@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to your agents 3 times on live chat and followed everything they’ve advised, tried changing network, 4g & 3G and reset all phone and it does not work. There are 4 different phones out here with 3 and not one can get data!

@ThreeUK yet again I'm left with no Internet via WiFi although I have full 4g signal on mobile. Sick of the service. This cannot be acceptable. Can you advise best way to leave this terrible service
