    @BTCare just been on the phone trying to get broadband working only to be told I now have to wait 48 hours ‘in case it comes back’ then I have to call back to book an engineer! ITS NOT WORKING! That’s why I called in the first place?! #shockingservice

    @BTCare I ordered a BT line and BB when i moved house, 2 months later we actually get a line, but it doesnt work, needs dig work on the road near the property. Openreach repeatedly give excuse that dig work has been arranged but never gets done.

    @BTCare This has not worked as you might expect and I have been told to await a call tomorrow from 11. I think you should update everyone nationally and acknowledge the problem. I am awaiting an urgent email and I am sure others are too. This is not acceptable service

    @BTCare @OpenreachHelp 4 months waiting for you to organise a working phone line, it is STILL not working, Tried talking to BT staff and get hung up on. Im sick of the weekly promises just to get let down repeatedly

    @BTCare your customer service is HORRENDOUS... feel like you’ve never dealt with anyone moving in to a new build before because no one seems to know what to advise us?!?! So much conflicting information - so poor!
