Trying to set online banking up for my dad, who has never recieved any comms (inc phone security number), was told to go into a branch! Branches/phone lines only open 9-5 Mon-Fri so how if you work 9-5 M-F are you supposed to achieve this?

No explanation, no letter prior to this from the bank. Very disappointed with their actions. Now bank elsewhere.
