    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUK so disappointed in your service today. Tried upgrading but you were charging £20 extra pm than independent retailers. I tried asking for help and was met with additional charges and passive aggressive threats even though I was staying with 3. Loyalty means nothing to you

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer service has been awful, you have taken more money then you should of and now your taking a long time to refund it, you said you would refund it on Tuesday and it should be with me in 3 working days to be told that that was rejected,

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't login using the app I have no service. I've tried logging in using a browser it just keeps trying to get me to register the number, then tells me it's already registered. I've had the number for years.

    @ThreeUK @Threeuksupport Was shocked to see the new Go Roam world tariff... £5 per day flat is too costly for an international roaming. Being a ThreeUK customer for the past 5 years, I really feel sorry for myself. You are penalising your clients
