@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport Impeccable service in my first year with Three. Not so much since last summer. Understand the necessity of upgrade work, but give your customers an alert so those WFH can plan! Middle of a meeting I lost wifi. Happens at least once a month! Alerts please!

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 ...of £70. When calling to try and rectify the issue, neither of us can gain access. I'm not authorised (even though it appears the account has been set up on my say so) and my wife has no knowledge of the password as she had nothing do do with the reissuing of the number.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve used my @skype NGN number to call three support because if I use a pay as you to to call support it’s impossible to get a human. I’ve done it. Not a great start.
