@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

@loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

@sashathompson90 @ThreeUK My 5 year old is only home from hospital yesterday and has a feeding tube in I can’t call any support or nurses doctors have missed all sorts of calls today can’t even call nhs 24 or police Scotland
