I don’t know why I even decided to go to @ThreeUK. The way they deal with their customers is disgusting . You don’t even resolve anything you put all the issues on a back burner mislead the customer and wait for the customer to chase u for an update.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kirsty, unfortunately I’ve done that. I’ve got my memorable name and place. Only to be told neither is my password. It’s absolutely infuriating, I’ve basically got a contract that I can’t talk to anyone about as I can’t get passed security. I’ve never come across such bs.

@ThreeUKSupport There’s always issues with signal and I don’t know why, even when 4G is on I can’t seem to load up anything. I’ve had to reboot several times to get it to work and it’s just time consuming and very appalling.

@O2 I spotted a scam. I got offered unlimited minutes, text and data for £16 for 12 months contract. Loyal o2 customer for a long time told same offer is £35 from o2. Wow full family and friends will be getting told. Well done @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Is your support down via telephone because I've been disconnected 5 times, including a 1 hour and 10 min wait during one of them. This is ridiculous.... I need to return a phone and exchange the contract.
