    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

    @ThreeUKSupport She said I will get my contract through the. Said I have to pay an early upgrade fee even thou it's paid last month so how can this be that three doesn't know that looking at my account it's simple really just customer service with no excuse

    @ThreeUKSupport Got brief call from someone who’s got no idea of my complaint despite telling two operators previously. Assumption must be that nothing gets logged. Original call asked for pm callback. Call was 10.59 momentarily on wall socket for charging!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, trying to log into my account, but it says my password is wrong (but I know it isn't!). Tried resetting the password, & after clicking through from the email & following instructions, it comes up with a "my3auth.text.generic.error" message. Is there an issue?

    @ThreeUK I’ve had one bar signal and no more than about 2MBPS download speed for the last like 2 months? Why is your signal and internet so up and down? Isn’t it plastered everywhere aboit ‘best 4G network’ in the UK. It’s awful

    @ThreeUK @three_broadband a new 5g router arrived with a SIM card but wouldn’t connect online. Tech support can’t find details of my account and told me to get to a 3 shop to sort it out. But your 3 shops closed before stipulated closing time and all 3 shops nearby won’t pick up!
