    @BarclaysUK Is there a problem with the app? I’ve updated it snd it wouldn’t work, then deleted and now it’s asking me to register?

    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

    @BarclaysUK your online and mobile banking services are crap. Contacting you for help and support is tantamount to pulling bricks out of a wall. I would have made this complaint via email, but since you don't have a contact point, I am forced to vent my frustrations in public.

    @BarclaysUK has certainly gone down hill. I have been a customer for almost 40 years and a Premier Customer for about 20, but no one can answer my questions either over the phone or in branch. Very disappointing

    @BarclaysUK lost EMV in app because instead of fixing a simple bug, they ridded it and delegated it to G/S/A/Pay. This was because their inferior coding abilities couldn't fix a potentially epileptic inducing bug. Makes you wonder, where else does the app fall short?

    @JaneSymons1 @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp If it's any comfort, it's taken 22 days for me to resolve a problem with my bank. Vastly hampered by having to go through Relay UK (service for deaf people) which breaks every time you are put on hold, go into a queue, are transferred etc. You're not supposed to involve 1/n

    @JaneSymons1 @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp a hearing person to help (breaks security protocols) but we didn't have any choice. (I had problems w document upload that involved taking live web cam images, live image of passport etc. that is difficult if you have arthritis in hands and have to take glasses on and off). 2/2

    @BarclaysUK just got approved for a credit card, got confirmation that I successfully registered for online account management, tried to log in using the ID given and am receiving "sorry there's been a problem with our system please try again". Please help

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays please help! Trying to verify Know your customer with your Indian call centre and going round in circles . Numerous phone calls time wasted by ME for something YOU require. No local bank managers available branch staff can’t help

    I'm now making my way through the awful @BarclaysUK phone menu system for the 3rd time because I've been hung up on twice now. Over 5 minutes of navigating menus, recorded messages and useless bots before I even get in the queue to talk to a human! Total shambles.

    So the earliest @BarclaysUK MIGHT unfreeze our bank accounts is 2nd May. All over a small bank transfer we received in February. Their ‘solution’ or blocking access to our money over a single transaction beggars belief.
