    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk My advice would be to check your location for Wi-Fi signals. If you are having problems with your Virgin Wi-Fi there is a high chance you will have probs with any provider.

    @bt_uk Hi. It's the fact we're 2 days short of a mnth since the order was made. No1 can tell me WHY the order was cancelled or WHY my Dad's line was cut off and number was 'returned' to talktalk. How can you accidently cancel these without knowing why? How reliable would a new order be?

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk Have a look around. I was with BT and the service was terrible. I ended up being refunded a years worth of broadband bills because the service was so bad. Their superfast 76mbps gave me 4mbps. Sky and talktalk were both faster on the same line.

    Thank you to @bt_uk for finally properly fixing the 5 GHz network issue with the Smart Hub 2 in the latest firmware update - mine is back to working at full speed now rather than 1/10th of it. 👍

    @bt_uk Maybe try to get your pricing in order. Vodafone offers the same for nearly half the cost... Line rental costs are a thing of the past. Even cell phone providers gave up on that one. Your service is next level. Your pricing is stone age... Just saying.

    @bt_uk Can I give my code to a friend (who's not a BT customer themselves) or can it only be used by the BT customer themselves? I've seen people sharing codes on Twitter but not sure if other people could use them.
