@LadyKBelfast @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Not a complete expert, but if the network name has changed (which it probably has because of the new provider), your booster (repeater, extender, ??) will need to be reconfigured. I think.

@ThreeUKSupport Took another product from @ThreeUK Alexa enabled speaker. Very poor coverage, over 3 months push to keep it, again. After 6 months I paid the whole amount to get rid of a not working system.

@ThreeUKSupport I had taken a sim only in Nov-Dec 2015. Sim not working with different phones. Asked to cancel in the 14 days cooling, but was pushed to hold to it for 3 months. Asked to cancel, but nobody listened. after 3 months where the DD was not paid, @ThreeUK decided is best to default me

@ThreeUKSupport I've been informed that my service was cut off on the 20th December due to high usage abroad (total usage was ~4GB... not that much). I have been contacting customer services since November to try and sort this and nobody thought to tell me that I was being cut off and isolated
