    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

    @bt_uk having trouble with email account. Message saying take action on account. Have tried resetting password, got cut off online help chat! What is going on??

    @btbusinesscare you are a deeply frustrating outfit to deal with. For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

    One of the reasons I never open emails (purporting) to be from BT is they always look like scams. The one I received today was addressed to somebody called Jill Forward and was headd something about refunds, when it wasn't about refunds. Expensive and dozy too @BTCare @bt_uk

    @bt_uk so, after complaining about our internet speed, and having Openreach out twice, we were told by the engineer that we share our connection / bandwidth with a house down the road. We pay for 40Mb, we assume they do too. We both get 20. Doesn't feel legit.
