’t received any device or service! FRAUD

    Honestly @ThreeUK has made no progress in the telecommunications space since it’s launch. Still as **** as they were in 2003.

    Beware - if you ring Trainlines Customer Services you have to dial an 09 number. Some networks (we use 3) charged us £24.40 for a 37 minute call and we were charged £6.00 by Trainline for the privilege. Great work both of you feel like we’ve been robbed. @thetrainline @ThreeUK

    We have the most awful internet known to man where I live right now and I'm with @ThreeUK the most awful for signal. Using my phone is a painful experience right now 🙃
