    @ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

    @ThreeUK just spent 3 hours on chat with help and no resolution to login issue. Apparently will get a call tomorrow after 2pm GMT (assume 2pm GMT means 3pm BST). I really need to login to my account but code not coming by text. Would really appreciate some assistance. Thanks.

    When company revised the targets it's vouchers that we depend on so that the even those 2k-4k matters alot to us but we never get it for eg if we are supposed to get it in the month on January we get it after 3-4 months but again sometimes we don't even get it @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Useless pathetic company. No signals. Worst customer services. Have no record of online cancellation forms during chat only options in covid. Only allowed 20 minutes customer services during covid. Numerous calls didn't cancel it and want money for no use.

    @ThreeUKSupport @jessca1891 Hi Ian, with iOS 15 and newer, resetting network settings is a bit different. You need to go to settings, general, transfer or reset iPhone, select reset again, then select reset network settings. Hope this gives you some more info about how to do this now.

    @XanderIommi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport The live chat is painful. The technical team can't view the video and they don't understand the issue. I'm sure you can be better than this. Take a few steps in my shoes, follow the link yourself and explain the issue to your service team. Feel my pain.

    @ThreeUK very upsetting calls last night from a call centre claiming to be from Three offering upgrade deals. When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

    @ThreeUKSupport I am having the same issue some other customer complained about. I have full 4g bars but my phone is not connecting to certain websites, or connecting badly. Tested a different sim (O2) all fine, swapped my 3 sim (replacement) same issue. Not the sim nor phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport None that work as they cannot understand the issue. I NEED someone to see the video as no one understands the issue. I'm going around in circles because no one can see what I mean. Multiple live chats, multiple phone calls to achieve nothing
