  @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

  @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, why have you removed the memorable phrase from the sign on screen to your app and made the whole page look different without any warning. I had to find out about it by googling as I thought my phone had been hacked. It's pretty poor service actually

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!
