@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

Massive thankyou to Mike 1 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK at the three store in st stephens hull 🫶🏻he helped more out more in a couple hours than about 8 hrs talking to customer services (there a absolute joke) 🤬😡,2 weeks of messing about with no calls & internet

@ThreeUKSupport Any known issues with internet connection in PE25 1NJ area? All phones in my household show good 4g+ & 5g signal, but we can't use any internet. It's a popular holiday destination, so a lot of people could be affected. Please can you investigate this?
