@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for over 13 years. I have never wanted to leave them until they left @ChelseaFC… They don’t know what loyalty is, to the club, staff, players, fans, or even their own customers. I’m moving to @SkyUK they know LOYALTY.

@BirminghamKav @virginmedia @ThreeUK Thanks Paul. I lodged a complaint and was transferred to a Manager. She said she could put to another team for a better offer but first have to mark my complaint as resolved! I refused. Trying to now find an email address for Virgin to complain but impossible!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the middle of an open street, no buildings involved. The fact my account is now ‘out of contract’ and that you might be keen to lose me because I might keep free EU roaming might be an issue … perhaps you’re throttling my signal in the hope I’ll leave?

@ThreeUK you service across the UK is shocking, I have signal but at no point does my 5G work, my 4G work and calls just drop. I want to cancel my contract without termination charges. Disgraceful.
