  • jschulweis Jason Schulweis ☕️ (@jschulweis) reported from Manhattan, New York

My thoughts on the Yahoo/AOL news summed up as follows: - as a former Yahoo, I still bleed Purple for the brand. It mattered so much to so many for so long, and still does to a degree (just in different ways) - The middle is a bad place to be. If you can’t compete in scale…

  • Podia2Dromedary Matty 🇺🇸 🇺🇦🇨🇦🇫🇷🇮🇱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Podia2Dromedary) reported from Manhattan, New York

The truth is I never had a MySpace account but I did have Prodigy, AOL and NetZero.

  • YesITalkTooFast Bobby Cubano (@YesITalkTooFast) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey

Mad as hell bc I had to delete then re-login to my aol account on my phone (shut up, I know) and the notes in my notepad app I wrote from the end of June-present were not backed up So many single lines of lyrics that were never going to become anything, gone

  • TheDaddyJim The Daddy (@TheDaddyJim) reported from Staten Island Junction, New Jersey

@FreddysUSA The code never comes. It’s been that way for days. Yes I’ve checked my spam folder too. Tried AOL mail and Yahoo mail both.

  • raygootz spooky gootz (@raygootz) reported from Manhattan, New York

@skinnymysterio WCW cut everyones salaries in half in 92 cause they could. Also AOL wanted wrestling ******** off tnt didnt matter if nitro started destroying raw in ratings. All these corporate pricks are the same.

  • WithChanceof cool choppers embasy🥄 (@WithChanceof) reported from Rutherford, New Jersey

It was around the time of cosm mine and transmutable related credibility at full proliferatory two years ago that I made my biggest display of the **** scene of the aol message boards as evident by the new trak polyphonic and lock chains dynamic and that it was mutability

  • steketee steketee (@steketee) reported from Manhattan, New York

@aripap If AOL could figure out why they dropped the ball in AIM, I might consider reading the rest of their issues

  • dberkowitz David Berkowitz (@dberkowitz) reported from Manhattan, New York

@michaelmiraflor @Aerocles @MattJMcD Why is it a problem that they’re asking what web3 is? To me, that’s a great sign that they care. This is so new in any practical sense. The web itself didn’t matter to most without the browser & AOL. Web 2 didn’t matter for most until Facebook. Most people need real applications.

  • tmrch28 therealsylviaTee (@tmrch28) reported from Manhattan, New York

@hopefulmetsfan @Mets This game took me back to the early days of the AOL message boards where no one was spared when games like this happened This offense or lack thereof is embarrassing While the pitching is doing the job the bats are in a coma Poor max he got the Degrom offense

  • ChrisGhent chrisghent.near ᵍᵐ (@ChrisGhent) reported from Newark, New Jersey

@whiskeybaarrell @delia_cai Damn is this really a negative? I send all my junk to @AOL… nearly 20 years of junk in there.

  • BDLKONYOU Truth Hurts (@BDLKONYOU) reported from Brooklyn, New York

Lmao #TwitterBlue. How many idiots are going to pay $2.99 a month. For stupid features. This is the #aol days. Jack cokehead Dorsey.

  • dashnoire Raki Papi 🇦🇱 ➐ (@dashnoire) reported

@DepressedSteelo @TheEnemiesPE3 WCW is not defunct because they were a bad product lol. They still had decent ratings despite mediocre creative. They got sold bc Warner merged with AOL and they wanted to liquidate and get rid of IPs they didn't care about, which is how Vince was able to get WCW so cheap.

  • CamDougharty CameronDougharty (@CamDougharty) reported

@bscholtz12 @MoneyTM1 As someone who grew up sorta poor I remember hoarding the aol free trail discs.

  • Ben59923471 Ben (@Ben59923471) reported

@AdamKMaine @clussman Lol none of them fell because they went woke bud nice try lol MySpace went down because Facebook pushed it out, sears went out because of bad business practices and buying Kmart, aol didn’t keep up with the times. No company will ever go broke for being inclusive so give it up

  • Vittletweeter Vittletweet (@Vittletweeter) reported

@angsuman Thanks. The block domain option (.ru) feature in AOL has no effect on the spam and they do not have a list like outlook. I will have to study the possible fixes. Haven't been inside reg for a few years or config or coding since 90s DOS, but never too old to learn.

  • coldbrewtonic سعد (@coldbrewtonic) reported

@Jazbatijalebiii I've never used yahoo. Lol. AOL was more like it

  • tboneator6404 Tboneator5XVaxxed&Masked (@tboneator6404) reported

@ShutUpAmanda Dilbo's author sucks even harder. Confession: I did sort of like Dilbert back in the '90s. However, like AOL floppies and CD's, some things are just best left there. 🙃

  • gemi6615 Carol 🖤💛 (@gemi6615) reported

@call_flame Omg I loved MySpace! I never had an AOL account
