    @snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

    @bt_uk Less than 6 months since our last ongoing, very escalated issue, we are now having constant connection drops, constant speed drops and all round shoddy service once again, with no explanation or any problems indicated in this area?

    @ealexhudson @bt_uk @bt_uk we've got same issue. Colleagues working from home via Sky are OK, but those with BT internet are all getting err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch errors for all *.azurewebsites.net URLs

    @wodieskodie @bt_uk Rhoda, as far as I know fault has been caused by cable damage at Dervaig, engineers are on site now but it may take a good few hours to repair.

    @bt_uk So I have to disable the service to receive international calls, why is it that it does not recognise them? My mobile does & that is also on your network!

    @btbusinesscare Our phone lines have been blocked. I have raised the complaint with the ombudsman but am keeping up to date with current bills. How can they do that??
