    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • TLB73 Tim Bryan (@TLB73) reported from Folkestone, England

    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @ThreeUKSupport Webchat told me that there is a problem in the area, (which I knew), told me to ring the broadband support team. They told me to reset my router, then said there is a problem in the area but couldn't tell me any more. If you know there is a problem why can't you get more detail?

  • FibonnaciTrade The Optimist (@FibonnaciTrade) reported

    @virginmedia It is regarding the extortionate amount you have been charging me for my broadband and I can get the deal better over @ThreeUK with one of their 5G hubs. I don't want to move considering I've been with you for over 15-18 years but your prices and horrible service is a major issue

  • S3rv3d Justin Brown (@S3rv3d) reported

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m aware of a new scam, @ThreeUK ending support for my £12 a month unlimited price plan. Then offering me the same for £26

  • sarah_fone MrsFone (@sarah_fone) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Any ideas to help

  • S3rv3d Justin Brown (@S3rv3d) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Why are you ended support for my £12 unlimited data price plan and then forcing me on to a similar one for £26?

  • adsaffer Aaron Saffer (@adsaffer) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have been sent round in circles by your support, all of them are simply reading to me what I can see on the website. Why is there no one from 3 who can actually confirm the issue and what is being done to resolve it?
