    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport @dcdavewilson It’s CT17 9SB , Sammie. Myself and @dcdavewilson are work colleagues our personal 3 phone signal has become dreadful the last 1-2 months. Our job phones on EE are very strong.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s odd. It has always been fine for signal on the field. I get 3-4 bars of 4g and voice works fine. It’s just data that has stopped working across most of the village. I couldn’t send a message earlier in one of the areas where it shows good coverage on the map. It’s most odd

    @threeuk why has your service around LD3 7YS been so abysmally awful since Monday. Not one day without two or three extended interruptions. Currently it's the only thing we can rely on for internet connectivity.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My experience with extending my contract so far: Incorrectly denied Go roam Given an initially worse deal Approx 3 hours lost on calls/chats with customer services Number now disconnected since Tuesday No forecast on resolution or compensation. 👎👎👎

    @MLindopp @ThreeUK You’re not the only one, I’m dumping 3 (after 9 years) and paying the contract off early to keep my number. The only reason I tolerated their crap coverage was for their excellent inclusive roaming. Now that’s gone, absolutely no point in staying.
