@ThreeUKSupport never taking a phone out with your company again. Bought a phone last year at the Trafford Centre told excess on first claim would be under £10 just found out its £80 for a cracked screen.

@ThreeUKSupport Chris, issue with non UK nationals phoning out the blue is your not sure if they are genuine. Sorry but its true and feel bad for those staff. Cheaper labour doesn’t always get results.

@ThreeUK terrible customer service! After closing my account (due to the same problem) I received a letter informing me I was entitiled to a refund after my last bill- waited 15 mins on phone to be reimbursed only to be told it was a mistake, no comprehensible explanation made
