I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

The electrician thinks it’s because it’s dual GHz and the switches are only 2.4ghz, is there anyway to turn off the 5ghz to try? Or direct me who can help?
