@bt_uk So nothing until tomorrow night. Our service has been rubbish all Christmas, now this 🙄

  • Chemfund Lawrence (@Chemfund) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Clare, I expect I will be in contact with you as I have no confidence in BT Openreach delivering a service @WeAreOpenreach

  • ChildCofe Child Victim of the CofE (@ChildCofe) reported

@btbusinesscare Is that picture of Nick, Allan, Sean or Chris? All very helpful but still we have not managed to get the broken internet back working.

  • dave_merritt Dave Merritt (@dave_merritt) reported

@bt_uk An hour on the phone with James (very patient) this morning resulted in me being told there is nothing that can be done until OR do something. I am now out of contract on my old service so being billed the higher price. Updates in app say work will be completed "today". Will DM.

  • Chemfund Lawrence (@Chemfund) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Clare, we had a time slot of am for the last appointment, but no show from engineer who advised at 19:30 hours that he ran out of time? Hence why I feel this appointment will turn out the same way on an issue outstanding for nearly 4 months

  • mishparrott smish (@mishparrott) reported

@bt_uk It says in my agreement that if it goes down, it’s automatically switched to 5G mobile service. It’s why I upgraded again and again. I don’t even live in a rural area. My neighbours enjoy excellent service from sky and virgin. Annoying that BT fail but charge the most

  • _calenhad Calenhad (@_calenhad) reported

@bt_uk Thanks to your Openreach crew in Airdrie and Coatbridge for coming out in horrible weather over Christmas and fixing a nasty problem with our phone cable promptly. Please pass on thanks to the guys who did this!

  • Chemfund Lawrence (@Chemfund) reported

@bt_uk Siobhan, thanks for your confirmation that a BT Openreach will attend to fix a fault on Tues 3rd Jan. Is there any way of tracking the engineer?

  • queenofslothsss soup girl (@queenofslothsss) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp I’ve been waiting in all morning for them to never turn up again & when I get in contact with BT nobody has any idea what’s going on. I’ve lost so much money travelling into the office just to be able to do my job and still no internet 2/3

  • Vinc3Charming Vinc3Charming (@Vinc3Charming) reported

@btbusinesscare They are so lazy they can't imagine someone walking one house down the street. At any rate this was all openreaches responsibility. To ask the neighbour for permission prior to our first appointment and certainly prior to the 2nd. 3 months and these idiots haven't done a thing.
