    @ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)

    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @whiterockwales Hi Lawrence. Just read your column in today’s @WalesOnline SWEP. I totally concur! I live in Winch Wen SA1 and work in Llansamlet SA7, and for Wales’ second city, the mobile phone/data signal is awful! I’m with @ThreeUK and the service is so poor! 🤬🤬🤬

    @ThreeUK I've just missed an important call from the doctors but my phone never actually rang and the call got took to voicemail. Is there a reason this would happen? Maybe to do with signal?

    @ThreeUK I called to cancel because I no longer needed the contract, I'm hardly going to turn around and jump at the opportunity to have a questionably speced lenovo tablet with less data at a lower monthly cost

    @twangmackem @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had 4 months of hell with them, dropped calls missed docs/hospital calls. They just kept saying we know there's a problem. Absolute bulls lugs. I switched providers after 17 years.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @MoneySavingExp (1/2) I am now told the very soonest the £200+ refund will reach me is Tue 9 Aug. This is TWO WHOLE WEEKS after it was taken. And a manager will contact me re my escalated complaint in 24 hours’ time. Unacceptable. But what can I do?

    @ThreeUKSupport No that doesn't work and yes via WiFi has you charged me £10 yesterday for having roaming on and trying to get data passport.
