@ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel a contract that I have not used in a year and my contract ends on 8th May so want to give 30 days notice. How do I do this, I have tried the app and the website and I'm going round in circles.

@ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

@ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

Three is becoming worse and worse for signal and mobile data in cities, but that is where they should be investing in their network. When I first took out a contract with you in Norwich you were top of the table but sadly I’m now regretting that @ThreeUK

Hello @ThreeUKSupport, any problems or network congestion around Norwich NR4 area? All internet services are very slow or not loading, I’ve restarted my iPhone and also turned all mobile data off and back on again but that hasn’t helped

@ThreeUKSupport ive cancelled the contact and will be going to a lawyer and ofcom. been dealing with people in india for the last 4 weeks and inbetween all the noise of scooters and markets going on in the background as they are working from "home" the resolution i was offered was £75. #Shambles
