@bt_uk I’ve Got An Issue… You’ve Created It. I Told I Was Moving House. So You’ve Decided To Send My New Equipment To My Old House. Then Send The Engineer To My New House! Any Plans On How To Fix It?!?!

@bt_uk Your engineer is sending my official council work multiple phone texts about broadband. I have no idea why. Not in your network. Don’t use your services. I’m guessing someone has made an error and your poor customer isn’t getting their appointment

Are we on doomsday? We lost internet connection in our area on 18th Feb and BT is still fixing the issue with no clear dates for resolution (estimated dates keep changing everyday!) nor no clarity where the problem is! @bt_uk I wasn’t expecting such poor service. #btfibrefails

@Simon_Pegg @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Holy crap. I've had some back and forth with Bulb about an installation recently but it's nothing compared to this. That's just horrendous service from the company (not the individuals, as you rightly point out). Will shaming help? Certainly can't hurt.

the past. But, the outstanding engineer aside, every dealing is poor. Signal drops out, doesn't cover whole house (a 'pod' is additional per month; was I told? nope.) If I could return to @bt_uk I most definitely would!

@bt_uk ISPs are supposed to be the face to the customer, but that isn’t much good if they don’t have any information to supply (even though Openreach does have that info).

@bt_uk u came to fit broadband then your cause damaged to my property and you don’t even have the manners to respond to the complaint form. If it rains bad and water leaks into my property you will be facing a massive claim.😡
