Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

@ThreeUKSupport I did that on Thursday but not since then, although it always comes back by itself or if I move to a location outside the house (which is sporadic). Have done a restart now and its still no signal to yourselves but is good for emergency calls (likely via o2 or voda)
