@loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

@ThreeUK Instead of taking your logo off @ChelseaFC shirts, how about you put the logo in the colour of the Ukraine flag? You're treating Chelsea like they support the war. You've likely lost customers by doing this, you'd gain more by putting it back on in the flag colours.
