@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk Hopefully you’re phone’s good enough to give decent network access to your laptop and that they’ll quickly give you more data/fix the issue (although in my experience this sort of issue can take more than a week).

@bt_uk The forum isn’t very specific, and it dates back to august where one of your colleagues has said they are trying to fix the issue. If it is an internet issue we have just crossed over to BT in the last couple of weeks.

@Littlelissy87 @bt_uk The problem could be any number of things, walls, insulation, cabling, electrical appliances, interferences. Dont need a particularly big house for it to be an issue. 80% of houses will fail to get WiFi in at least one room when using a single point of WiFi transmission.

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk In the past they gave me extra G on my phone contract. Have you tried their ‘public’ network. In my location I could stream easily on their public network.
