If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

They charge you anyway. Call them: you hold for an hour. Then they say they’ll fix it, but don’t!

And it adds up. Before long they become Sears, Kmart and AOL. IMO; They will end up splitting shopping and prime off eventually.
