    @ThreeUK ever since one of your agent informed me that if I don't upgrade my phone to a 5G enabled device, I won't be able to use your network anymore, I have stopped enjoying your service. I'm not getting your services for free, you are stressing me further to get a new phone

    @ThreeUKSupport how do I put a official complaint in? Stuck with 5G broadband HUB contract where I don't get 5G! I get 4g but it's patchy at best. My ADSL is faster with Sky! I've asksd for help multiple times to fix via email! Calls! Social media, chat. Nothing done to fix 1/2

    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    @ThreeUK hi Iโ€™m trying to top up my account to buy an add on and itโ€™s not working. Iโ€™ve tried on the app, on safari and on Firefox on my iPhone and my MacBook and it wonโ€™t let me get any further than putting my address in

    @ThreeUK just phoned to find out why I am not receiving incoming calls to discover your network has issues. Why are you not informing customers. Is it because you are hoping they donโ€™t notice and hit you with compensation claims

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Really disappointed with both Three UK and Motorola customer service. Motorola arranged DPD to collect my phone for repair driver โ€œmissedโ€ collection twice without even knocking. I waited in both days. Total waste of time

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we offering early free upgrades but then making people still pay for their old phones aswell as the new phone!? 10 years or so Iโ€™ve been with Three and never had an issue upgrading but just clocked on my bank two payments had been taken out for a device

    @ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like ยฃ25pm for 100Mbps

    @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and ยฃ4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
