    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport The chat ended due to connection problems, but your agent thought it was appropriate to suggest that he would "investigate if the device is returned." I don't want the device/nor did I ask for the device. Come and collect your device and sort my account out

    @ThreeUK I’ve got 4 lines with three UK. Thankfully 2 out of them still got 14 days to cancel. Reception is outrages! No internet whatsoever. 2 more getting cancelled in 11 months. Sad to leave after 5+ years. But I had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you just give me an email address as I can’t find one on the website, even though I was told by the complaints team that they couldn’t give it me or do it internally and that I would find it on the website, as usual more lies from customer support..

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried to cancel my mobile broadband with you 4 times. The last call I had with your company ended with me being assured it was cancelled and I would receive no more bills but I’ve received another today. Please sort this out, I’m not paying any more bills.
