    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport hi - I’ve received this text this morning. Usually I’d forward to 7726 but there’s no number for me to copy so I haven’t. I assume this is a scam and have blocked, but am obviously worried incase I start to be billed for a service I have 100% not signed up for.

    @ThreeUKSupport Saw a deal on a 3rd party page origianl agent agreed to honor the deal as I'm a valued customer. Accepted all t and c. Given a delivery date but it never came now refusing to honor it as it is a 3rd party that offers the deal

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I took the SIM out and put it back and it seems to work now. Maybe worth adding this to the instructions (though I had tried this before). Unfortunately the signal is still very weak even with the new SIM. I will report the dead zone to three I guess and see ...

    @tovers98 @ThreeUK If they put half the effort into their phone network and customer service, they might be a half decent mobile phone company. Sadly, they are appalling.

    @CFCJae_ @ThreeUK Apparently there's 3000 tickets available from sporting breaks, around 1800 applications have been made so far and thats incl members as well So I assume for any member it will be down to your luck
