@ThreeUKSupport . I have been a happy Three customer for many years. A few months my contract ended and I switched to a rolling sim only plan. I would like to upgrade but My 3 says upgrade over the phone or at a shop both of which I cannot do.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

@ThreeUKSupport Everything was working how it should before, this started happening on/off since Tuesday, I got a message saying works were planned for Monday, so wasn't sure if it's because of that, this started. Yes done that multi times but doesn't help.

@KayBurley @ThreeUK I requested my PAC code from Three after hearing the news yesterday and I am now with Tesco mobile (number transferred this morning). I was predominantly with them for their Go Roam service.

@ThreeUKSupport I have found in the past that the so called status checker only shows 5G 4G signal strength and NOT any internet outages or problems ! Can his be changed? The internet was out for several days a month ago, status still showed no problems at the time It's your network own it !

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. I'm sure you're not happy with the decision making your life difficult but please add my complaint to the pile. I went with Three because of Go Roam, because I travel. It's why I would renew next month but this feels like a total "f*** you" to me, so it's unlikely now.

@ThreeUKSupport @adamhooz I'm also having trouble. The app isn't working at all, the website is hanging for several minutes. I eventually did manage to log in, tried to top up my account, the money got taken from my bank account but the website said the transaction failed. How is it so difficult!?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m still having issues with 4g. Supposed to have been fixed on the 21st of Aug. Three site says no issues now but 4g cuts out every time I use it.
