@ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to change my mum's payg sim to monthly. I was sent a new sim with a new nmbr which is not what I wanted so I called, explained the issue and they cancelled. Now trying to do it through the app and it seems I DO need the new numbr???
