    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that's who I have been using but getting nowhere. They never call back when they promise to - second dispatched phone also not delivered...! Don't want to cancel but it's heading that way!

    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been a customer for the last 10 years of 3. The service was fantastic up until very recently: the last couple months my signal drops out, phone calls people complain they can’t hear me or no signal, internet drops in and out, it’s becoming unbearable!

    @ThreeUKSupport The address on the link is a PO Box and I can not sent a recorded delivery letter to a PO Box. Your refusal to provide a proper address and your user name will be listed in my formal complaint and also passed to Ofcom.

    @ThreeUKsupport I switched from @SMARTYMobileUK to Three and the mobile data is unacceptably slow. Even with 3 or 4 bars reception, pages won't load at times. What's up with that??? Can't be the new Samsung A21 FE being the problem so it your network.

    @ThreeUKSupport You're supposed to provide a service which includes internet access and a reasonably strong signal to make phone calls. And currently the network is providing neither. So you're not providing what I'm paying for.
