@Billypieman @bt_uk Welcome to my world Bill, they really are a waste of space I have had three final bills from them all different. They have issued a new contract each time I contacted them to CANCEL my contract therefore I am sitting on a large bill. I am at a loss what to do next.

@ukvaporizer @bt_uk Well it's been fixed now mate but I'm only getting 5mb/s, not entirely worth the £52.99 I'm paying. Speaking to our new neighbors they have had the same issue and have swapped over to 4g broadband and are getting upto 60mb/s so probably gonna go down that route and cancel BT.

Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

@btbusinesscare So @btbusinesscare Arka rang me this pm to apologise for Manashi not updating me (a familiar theme?). He says a director level escalation has now been raised & he will feedback on 29th. Still no service, but I’ve got used to that! #nobtcare
