Plenty of emergency alerts received to all phones connected to the @vodaphoneuk network in the house, but nothing received on the @ThreeUK network despite connected to 4G.

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport can you explain why for 26 days my 4g is unusable, have contacted Cs but no one responds ,all I get is you are working on masts in area , FOR 26 DAYS ,come on , at least give us some form of truth , to use your network I have to use 3g , its 2023 and using 3g

The UK mobile sector is broken. @ThreeUK are kicking me off my contract, which has a 4.5% annual increase, to one which has CPI+3.9%. No major network doesn’t have these anti-consumer increases, so I can’t avoid them by shopping around. Where is the competition @Ofcom ?
