-
Anna B (@1ChampagneTweet) reported
@bt_uk Fixed thank you for asking. Up from 23 to 67, allegedly - the speed I pay for. But despite the fix still somewhat intermittent. The minute the engineer's back was turned etc ...

@bt_uk take the nets DOWN for kittiwakes sake. @DefraGovUK @DefraNature please ban nets like these on buildings.

@RSPBEngland @bt_uk Always good to know a company is responsive when issues are highlighted. Let’s hope the netting is removed as soon as!

This all sucks because I live in a new property and you’re the only service provider @bt_uk . All the faults team seem to be useful for is telling me what the notes say on the system and when the next call back will be.
-
JFOF (@JFOF533) reported
@bt_uk tale of bad service. I use my email from my PC every week day but you have chosen to close and delete my email account. I raised this on Apr 28 and now have to wait until May 10 for the ECR team to contact me, they are too busy before then!
-
sally roberts (@sallyroberts70) reported
@bt_uk Done that, still keep losing our connection, hub disconnects and flashes different colours, orange, red, green and then finally goes back to blue. Unacceptable that you refuse to fix our issues which have been constant. I will fix it then by changing suppliers. #btripoff
