@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk DM'd. As I said in my message, this is now the third engineer visit in a row marked as "visit complete". Nobody has been. My service is not restored. I literally have no idea what's going on or who, if anyone, is coming to fix it. Nothing from complaints. What do I do?

@bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

@bt_uk Is there a way to stop the @btsport App cutting off the last few seconds of something you are watching? Watching RAW on the catchup today and it cut off the RKO from Randy Orton on Alexa Bliss. I've had this problem every week and it's driving me mad. Thanks.

my BT sport went off after 30 mins spurs Liverpool and never came back on, BT had suspended my account because I’ve not re logged in for 6 months, all sorted now thanks to Aisling at @EE and Barry from @btsport top customer service and lovely people

@bt_uk I've been unexpectedly made redundant so I have to move and cancel my broadband/phone within the month and I'm very worried I'm going to have to pay a fortune to leave (I'm moving into a bt customers house sooooo?)

@MJPGallagher @bt_uk Same with mine - have been looking into wifi cameras and don't trust my bt broadband to be able to run them properly. Got no chance of getting a signal in the back garden as signal to the study at the back is barely there.
