    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your reply. Been with 3 for 16 years and main account holder cannot remember the password. Therefore, 3 won’t talk to me regarding my contract after 8 hour long phone calls. I need to sort this ASAP any help appreciated. Any further details needed?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I requested my pak code Monday 1st, transferred over on 2nd Feb. was told I could have access for 30 days. No communication whatever confirming everything agreed so feel it my word against 3. 5+ years customer but the last few months have been dreadful regarding service

    @ThreeUKSupport This is just going round in circles. I’ve been on live chat to so many different people now who have all told me different things ..... most recently being that it’s not THREE’S issue but my phone manufacturer but now I have to go on live chat again to be told what now?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete! No, no devices connected via the wire. I have a HUAWEI AI Cube and I just use the WiFi on it but it’s extremely tedious and slow and constantly cuts off with any devices connected to it :(
