Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Why is service providers do not care about customers. @bt_uk Openreach won’t install fttp and @virginmedia only care about new customers and expect existing to pay £29 more for 6 months and then £12 per month more. #poorservice

Kevin Bacon may be able to stay connected, but @EE is quite frankly the worse mobile network I have ever been on!! Unless I am on WiFi, my phone often becomes useless!! Thanks to @bt_uk for having persuaded me to move across… #stayunconnected #alwaysinthe1%withoutcoverage

@WullieHalliday @bt_uk There's a duct outside my house that fills with water every time it rains, they send an engineer with a cup every time to empty it, that's their fixing the problem.

@bt_uk Terrible layout, and when I clicked on what looked like the link to look at my bill the wrong page kept loading. I managed to do what I needed to do, but the process was a lot more annoying than it needed to be.

@bt_uk No I fully appreciate that. But I've been with BT for years. Never had a problem until all this super fibre installation has started. It's very frustrating to say the least. So why do I have to be inconvenienced because of outside influences. It's not the service I pay for.

@bt_uk Yes it's down at the moment, again!!. Yes I have reported it. Engineers are scheduled for Thursday. But to be honest, it's ruddy ridiculous. It shouldn't be failing this often. And its only since this super fibre installation has started.
