Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

@BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

@BarclaysUK you are utterly useless! Trying to register for the banking app but I’ve discovered you have my incorrect DOB and have had to go in branch to sort this. Did this last week, apparently it was sorted. Tried to register again, still the same issue.

The approach to #neurodiversity support at @BarclaysUK is a like saying to someone in a wheelchair facing steps at a branch. Come in we have loads of different ramps inside you can use to… er… get into the branch. You have to use the service you can’t use to get the adjustment.

@BarclaysUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. My father has banked with you for over 60 years. He’s suddenly very unwell and in a residential home. We need ratify an LPA. First appointment offered 08.02. We need to pay care home bills. We live 2 hours away. Disgusted
