I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@garnerweb @ThreeUK The ability to freely use the same number when I travel, especially when going home to New Zealand, was the reason I chose @ThreeUK. I’ve been happy with 3 until now, but this is a depressingly cynical money-grab. I will never renew my contract if it means losing roaming.

@ThreeUK Been a customer for many years,I am on a SIM only contract with you & I am OUT of contract I pay £8.00 per month,get 12GB of data,unlimited Calls/Texts,I also have GoBinge & Go Roam If I keep paying will I keep Binge & Roam indefinitely? As I am an existing customer?
