    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 I wanted to cancel within 30 days of not happy with service. Emailed back I would be charged early term fee. I don't feel its right, stuck paying for a service I don't get & no help getting fixed. I had heard good things about @ThreeUK but never using again!

    Well thatโ€™s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network ๐Ÿ’ฉ round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadnโ€™t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out thereโ€™s nothing wrong with my cards ๐Ÿ™€

    @threeuksupport @threeuk...understand you are trying to do during this compared to what you understand customers are going through financially particularly long term customers who are frontline workers who are under extreme stress and trying their best...poor poor practice

    @threeuksupport @ThreeUK ...cant get on app and haven't been able to since upgrade in feb/march. U cancel direct debit...no one advised me of this until today I cant call as your systems are down. You have shown throughout this Lockdown a level of inequality as to what I MUST ...

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

    @simonbangs @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s a shambles. I phoned this morning to know for sure it wasnโ€™t coming and the advisor told me it was still down for being delivered today, so I told them about the text I received and they responded with the text must be right. 3 are a bunch of clowns

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone elseโ€™s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . Iโ€™ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, donโ€™t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up โ€ฆ.. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.
