Michael (@TheMichael84) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedHow odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….

David Clarke (@DavidCl88428325) reported@ThreeUK yet again your network went down in the bt54 area during the week, wednesday 13th may, why? At a time when i most needed a signal due to a relative in hosp, you let me down yet again! Your network, customer service and attitude are awful! When is the next outage?

Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?

Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
