-
Harket (Socially Distanced) Sparkles 💙 (@sparklyquark) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!
-
Stevo_author (@SteveMale6) reported from Smarden, EnglandWhere UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.
-
Phil Davis (@ferretd69) reported from Tonbridge, England@DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.
-
Jason Sherer (@jasonsherer) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@ThreeUKSupport whats the issue in TN2 please?
-
Rajan Malhotra (@rajan78) reported from Tonbridge, England@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport - yet again our 4G is incredibly slow and has been for days despite multiple reconnects to your network. Imagine my surprise that once again your network status says there is a fault. Are you ever actually going to fix this..????
-
Keith #0168 (@BadgerOfSteel) reported from Tenterden, EnglandReason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Ps. Still broken according to your network status page! How much of the time does it need to be broken before you refund some of my charges? Currently at around 90% faulty!
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Not yet. Previous experience tells me you’ll say there’s a fault with congestion at my mast and that you’re working on it. My question remains are you ever actually going to fix this..?? Is that chat link from weeks ago still valid?
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Well your website says all is well and you texted to say the “issue is fixed” but once again, no data via 4G this morning. Reconnecting to the tower resolved it. Is there actually still a fault?
-
Jon Goda (@jongoda) reported from Hunton, England@ThreeUKSupport I saw some minor improvement on the 26th but from your description of “congestion in the area” the root cause of my slow data is not resolved so I’m not sure why your status said it was (for two days) on the 26th/27th..? 3G is more stable but slower (obvs!)
-
Harket (Socially Distanced) Sparkles 💙 (@sparklyquark) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@ThreeUKSupport hi there - I REALLY need some support with a business phone! Going round in circles and not getting anywhere. Missing a phone on the account since December!!!
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported@ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
Mahmut Tör (@MahmutTor) reportedDear @virginmedia and @ThreeUK One of you cut our broadband service, the other one doesn’t provide mobile signal even though we pay both of you. could you supply some pigeons please?
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUK Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,
-
Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
ᗰOOᑎ 🌙 (@ClarityClack) reported@Baz69 @ThreeUK Oh this is awful.
