-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!
-

-
Steve (@stevenoulton) reported from Normanton, England@ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬
-

-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@aisha05920164 @ThreeUKSupport Willing to bet they tell you it’s a local problem. Only short term and that 3G is the saviour!

where we ‘bout to eat at?! (@Nadineruwax) reported from Leeds, England@AmandaMoyoXO @ThreeUK I was gonna get my iphone11 pro max with them until I saw you going on about how crap they are 😭 EE it is !!
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.
-
Richard Foster (@rcfphotography) reported from Dewsbury, England@ThreeUKSupport I needs to speak to an adviser as I have an issue with my sim only contract.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport @OnlyDancer Someone else being advised to switch to 3G Time to admit you have a problem and stop lying through your teeth. Shameless shambolic charlatans.
-
CyberCrag (@CyberCrag) reported from Ouzlewell Green, England@ThreeUKSupport @G0thicwarri0r94 “We won’t discuss the location of masts with you” You’re coming across really poorly, maybe customer service isn’t for you.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx That was my issue for months. If they had told me there was an issue I could have worked with it.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue
-
The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.
-
Liz Robson (@LRobson79) reported from Altofts, England@ThreeUK Why does it say on your website no issues when we are all clearly having issues x
-
Adam (@AdamJM1986) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reportedYour solution is to send me a link to a chat which won’t open. Any chance someone can just call me to sort this?! @threeuk
-
Back in Time West London (@OldLondonW14) reportedAnyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedstill better service quality than @threeuk
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
-
Thiccschach (@BlindWanda) reportedAnybody else got problems with their Three home broadband right now?? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how about some action on your end telling customers the network has problems.
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
