Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

I don't do phone calls as I have aspergers and anxiety and I just want someone to cancel it. It shouldn't be this difficult.
