Dan Smith (@DanSmit77570258) reported@ThreeUKSupport And added on a bolt on - same thing happened and I called customer service, they advised nothing wrong and will drop in. Still nothing at 8 this morning so I call back and now they are telling me they can’t fix it for 48 hours- so I have no phone which I need for work till then.

Seems like a **** deal to me!
