No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

@ThreeUKSupport That's a circular answer. I know there's no resolution because I'm still having poor signal, mislead about 5g, and fobbed off. Lack of resolution is not satisfactory. Your lack of internal escalation and self accountability is noted, and I will continue to share my anger here!
@ThreeUKSupport Call 2 - Phoned to complain and cancel if still refused a refund. Instead of assistance or even an apology I had an idiot repeatedly shove a new 2 year contract down my throat. I had to say no over 20 times to stop the sales pitch. 5 minutes of saying no to his stupid contract.
@ThreeUKSupport Fraudulent charges on my account. Was told there was no way to take things further. Call 1 - Refused any refund or assistance getting a refund from the scam company. Just transferred me to the fraudulent company's phone number - funny how scam companies never answer their phone.

I’m a courier and every single day I have to hang up calls cause I lose connection and the people I’m talking to can’t hear me, I sound like a robot as well I’m told. I’ve been with them 10 years and it’s getting worse
@ThreeUKSupport Tried: restart phone; reset network settings; check/reset APN settings. It’s faster and more reliable roaming in Turkey! As a last resort a new SIM is being delivered.

@ThreeUKSupport I get these speeds consistently throughout the entire day, using an external cross-polarized antenna I bought to try and help the issue myself. Before I attached the antenna, speeds were even *worse*.
@ThreeUKSupport I have only tried using 3G instead of 4G when your customer support representatives over the phone have asked me to try doing so. Every time I have tried, speeds have only decreased.
