    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

    @JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    @ThreeUK I spend £120+ per month for 2ys at least.. I tried to ask for help today, losing my job and not being able to pay my phone bill. Get a job which I need my phone, yet they won’t let me off 2 weeks, yes they have helped in the past but i need my phone to find work.

    Having problems with the @ThreeUK network? Turn off #5g & it seems to stop your calls dropping & improves connectivity. It’s crazy that other networks provide 5G no problems, but it seems to have sorted some of my issues with this appalling network. #mobileData #iphone

    @ThreeUKSupport On and off since having the phone, have tried to get help a few times. Having tried different things in the settings, still no better. Just keeping getting told to ring Samsung, never had any issues at all with iPhone

    @ThreeUK Paid my bill on time each month until I lost my job. I get a job which means I need to use my phone everyday, yet you won’t help me out and give me an extension, very disappointed about this situation, especially how long I’ve been with the company.

    @ThreeUK Pathetic customer service. Raised an issue a week back regarding no caller ID shown on any incoming calls and still no luck with the fix. Unable to know or call back on the missed calls. Rather they are fine with me switching to other network. That’s very much three
