@BarclaysUK on your iPhone app the log in button is very close to the bottom of the screen so when I swipe up to kill the app it logs back in. Is there any way the button could be moved?

I am absolutely disgusted with @BarclaysUK - I requested a new debit card 21 DAYS AGO &, having come back from hol, see it’s still not arrived. I start a new job tomorrow and STILL don’t have access to my own money - I can’t even get out cash?! Do something @BarclaysUKHelp

And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...

@kellykurdt @BarclaysUK It might come to that, but I'm told that it is because the loans team isn't customer facing and only they can do it (???) but it will be flagged by the system 'probably in three days though it does say we're expecting two more payments'. Just amazing levels of incompetence tbh.
