    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

    @BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

    Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

    @BarclaysUK your Rye Lane branch was really not great today. 30 min wait for statement printing machines to be fixed. And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.
