    @BarclaysUK itโ€™s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You havenโ€™t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Iโ€™ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

    @BarclaysUK gutted you're shutting down #Pingit in June, it's been a great tool for my mum and I. Can you reassure us that we'll still be able to send money to each other via the Barclays mobile app as easily as we have been doing?

    @BarclaysUK if you want me to remain a customer, stop advertising to me about buy to let mortgages. Your salivation at the profit from an industry which is driving up homelessness and the cost of living is a truly disgusting look. Making me consider alternatives.

    @BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over ยฃ10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & itโ€™s a new apple phone bought from apple. Sheโ€™s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they canโ€™t compensate her for it. Disgusting

    @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue weโ€™ve come for the second time, Iโ€™m glad Iโ€™ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

    @HalifaxBank pretty poor message service on you App! I asked a question FIVE hours ago, U didnโ€™t get anyone to respond so closed down my question. Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if youโ€™re closing branches improve your app human service!
