@bt_uk Dunno if you're still listening @bt_uk but we're now at 6 engineer visits and still no broadband. It first went down on November 24th. That's 2 months ago. Phone advisers say there's no way to escalate - just pass through to Openreach again. #GroundhogDay Thank god for @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport - well you were very quick when I praised your sales service. I'm really struggling now. Sim card not operating on my phone. Phone says SIM card not supported iPhone 6sPlus... I've spoken to 2 helpful people and they were putting me through to Billing, cut off x 2
