@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • Pearcey___ Pearcey (@Pearcey___) reported from Dover, England

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

  • JohnTillUK John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported from Sandwich, England

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

  • TLB73 Tim Bryan (@TLB73) reported from Folkestone, England

@ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

@ThreeUK I’m leaving you when my contract runs out this year. Shocking service from you systems not letting my buy data passport and I’ve ran up £50 already on 100mb? No support at all.

  • DavePow39307780 Dave Powell (@DavePow39307780) reported

@ThreeUK Hi Three .Totally disappointed with the with the level of service. I have waited 4 weeks for a jiffy bag to send a broken item back .in the meantime I'm still being charged for a broken item. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

@ThreeUK How do I report poor and worsening connection issues in my area?

  • aldoyletweets al doyle (@aldoyletweets) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m a pay monthly customer yes. I did get warning about my fair use data but didn’t think anything of it as I thought I’d still be able to make calls and get a data passport. I’ve been abroad for 6 weeks.

  • chris_emerson Chris Emerson (@chris_emerson) reported

@jondharvey @ThreeUK People seem to like them but I tried them twice and had issues both times - both coverage and customer service issues

  • aldoyletweets al doyle (@aldoyletweets) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah that’s fine but I’ve been cut off completely, I have no service at all. And even when I try to get a data passport it doesn’t come up with the right page, it just defaults to the home page.

  • JMMatchett James Matchett (@JMMatchett) reported

Another day with nothing but abysmal 5G coverage with @ThreeUK, phoning up support was as effective as having a conversation with a wall unfortunately. Definitely will be affecting who I go with next

  • JackDrydenUK Jack Dryden (@JackDrydenUK) reported

3rd scam call to my mobile this month claiming to be from @ThreeUK 😡🤬🔥 Told them I'm not a customer and they immediately hung up. Clearly some kind of phishing attempt. Be careful out there, so many of these scams going around at the moment! #ScamCalls #Fraud

  • ajameschristian James Martin (@ajameschristian) reported

I mean, to start of with.. the ping time should be between 50-100ms, with some networks averaging less than 20ms.. but @ThreeUKSupport .. 4,425ms.. there’s no other way to describe that as, there is a clear network fault - despite you saying there is no faults. 🙄

  • DavePow39307780 Dave Powell (@DavePow39307780) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have already popped a complaint in and nobody as even responded to it. I'm truly feed up
