    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks - it’s just a question. I was a Three customer about 6 years ago and despite many promises there was never service at this large U.K. airport. Sadly still not I guess

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    Big fan of how bad the @ThreeUK rescue process is Website is broken and has been since last night, and yet when I call, it constantly tells me to go online Finally get through, they get my number wrong despite repeating it 4x, put on hold... And then hang up!? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK The service I received so far has been shocking. No conformation emails of my new order, which is for my girls birthday on Monday. Call centres keep tell me same stuff for 3 days, all approved OK, upfront payment accepted. Just waiting on handset. Please contact me

    @ThreeUK Hi, I received a SMS yesterday that I am roaming and my service may be suspended mid September 2021. I have arranged with yourselves the roaming will be extended, this was agreed by 3 & confirmed via SMS on the 10th August 10:21, pls clarify. Thanks. @foxleysjersey
