    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @ThreeUKSupport bought my daughter a Three Sim yesterday from Argos. It said when registered it would be £8 a month of 8GB date for 12months. Can't register it. Tells me the phone number and SIM aren't correct. Phone is registered on network with almost zero signal. 1 of 2

    3 separate mobiles lost signal simultaneously yesterday and have stayed down ever since. Notified network operator @O2 and they insist that their network is "working fine" in our area. So no prospect of a fix then. Perhaps my area is uneconomic. Luckily I'm also with @ThreeUK .

    @ThreeUK has the worst customer service of all time. 6 weeks of being strung along and lied to and then when you’re finally so frustrated you decide to switch to another company they make it impossible!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to access my account; PWD manager stored pass did not work on web and every attempt to change it fails with my3auth.text.generic.error. Same issue with your mobile app. I've seen others report this in the past week; when will this be fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport At the end of the day, I am just upset that all of the 3 assistants just offered me the same solution, didn’t care that it didn’t work, refused to take onboard what I was saying and just got rid of me when they didn’t have the answer. (Final Part)

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have a ONEPlus 8 PRO the camera I use alot has recently been flaring alot I'm not sure for what reason I have tried cleaning the Lense and everything not doing anything you can do to help?
