@bt_uk Thank you. The problem is the criminals evade blocking filters with random generated addresses. Some divert to junk, but in recent months the problem has got out of control. This needs providers to act, track & stop at source. I’m so fed up I may delete my account totally. 😵‍💫

@BTCare internet gone down this morning. Contacted BT. External problem might not be fixed until 29th Dec. Not good as it also means TV apps all down as well

@bt_uk shocking service.. waiting 5 weeks and 4 failed attempts to connect phone and internet to my business premises… also no ‘complaint return calls’ as promised👊

  • judes_t jt (@judes_t) reported

@bt_uk Did anyone check my Mum, who you can see is a heavy landline user, had a mobile before the switch? No... what was she meant to do in an emergency if she didn't have one? Would you have offered her one for free for emergencies? You need to check with people first.

  • MaxJamesMackay Max (@MaxJamesMackay) reported

@bt_uk We’ve now reordered but very unlikely to come before the new year. So we have no option to work. We have vulnerable family so can’t work in a cafe. Wife is self employed from home so she’s had to cancel work and I’m taking days off

  • higgzeee Kevin Higgs (@higgzeee) reported

oh and "we will switch your mini hub off too as you're not a customer anymore! @bt_uk could perhaps run for worst service and CX in the world! @BBCWatchdog

  • grdavies01 Geraint Davies (@grdavies01) reported

@bt_uk I have had an email and text saying I need to return my faulty router or I’ll get charged. I did this week commencing 6th Dec. I’ve tried your web chat in the app but it wasn’t working. Can someone please help me as I don’t want to be charged

  • judes_t jt (@judes_t) reported

@bt_uk I need the industry to pause and see this is not easy OR SAFE for every home right now! There are issues. There is a lack of knowledge in those dealing with customers (apart from David who helped me from BT... he actually listened).

  • jwt_jack JWT (@jwt_jack) reported

@bt_uk i'll hear back from the same person the next day with an update. Calls are answered quickly. This has happened a few times now and credits are forthcoming to fix issues, cases dealt with fairly. I don't have to fight or beg. Well done to whomever has implemented this.
