@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

I’m at @ThreeUK store for a replacement sim for my faulty pay as you go sim I got from the airport for which I’ve paid £25. But there is absolutely no support that is being offered to me as your representative here says that the sim is not registered. This is a shame.

Just a question to the community - is there anyone having issues logging into the game using @ThreeUK mobile data? I tested using a @SMARTYMobileUK sim (which uses the Three Mobile Signal) without incident. I even got a replacement sim and still got issues @HPWizardsUnite

@ThreeUKSupport @madwedge For clarification, no network in the UK has 5G uplink at the moment. All networks operate 5G NSA (non-standalone) meaning that 5G connectivity is used for download, while you still use 4G for any uploading, hence the very uneven speeds.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope it’s just this one location (approx 3 mile radius). It’s happened across multiple phones, SIM cards etc but it really is bad now, calls are almost impossible to understand
