    Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

    I've had no data since yesterday afternoon @ThreeUK and now seems like most of us are on Emergency Calls Only. Your website's been telling me my network problems are down to essential maintenance in my area since July. Now can I move without penalty please, this is too much.

    @ThreeUKSupport They couldn’t find the IMEI on the account as it was an order from 2016. I used this phone as a loyal Three customer for many years so i hope this can be deemed as non fraudulent.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t accept the £5, it was offered as a one off credit. I asked if I poss to have a reduction in the bill until September, or cancel this one contract only with no penalty, but was told it would cost me over £100 to cancel as the contract runs until Dec this year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Im struggling to get that proof of purchase from carphone warehouse. I’ve got proof with the order email but Three say they need the IMEI on it. Why is proof needed to unlock the phone no damage is being done.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have chatted with them 20 times and issue not resolved. Porting was arranged 10 days ago and should have happened on 12/7, main business line is dead. Customer support is useless and I need this issue resolved now.
