Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AlexBlackie Alex Blackie (@AlexBlackie) reported

A New Year story - a tale of incompetence: @bt_uk Wi-Fi drops out constantly so I booked an engineer to fix it. BT cancel the appointment because “they’re pretty sure it’s fixed”. It wasn’t. We’re still waiting on an engineer. It doesn’t have a happy ending folks. Hello 2023!

  • stevenplayford Steven Playford @stevenplayford@mastodonapp.uk (@stevenplayford) reported

@MumbrianSpinner @bt_uk If it drops out for a few seconds, then comes back, it'll be the wi-fi router ( my virgin one was terrible). If it's dropping out for longer, it's probably the provider being rubbish.

  • 13realpaganking Skye K (My Straight edge society movement) (@13realpaganking) reported

@WWEUK @btsport @MsCharlotteWWE Wwe use to be great tv but gone down hill since I switched off long time ago I’m sure many others will soon or later will switch off wwe

  • I8arsenal29 Henry parker (@I8arsenal29) reported

@frankensteirer @bt_uk Think you need to fact check that Openreach charge the provider for a service not set prices for the providers product

  • frankensteirer yoo hoo (@frankensteirer) reported

@bt_uk If cityfibre can do 1gb up 1gb down packages for £30 why are openreach lines around £50 for 900mb down 100mb up?

  • SteMcgreal S T E - M C G R E A L (@SteMcgreal) reported

    @Fuji720x @virginmedia @bt_uk Don’t go with BT, they’re just as bad

  • MovingDecoy Sean Wong (@MovingDecoy) reported

@Scott_Helme @Ubiquiti @bt_uk /56 prefix delegation seems like a bad configuration, did your isp really assign that to you? usually it’s set to the smallest of /64

  • s0ccy Nick S (@s0ccy) reported

@bt_uk Happy New Year. Hoping you can help. Suffered loss of Broadband service which took a long time to resolve. Made complaint and was assured reductions would be made to my bill for loss of service and missed engineer appointments but no adjustments made.

  • Fuji720x Fuji (@Fuji720x) reported

@LukeConnerton @virginmedia @bt_uk Right now I'm getting like 1 gig download & 60 up or something but the speeds aren't the problem it's more latency and how unstable it is for streaming / gaming.

  • StephenLees4 Dr Strangelees (@StephenLees4) reported

....when I discovered that I could still make calls to landlines that don't use the @bt_uk network. Kindly extract the digit, @bt_uk!
