So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport The 2nd line call handler has advised to contact the complaints team for mis-selling of the contract as the Three Store in Bradford say they cannot cancel my contract. Honestly I wish Three staff were actually aware of what their own network can offer.

Only signed up to @threeuk because of its offer which relatively reasonable despite I have been worn of its dodgy practice and true it nightmare and customer services like sneak charmers never believe a word they say but worth paying more to safe myself from continues headache

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve ordered a new SIM from you and given you PAC to switch my number from my current network but I picked a date next week as thought I needed to leave a buffer. Is there any way to bring this earlier so that I can switch straight away when I put the new SIM in?
