-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUK why is your network so rubbish - months now Iโve been suffering bad signal everywhere. -
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that issue has cleared up but I still have a lot problems where calls drop even when Iโm not moving - doesnโt happen all the time and never happened on my old provider on and phone (only been with you a few months)

Mbappe's 1๏ธโฃ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reportedThank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
-
Jon โจ๐ซ (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Suhail ๐ฅ (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
JurateW #FBPE ๐ช๐บ๐ช๐บ๐ถ๏ธ๐ (@JurateJW) reported. Is @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the WORST network in the UK? There's no reception in half of London. A complete joke. #MOBILE #complaint
-
Levity (@LevityODonnell) reported@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.
-
Mark Shepherd ๐๐ท (@shepherdmg) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I think they're all just as bad, reception was better in 1999.
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
White Apathy (@fundcruncher) reported@ThreeUK I can no longer listen to voice mail unless I record a stupid message? Are you on crack? Fk off. Give me access to my voice message or I'm changing provider. Not negotiable. Fkn tyrants.
