@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUK My 78yo vulnerable mum was sold a 2y phone contract this week that she cannot afford. We went into the shop yesterday to cancel it but we’re told it was ‘no returns’. She is now left with the choice to eat or pay the bill! How is this possible?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport There's a problem with the codes you get on Three+ for Cineworld. Every time I have used them, the site comes with a payment authorisation error. Every time I need to contact Cineworld to sort it out. Is it just mine that don't work?

@ThreeUKSupport Mark, honestly thank you for your time to reply. I just don’t get the confusion with my phone line, I’ve got customer service and complaints trying to con me into agreeing into new things, I’ve asked for a deadlock letter three times and been denied it. It’s exhausting :(
