@ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@PrivateParts16 @ThreeUK Absolutely. Not so long ago it used to be 3p per min to mobiles/landlines and 3p per text. I think I’m gonna give Asda mobile a go. They piggyback off of Vodafone’s network. Good luck with yours.
