    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

    @ThreeUKSupport why is my mum being charged for a phone that has been returned within the timescale? I am not calling your phone lines as no help and make you hold for over an hour. Is this on purpose so you don’t have to deal with complaints??

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. I got through to live chat yesterday and they are now sending me a new sim. One issue I do have though is that I require proof of purchase for my new contract to claim my Samsung rewards. They attempted to send 3 times but I've still not received. Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife SMSed you for a PAC for her PAYG SIM and got an error so phoned you. Your support agent tried to pressure her into signing up for a contract and when she said she was switching to @1pMobile, you told her that credit on 1pmobile would expire every month (which is a lie).
