@ThreeUKSupport No nothing,I was past to 3 different departments and got that wound up I put the phone down in the end in anger after nothing I was saying sunk in with the customer service advisor on the phone, I was told the contract would be ended DEC but would get charged till then.

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

Fabulous... so @ThreeUK answer for how to fix their awful 4g coverage in Manchester it to just... switch to 3G. For a company that's building "The UK's fastest 5g network", that's laughable.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely no problem with my mail - Xmas cards etc all ok, I even had a 30kg parcel ordered and delivered after the SIM card order - delivered from Poland in 3 days. So what’s the problem with Three mobile? 2 SIM card orders - no order acknowledgement - no SIM card.
