    £70 for full fiber internet from @bt_uk and the speed for the last month has been below 30mbs. To think you want to keep me a customer, awful way to go about it. Don't bother responding with stupid excuses. #avoid

    @btsport Is Jake stupid? Does he not realise that there was a restricted summer & conditions that haven't existed before...It's not just a squeezed schedule, it's a horrendous schedule that endangers human beings.

    @bt_uk Order twice cancelled wrongly by BT. Engineer turned up on wrong day at empty house. Then unable to connect to cable system. Three deliveries of identical kit. Bills arriving for service i dont yet have. Hours on phone to BT. And I'm still waiting....
