Has anyone else been harassed by #BT to return kit (or £50 ‘fine’) that has already been returned? Or raised a complaint that is then mysteriously cancelled after raising the matter? Pls let me know if so. @BTCare #scam @Ofcom

@bt_uk the fact that you are removing support for email clients is appalling. Please reverse this decision and switch to a secure protocol.

@bt_uk When I use my EE mobile signal, the problem disappears. I tried calling 0800 800 150, but I get sent text messages that won't allow me to speak to an advisor

@bt_uk Hi. This isn’t really good enough. When he spoke to you a couple of days ago he was advised an engineer would be out tomorrow. He was then told because your automated bot assessed the fault as a slow fault (not totally broken which it is) that the call was cancelled?

@bt_uk Hi, just bought a broadband package with BT. It says activation date 11 Apr, but the equipment arrives 6 Apr and it needs customer to self-install. Can I not have internet activated from 6 Apr in that case since I don’t need an appointment with a BT engineer? Thanks
