Ironically, when I left Barclays (due to this issue) I moved to Nationwide. I was disappointed to learn that they used the same company to fulfil the mobile phone insurance.

Jayne (@Jayne5823) reported@BarclaysUK a week on from authentication card being cancelled, still no access to accounts as new authentication card does not tie up with new pin number sent. Service centre can't help, suggest going to atm to unlock card, which won't work as the pin number doesnt work!!
