    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    @LuSchmoo @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I know.. I’ve spoken to them via here, social media web chat and the app web chat but been told something different every time. They all say they have reviewed my account as it’s all apparently been logged but clearly not as one says they can help and another says they can’t

    @ThreeUKSupport This is just going round in circles. I’ve been on live chat to so many different people now who have all told me different things ..... most recently being that it’s not THREE’S issue but my phone manufacturer but now I have to go on live chat again to be told what now?

    Am I the only one who has trouble with @ThreeUK ? This used to be the pinnacle of networks (my opinion) and they’re just terrible now.
