@bt_uk can you please let me know how to return my kit? I am going round in circles via your customer service / online. No link in my account to return equipment. Not received a returns package either (due 'couple of days' from 4th May according to the email - yet nothing)

Oh the irony... Trying to make a complaint to @Ofcom about my supposed 900mb broadband connection from @bt_uk and I can’t load the website because, you guessed it… my broadband isn’t working!! AGAIN! (Tweeting on 4g btw!)

  • leeinengland Lee B (@leeinengland) reported

It blows my mind that the absolutely abysmal @bt_uk has one single customer left. They are just terrible. 8 different people in as many call centres and not one has a clue.

  • MMA_Stig Brian Discombe 🥋 (@MMA_Stig) reported

@bt_uk Hi Clare, I can login to the app but was trying to explain the issues I was having logging in when the CSA cut me off. Rude and unprofessional. Am looking elsewhere for answers now.
