    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just spoken to and adviser online. And unfortunately you can’t match or beat anywhere else. Which is sad when I’m already an existing customer , where is the loyalty there

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I’m still in the UK. I call and follow prompts 4, 5 and then 3 to get to roaming - it then says that due to technical issues, I’ll need to call later or use the app. But the screenshots above are all I get in the app when I try to enable roaming, directing me to call.

    @ThreeUK Trying to call to unlock Roaming (as I’m flying to Europe on Sunday), but apparently due to “technical issues” I’m at a dead end and can’t talk to anyone on the phone. It suggests using the app, but the app tells me roaming is disabled for my contract and I need to call.

    @ThreeUK I have been struggling for THREE HOURS now, to set up the Mifi YOU advised me to get because YOU are having technical issues in the area i live. LIVE CHAT sends me to you tube videos and asks me to phone you, but no Human ever comes to the phone. At my wits end.Really bad service

    @ThreeUKSupport Shocking telephone support. Two phones and two SIM cards later, Three will not acknowledge there's an issue. The agent witnessed the problem on the phone, promised a call back, and fobbed me off. DO NOT USE THREE. They'll take your money and ignore you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Had home 5G for a Year. Brilliant Service. But then 5G went off a month ago and 4G is VERY wooly. Originally Helpline said 'Transmitter Work' occurring. Now been weeks. Awaiting SEVERAL 'Higher Level' Callbacks. No-one is helping. Can't use it for my work. Help
