@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

@The_Gypsy_Jew @ThreeUKSupport You can't claim compensation for loss of earnings on a consumer account. Consumer accounts should not be used for business purposes. Please check section 6 of the terms and cons. You'll be compensated for the number of days without service. A few pound.

@ThreeUKSupport Nope I brought a new phone and I was sent a new SIM card but the signal in my house is terrible. I’ve spoken to three 5x and they’ve checked and agreed it’s poor quality network but have no way of helping and when I asked to leave I was told I’d have to pay a fee... criminal!

@ThreeUKSupport When I lost my phone- I tried calling it and there was no reception, hence why I couldn’t find it, I was out in town. But this wasn’t the first time I’d had network issues, every now and then my network would just go down? I’d told 3 about this issue many times

@_jimmy_the_gent @ThreeUK James - this happened to my partner too. He contacted them to ask where it was and they'd cancelled his order without telling him because they ran out of pixel 5s. Heads up, Carphone warehouse have them in stock for delivery tomorrow if you have time to cancel your Three order.
