    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @MmmmTrams @philrichardsuk @jonworth @VernonBaseley @ThreeUK Not true Colin. There * was * mobile signal, it’s just that your network provider at the time ( T-Mobile ) didn’t have a roaming agreement with STA ( Andorra Telecom )

    @ThreeUK Hello,I am an existing customer and was considering your home fi for home.Wondered if 1000 gb sim,or unlimited was available without router, and be cheaper please. Currently £16 per month with router. Thanks Roy.

    @ThreeUK Hey, Three… You’ve just lost a customer who’s been with you for six years. I’ve had network coverage for most of the last two or three weeks. As a gesture, I think it’s only fair you should agree to forego my final bill.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just came back from a store and their system wouldn't let them give me a new sim, we went through like 5 different call centre officers to sort it out and none of them were helpful at all 😭. I think its time to give your store employees more access to customer accounts tbh

    @ThreeUK merging with @VodafoneUK is the worst idea you’ve ever had. Have you seen how they treat their customers? My mum has spent most of this year in hospital and they sent bailiffs AFTER confirming her contract was cancelled. They’re appalling #customerexperience

    @ThreeUKSupport Pt2 Saying that I'm being charged £2 extra A DAY to use my allowance, and that this only applied to contracts started after Oct 2021. Of, and the data was capped to what I had in the first place. So now I need to pay £60 extra a month for the same service.

    @ThreeUK @GoogleUK I have issues with @ThreeUK which is ,I had contract with them with Direct debit, they deactivated one month before the 24 month also they take £20 also the next month £24.06 but we couldn't find the thief #three

    @ThreeUKSupport power cut today.. 2hrs with most of the town of stafford off. Why was your network unusable in multiple locations? No redundancy? Family who use Three also experienced the same. Wasn’t until a got to an area with power and coverage i was able to use Three

    @ThreeUKSupport We've had continuing issues with signal dropping out meaning calls continually cutting out. Work supposedly going on nearby but no dates given for completion. Contract renewal due but reluctant to renew unless this can clarified?

    @ThreeUKSupport I contacted customer services they said the order will be delivered tomorrow, i have been provided no tracking. Mr order was placed by myself at 1755. I work self employed, 2 days off instead of 1 is very painful!!
