The iPhone upgrade programme is a shambles man, used it since it started in the UK with very little issues, have an excellent credit score with no errors and Barclays declined this years. Why yous like this @BarclaysUK @AppleSupport a just want my new phone 😩

@BarclaysUK hi.. i was supposed to receive my new card last month but it didn’t arrive. The card i have now is expired and i can’t access the online banking. Tried to call the number no one answers
