    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's a monthly contract, I have several contracts as well as my whole family being with three. It's a Samsung note 10 plus, it's happening at home, even when we are connected to WiFi their is no signal or WiFi calling.

    @ThreeUK I have had numerous emails going back and fourth with ThreeUK with no satisfaction, they asked for information to reset my account and then they tell me to go online and reset it, are they stupid? YES I THINK SO. @R_Finnegan_UK @ThreeUK
