@bt_uk You have cancelled my home broadband order yesterday. After almost an hour phone call and several hours sending messages on Twitter today, I was promised a phone call to get this issue sorted. I have yet to receive that phone call. Can we get this resolved now??

@bt_uk Afternoon, my internet saga continues. I’ve upgraded my package which means no internet till an engineer can arrive on 4th may which seems odd since it was working till the 6th. I have the 4g thing but it’s terrible 13up 2 down is barely enough to watch a video let alone work

@JoLouiseJordan @bt_uk @BTCare I completely understand as not long after I moved here my mobile signal became really poor for some reason which meant I couldn’t phone anyone and they couldn’t contact me I have an anxiety disorder and depression I also had a breakdown six months before so really needed BT line
