So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport Im on the advanced 100gb unlimited minutes plan. I always show 4g at work but it never actually works and doesn’t revert to 3G so can’t actually use any data at work and on the 3rd or 4th of every month get a text saying I’m nearly at my spend limit

@anayaxposso @ThreeUK You can’t even use the data you’re paying for because it’s horrendous. You’re paying for a service and if you’re not receiving it, you should get them to give your money back and leave. It’s a mess. They’re a mess.

Any Google Pixel owners finding their previously working SIM cards are no longer recognised? I have a #pixel4A with a Three UK SIM that suddenly isn't recognised anymore. SIM works fine in other phones. Other Three SIMs not working in Pixel 4a either. Any ideas @ThreeUKSupport ?

@ThreeUK my daughter has been without a phone for over 2 weeks as she is waiting for confirmation from you to repair her phone! Terrible service and putting her in danger with no device do make emergency calls if she needed to

@PhilErmiya @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your suggestions - it says SIM not recognised when I insert any of my Three UK SIMs, even though they work on other handsets - and they also worked on the 4a previously. Problem is regardless of location too. I'm suspecting maybe an Android update or a faulty SIM slot
