@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

@ThreeUKSupport my mobile data is not working and I couldn't get on to the app without network so I had to find somewhere with free network to get on to ur app u should allow ppl to use ur app even if they run out of mobile data so ppl can buy more
