@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

Ugh dealing with @BarclaysUK is now a nightmare. Might be time to finally change banks. - Customer service is now terrible, used to be quite good. - Still don't support google pay with their cards, so you have to use their app which turns off contactless everytime it updates.

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.
