@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

@ThreeUKSupport I’m actually no longer a Three customer, the complaint was actually because the credit refund due on my final bill hadn’t arrived within 14 days as promised. Suzi dealt with the complaint and put the refund process through on Tuesday. I then provided my bank details on Wednesday

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had your broadband for over a month now and for at least the last 3 weeks of that its been virtually unusable. Phone support just tell me to restart the router. No works going on in the area. Is it going to get fixed or am i going to have to cancel?

@ThreeUKSupport full 5G coverage and only getting 1mb download. OL16 post code. No issues on coverage checker. Been bad in OL15 and OL16 for a few days
