@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport I think that’s a very rude response implying this is of my doing. I declined the offer as I had already had a very bad experience on your webchat. I also offered to share all of the screenshots of that web chat but you didn’t seem to want that option. I

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, postcode is BD6 2LE and device is Huawei H312-371. I know you are going to tell me my post code doesn’t yet have 5g coverage but I have been using Three 5g with no issues since August 2020 (until 4pm yesterday!)

@ThreeUKSupport You told me my phone was covered under warranty and you had a dedicated Apple support team that would help me. Are you now saying I must contact Ape directly?

@ThreeUKSupport Alif from Three told me I'd need it. He also told me your support team would help. Sonu from Three suggested I buy a new phone. On here you're telling me to contact Apple directly. Do you see why I'm a little annoyed at Three customer service?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why do 3G companies always have a network? Basically, it is difficult to connect, even if it is connected and particularly slow.

@ThreeUKSupport Despite having made numerous phones calls to your support team and being reassured every time that our contracts are firm, we get a letter today they are changing to an advance plan at an increase of £16 per month. 😡

@ThreeUKSupport See the chat, apparently you were sending me proof of purchase so I could proceed. This has never been sent. I spent 3 hours on live chat on Saturday morning + 1 hour on the phone. 6 days later here on twitter & still not received POP. I'm stuck, you said you'd help!

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to customer relations and am unhappy with the outcome. I don't believe my call has been listened to in its entirety which is what I specifically asked. And I also asked for the recording to be sent to me so I could review it myself and highlight the misselling.
