For over 2 years been trying to get maint notifications for a circuit.. pew@ send responses to speak to someone that doesn’t exist at my org, faults/support flatly refuse to help, account manager is tardy. 2 years!

BT deny it's a problem and say Plus Net can transfer. To and fro, to and fro. Neither will talk to each other. HELP.

One main hub and one that goes in the back of his and is used to connect to open zone (I assume) if his home internet goes down. I was told that I had guaranteed internet if there ever was a problem and assumed that's how it works?!?!
