Rob 🏴🇧🇷 (@RWT15) reported@bt_uk I have recently changed my BTTV package to be your new @NOWTV entertainment package. I have to say the stability of the platform is shockingly bad. It frequently freezes requiring a hard reset. Such a massive downgrade on my previous BT subscription.
