    Never been more happy about having a dual SIM phone, o2 I dunno what's going on with your wifi but its shocking in these parts, THREE you've not been much better. But you're working now. @ThreeUK @O2

    @ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport The signal hasn’t been great since Thursday morning and 3G isn’t much better due to the Mifi hub being indoors

    @ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they β€œtransfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😑

    @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
