  • Alfiedog9 Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

  • StephMunroxx Steph Munro (@StephMunroxx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Not particularly, just seem to have poor service with both

  • davidgrierson70 le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • TheMichael84 Michael (@TheMichael84) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland

@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

  • AlexLamond1 Alex (@AlexLamond1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

In other words, we’re in for a long one. Having to do a Zoom call this morning on the ropey @ThreeUK 4G network was not fun...

  • davidgrierson70 le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Managed to get some online chat support this morning and it turns out my number has been ported to another network. I don't know why.

  • Alfiedog9 Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

  • ninjascotsman Winston Smith (@ninjascotsman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

  • CraigEdward_ Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

  • dub_sided dub.sided (@dub_sided) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

@ThreeUK seeing as your live chat people have no clue any chance you can help? Got a new contract in September yet you are still charging me for the old one every month. This should be relatively straight forward

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely terrible experience calling your support team just now and still don’t have an answer to my question. None of the three people I spoke to called me by name, apologised for the issues I’m encountering or even sounded interested in what I was saying. 1/3

  • HappyHatsCrafts ⚫ Ruth (@HappyHatsCrafts) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've already taken part in 4 live chats about this issue. All have resulted in someone telling me the new sim would be activated within 2 hours. This hasn't happened. Its been 4 days since I received the sim. And its still not got my phone number on it.

  • superviicky Vicky (@superviicky) reported

@ThreeUK For three days now I have had no service in my home.... postcode PA1. Usually get a text but no! I’ve actually had to go buy a cheap phone with a PAYG sim so I can keep in contact with people... how long is this going on for this time?

  • jonniespence John Spencer (@jonniespence) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Home broadband (4G). Took out online via chat. When the service works is great but 36 hours on. Your service status site is still reporting a problem. My connectivity is random. Some URL work others don’t
