Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

How on earth is it that I took out a 5G plan with @ThreeUK a month ago and in that time I’ve barely seen anything more than a couple bars of 4G signal on my phone? I get that signal strength varies depending on location but it’s not like Greater London is a rural area is it?

@ThreeUKSupport 52 mins on chat. Got told @ThreeUKSupport are wrong, it can’t be done. Then told do a “SIM shuffle” (my term) - Port to another network then port back Also got told “can only go to old PAYG, not new” (including moving from contract, only to old PAYG) That can’t be right (1/2)….

@ThreeUK Hi. Your signal is terrible in the 3 areas where I use my phone the most- KY16, BT15 and DD1. Any idea when you’ll finish the supposed engineering works? It’s being going on for months!! 😩😡
