@ConinaUK @bt_uk Shouldn't you be getting compensation for them not providing the service you're paying for at this point? This is ridiculous!

  • sazymick Sarah Garrigan (@sazymick) reported

@bt_uk I've a new hub, maybe 3mths old working all three lights blue,no flashing. And yet i have to reconnect to Wifi every 10-20 SECONDS! Even when sat next to it. I've tried resetting it,same issue. I've used all my phone data, and am paying for a service that doesn't work🤬

  • DebbieBennettPR Debbie Bennett 💙 (@DebbieBennettPR) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I have no contract with @bt_uk for the reason that I will leave as soon as I have a fibre alternative as they offer no fibre and terrible service - my sympathies!

  • Clivewratten Clive Wratten (@Clivewratten) reported

@bt_uk Your guarantee is over 40mbs and this is a WIFI LAN connected reading. Been the same on and off for months, BT come & Openreach come & say no problem, it works for a while & then goes belly up. Given up on it ever being consistent, like promised, to be honest.

  • annakategwen Anna (@annakategwen) reported

@bt_uk We were approached on our doorstep in November offering us full fibre - we agreed to switch, with an early January installation. We’re now told an engineer won’t reach us for at least a month; we’re without wifi and can’t do our jobs. This is pretty awful - can you help?

  • DivanJap DivanJap (@DivanJap) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Poor you, I'm with them and haven't had a problem but the connection was already here when I moved in. What's an oatfish?

  • GoFigureItOut2 Donna (@GoFigureItOut2) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Ah I remember the bad old days of being with a provider who were shite - dropped signals and having to Ethernet ... treated with distain and only interested when I finally had enough and was moving on...

  • MTBrotherhood Mark Brotherhood (@MTBrotherhood) reported

Hi @bt_uk do you have workers knocking on doors asking if there’s been issues with their internet, then trying to sell folk BT products?

  • DaveB_mcfc DaveB🇧🇼 (@DaveB_mcfc) reported from Longfield, England

Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk
