    @ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

    @carsey1961 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They won't actually do anything though. You'll get a green ok box in a few days time, then a few days after that back to the issue identified message. It's a never ending loop.

    When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

    Low and behold you requested the direct debit already so I can't cancel that. So by saying that the charges weren't there is highly insulting. I've been with @ThreeUK for 15 years and this is frankly the worst customer service I've ever received. Ombudsman is getting contacted.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Scott, however I have been onto Three customer service previously to no avail. Now when I try to call am told to expect a 15-20 min wait, must be lots of other unhappy customers. I'm now just counting down the days until my contract ends next month.
