@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.
-

-
Katherine Aly (@itskatherinealy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice
-
le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Managed to get some online chat support this morning and it turns out my number has been ported to another network. I don't know why.
-
Jak 🏴 (@AdventureJak) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.
-
Katherine Aly (@itskatherinealy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@6BROWNIN @ThreeUK You should! Everyone kept telling me how bad they are but I haven’t had an issue until the time I actually needed their help with something important.. good luck!

@ThreeUKSupport So you can tell me nothing more than you're working on it!!! Oh and then try and pass me on to you sales team to sell me something else??? No thanks! You have until Friday or I'm cancelling my DD. And you can take me to court because you're failing to provide a working network!
-
DeFiKash.eth (@DeFiKash) reported
@ThreeUKSupport This is a terrible response Three has the worst customer service I have ever experienced Such a **** network I bet EE or Vodafone are not this pathetic!!!
-
Zeynep Aycan Altinok (@aycanaltinok1) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m a very disappointed customer as I have cancelled my contract the one my daughter was using at the end of October. They haven’t cancelled it and charged me every month and confirmed to send refund. Rather than sending my refund they’ve debited money from my account again. 🤬
-
Dr Kevin Nicholas Baker (@KevinNicholasB2) reported
@ThreeUKSupport They asked me to fill in a data request form but I have no response from the data officer - it is so frustrating and such a large waste of time - everyone says they want to help but nobody is actually doing anything...
-
FTTP Pro (@fttppro) reported
@Shaunjenks @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s good to hear the latter is not far from me! Yes I suspected it may be a backhaul capacity issue which would explain the 5G speeds not getting any higher than 250ish and the high latency at peak times.
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only
-
Simon cunnell (@cunnell_simon) reported
@ThreeUK I would do if I could get a signal from your appalling network.
-
SENCo Bab (@SencoBab) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I am incredibly surprised by the lack of concern you show Jade. The customer service rep was bribing me not to complain about him. This is terrible service.
-
Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G
