    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Support told me that I couldn't have got a PAC code for an old number. That it was probably a 'scam call' that gave me the number. Referred me to business or consumer support. I could not make this up. I need to escalate this please. Can someone *just* help me?

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Would be great if it was available in stores! Or if they knew when they would be getting it. Think it's now time to look for a provider with better customer service than three.

    @ThreeUK Not only are Three not refunding me for 3 weeks of no mobile broadband service but they have the audacity to ask ME to pay them £204 to get out of my contract when they cant even provide me with a service any more?! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?!

    @ThreeUK Any chance I could actually speak to someone about my HomeFi system please? Called multiple times to hear engaged tone, tried Chat, given more numbers to try (including 333 - no use for a HomeFi user). All help appreciated.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Muz, I can't see any caps active, but I think the issue started a week or so when I tried to call @TravelodgeUK: that was a premium rate number so not included in my bundle. The call didn't go through and nor have my other calls since. (I mainly use WhatsApp.)

    For anyone thinking of changing network I would absolutely avoid @ThreeUK their 4G drops out that much I can’t even stay connected to their live chat.
