@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

@ThreeUKSupport It only said "work being done" until "no problems". No clue if it was scheduled work or emergency maintenance, likely to be minutes, hours or days. I don't expect an exact time, just some indication. Why did it give the time at 00:15 pm at one point? That's not even a time.

@ThreeUK 50mins on online chat. Then on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins just to get cut off. All I want to do is cancel my contract. That's one way to not loose customers.
