So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks - it’s just a question. I was a Three customer about 6 years ago and despite many promises there was never service at this large U.K. airport. Sadly still not I guess

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

@andy_stones @ThreeUK Same here, with the number although I think I ported it over from another network 🤔

@timhardinguk @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Did Three do any pretesting, suspect not! Used to be a great network!!

@ThreeUK Not really reassuring. As I have network problems on a daily basis. Sometimes I have no Mobile signal at all. But let's hope you can fix this huge problem with your network. As my contact is due to run out in December. And quite frankly it looks like a move is on the cards.

@MartinSLewis I'm on @ThreeUK network, and never received the alert. They've released a statement saying there were issues with some (many?) customers not receiving it.
-
Geoff Corston
(@Geofc23) reported
@ThreeUK I didn’t receive the alert because I’m on 3 network. Usually don’t receive anything anyway (texts, notifications etc.) Knew 3 would fail and it did! My partner on BT network next to me received it no problem. Can’t wait to get away to a reliable network.

@ThreeUK It great that you think it's fixed, but I do believe another test should be carried out just to check and to put people's minds at rest that it will actually work in a real emergency.

@ThreeUKSupport When is your deal with voda going through? I'm giving you until then, if things don't improve, I'm going to cancel like the customer complaints assistant said I could when my mobile data went down for 6 weeks. Becoming a bit of a joke isn't it?
-
Ben Burns
(@burnsb) reported
@ThreeUKSupport The issues are still occurring, still not getting a 5G signal! Its been nearly 2 weeks now!

@ThreeUKSupport I don't understand why there has to be a 'security process' to make an anonymous top-up. But notwithstanding, the child has severe trust issues, and won't install the app on his phone (and if he did, we wouldn't want our card details held on his phone for obvious reasons).
