@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

@ThreeUKSupport The app or website should at least let me on. Stupid if you can't access them. I might have to leave for another company as I need my phone working. I got told told two conflicting things about getting back in from the agent too.

@ThreeUK not very happy to find £50 of data charges on my bill after not using it at all on an overnight ferry from the Netherlands. My wife, on another network, didn't have these charges. Why is that?
