@nypost AOL is a moron. Don’t care about her college because she is still as stupid as stupid can B.

  • yakameiin slim maw (@yakameiin) reported from Newark, New Jersey

Best thing about the streaming era is we don't have to listen to no ******* "aol exclusive" tags on every damn song.

  • MikeBoggi22 mike (@MikeBoggi22) reported from Montville, New Jersey

@AOL your news updates ******* suck and are full of ****. I’m kinda embarrassed to even tweet at AOL in 2020 so shame on me.

  • yolainc Yolanda Alejandre (@yolainc) reported from Jersey City, New Jersey

@wvjoe911 @AOL That's funny they do it all with no help from the media.

  • lechaflan Bobby L (@lechaflan) reported from Jersey City, New Jersey

My favorite AOL/AIM profile was simply Times New Roman size 12 white background simply saying "Loading..." and away msg was "just got into a really bad accident. be back later"

  • kimhurdman Kim Hurdman (@kimhurdman) reported from Morristown, New Jersey

@Timodc Does aol still host email services? I thought they shut down, oh, like, 12 yrs ago?

  • AngryOroro Stefan⭐️Universe (@AngryOroro) reported from Newark, New Jersey

@crissles I'm sad that @KidFury never got to experience the blackplanet 12 at MDCC in '00 but he, like me, will get over that after quick after you have to explain to 3 grill fronts how to add the Bone Thug "Change The World" song to their page, while praying my AOL m4m chat dont popoff.

@CamronKing17 @aolmail Im having this same issue right now for the past two days….did they fix it for you? If so, how?

  • HonuDan Dan Cunningham (@HonuDan) reported

@RadioCarla They had all those Studio Stores in the 90s which were successful and wonderful too, but the AOL merger shut them down. The new regime didn’t like to pay rent $$$

  • vella_mike Mike V. (@vella_mike) reported

@judgeht21 @respectablepp @molly0xFFF LOL, what articles? Were you even alive in the 90’s? I had broadband internet in 1996 and working from home when necessary by y2k. By the middle of the decade millions were using dial up via ISPs or AOL and the like. The blockchain literally solves for zero problems.

  • FastLifeBlack MalMillions.eth (@FastLifeBlack) reported

Every week there’s a story about someone “almost” getting kidnapped and added to some mysterious human trafficking ring. They all end with ZERO legal action… y’all do the math. Some of y’all never used AOL and it shows.

  • LensRising Maurice “Mo” Monroe (@LensRising) reported

@FinesseEness I saw someone write down “@ aol .com” and immediately looked back up at them. I just feel like you lying.

  • dejibaking dejibaking (@dejibaking) reported

Acquisitions can help companies diversify and help them plant a flag in another industry, but they can also lead to mismanagement, culture clash, and poor decision making (see: AOL-Time Warner, AT&T-DirecTV, AT&T-Time Warner).

  • antaya_j Ghoull (@antaya_j) reported

@ZOTAC Come from a very low in-come area. We were building PCs on very strict budgets to help get people connected, and donated many. We were the first on our street to even have DSL after AOL.

  • newdaynewlife11 Stand for something (@newdaynewlife11) reported

@IBJIYONGI One of tech’s biggest scams is subscription-based paid apps/platforms. This ain’t the days of free software with every computer sold unless they get to track you. Even then... (never thought AOL cd’s would ever be missed... lol)

  • pmvcornish pmvc218 (@pmvcornish) reported

@sharrond62 2/2 I'm trying out a reporting service that claims to identify and block the addresses & isp's. (SpamCop)...will see how it goes! Funny thing, before Yahoo got involved, AOL had almost zero spam traffic, and I've been with them over 20 years!

  • enatheory enaaa 🫧 (@enatheory) reported

@gmail no because it’s only your mails and never on AOL
