@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@bt_uk Dear BT, as you keep saying, by law, you only need to provide 1 mbs, which is completely inadequate even for our moderate level of usage yet we are still expected to pay you the full cost of this service.

@bt_uk Thanks. I’ve done this and it’s disconnected her phone. She wears a care alarm so am concerned of the impact this will have . Any way we can resolve as an emergency?

@bt_uk Negative, this is the message that pops up when I try to access certain websites. I have done a factory reset of the modem which worked short term but has now gone back to that issue

@OpenreachHelp Its a simple case of mistakenly being cut off by you and can't put it back on!! No engineer! Your process with @bt_uk is broken. That's why this is annoying. Ludicrous SLA's to look at things, no responses to messages, its purely admin! Day 32 today of no service, thanks 👍

@bt_uk Maybe an answer for someone else in future with that error code. Bt app via now tv, bt themselves bill me but problem was the actual now tv box playing videos. Restarting box was the answer

@bt_uk good afternoon, for the past couple of days we have had little to know Internet access despite no problems in the app or being reported when I text FIX.. computer and phone connected but no Internet yet on other phones and TV it does.. error DNS server not responding...
