@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk @_tobyjenkins This app is a joke. I had to force it to recognise my location by using my 4g connection and then connect back to my Wi-Fi. I’m in the middle of London and it says I’m outside of the service area. Lol. I can literally see the BT Tower from my window.
