@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk Michelle I gave up on by years ago. I use virgin for everything and find them very good. There internet is very fast and if I do have an issue they deal with it very quickly. I cannnot cope with bt call centres

@bt_uk hi, my internet strength has been getting progressively worse. Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. I’m the sole user. Can someone help?

@bt_uk thanks for the digital changeover with no option to decline. Live in an area where VOIP required and home phone was for emergencies as mobile signal with any service provider non existent. So if internet down we now have zero communications.

@bt_uk it's taken umpteen telephone calls, 3 weeks and 2 cancelled appointments to find out that there's no room in the comms box. We've only moved a mile up the road - shocking customer service!
