    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @burtoffalous @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Good luck Claire. As someone who struggled on with Three for 3+ months after mysteriously losing signal one day for it never to come back, I hope you do better than many of us have. Doubt it though, I fear someone's dropped a huge clanger when changing infrastructure over to 5G.

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode is G74 3QE. This is a problem most of the time, signal strength varies daily, almost hourly. V lucky to get 4G inside for any length of time, H or H+ is typical, and not good.

    I’ve been with @ThreeUK; for years now ... with no issues ... and now they mess up so bad my phones been cut off ... wonderful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Asked to leave and got told I can’t even thou I am paying for a broadband service three have admitted they can not provide! Stuck!!!! Not cool three not cool

    @ConsiderCraig @ThreeUKSupport It might be unlimited but you won’t be able to use it. The network is heavily congested and most customers struggle to even load a webpage. @ThreeUK’s suggestion is to advise their customers to use 3G... which is slower! Avoid Three like they have Corona.

    @ThreeUKSupport My number was moved to another network and has been used to try and access my bank account and email. On live chat on Wednesday someone said they were going to pass this on to the fraud team, no contact since then

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had zero internet for the past 2 days. Coupled with the fact I get zero signal in my own house, I'm now seriously considering that you terminate my contract so that I can move to a mobile fone provider that can give me those things!

    I thought EE was bad, but @ThreeUK are actually the worst🥴
