    @ThreeUKSupport Please have the decency to read the feed properly before asking daft questions ... as I have already stated I never cancelled anything, I merely informed you that as of the 18/9 (the date my contract finished) I no longer wished to be use your services!     @ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please

    @ThreeUKSupport That won't work i was told. My contract will be extended to cover the extra day as i am bound to give exactly 30 days notice. This is what i was told today and is the essence of my complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    @ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, the issue was because the cancellation request created a PAC code which wasn’t used, my contract never ceased. I explained that I had no need for a PAC code or intention to take the number with me, I just needed the services to stop as I haven’t used them since July

    @ThreeUK 500 line is awful. There is clearly an issue with your telephony routing. 3 days I’ve been calling, 7 calls I’ve made all over 30 mins waiting and I’m still stuck having to listen to Dua Lipa on repeat. Online chat doesn’t get me anywhere either! Help please

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried to verify it through the 3 app went through support, then activate new sim, put the 19 digit code on the sim with my phone number. Then nothing happened after that
