@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, the phone is from Apple, my rolling monthly contract is with you guys. at&t had to add my IMEI to their computer for their sim to work for me, perhaps that’s the issue but it will not accept my 3 card no more :-(

@ThreeUKSupport I did at beginning of the year and they said it’s an over subscribed mast. I got a text last week to say doing repairs on it and now my signal is even worse. Used to get 2 bar at a push now I get 1 bar and no service and if not wifi calling it’s pretty much unable to make a call

@ThreeUKSupport hi, yesterday I bought a SIM as interim solution when I move house on Fri and before Virgin can connect me. Virgin have since agreed to bring that date forward so I won't need the Three SIM card anymore. Can I cancel and get refund before usage/ arrives and how?

@ThreeUKSupport A user on XDA suggested using the LTEH Monitor to patch into the router. I have and I have managed to lock the router onto band 20. It isn't capable of band 3 down and band 20 up, although the B535 can support this. I will pop on to chat after 5.
