@bt_uk Although we’ve went down to 80 hours now, but considering it’s been downloading already since mid-day, I’m a little frustrated. I usually just switch to my mobile data when the WiFi buffers a 10 min YouTube video for 5 mins but obviously I can’t do that when downloading on my PS4

@bt_uk I did yes, and I've had it confirmed that I will get a partial refund for the time that I do not have the service that I've paid for, which was another concern of mine as I will not get fibre broadband until at least mid-September now.

@bt_uk Yeah we got all brand new cables when my replacement hub came bc BT thought maybe the hub was the issue so we bought everything new as well just in case

@TalkTalk your customer service is appalling. A week with no internet and online chat asking the same questions over and over again. Even had an engineer out and now saying they need to send another as they do different tests! New provider required @bt_uk

@bt_uk The issue is I don’t live at the address anymore as it was a student house I have left , and I have called bt to change the address to where I am now and send a new one , and 3 times now it hasn’t been done

@bt_uk This is my PlayStation4! It’s on all my computers all the time. Everything takes upwards of 12 hours to download. If you look at my history, I’ve had the same issue for over 6 months now :(
