    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk Hey - Since the downtime, I have had issues with upload speeds being as low ad 400kbps. I have done the usual things like restarting the router, changing the channel etc with no luck. Are you able to do tests from your side?

    @BT_UK Thanks for not helping in anyway. I’m aghast that you’ve so little respect for your clients & think that because you abdicate responsibility of a duty of care, you don’t have to understand the human element of your service. Ultra reliable, anything but!

    @bt_uk Call was answered at 32 mins. Email service was down, apparently. Given the volumes of calls why do you not have a way of advising callers that you are aware there is a problem?

    @bt_uk WHAT is going on with your service?? Internet Constantly crashing since y'day, & I've been unable to get onto your website to run a/ny "checks" (usually a waste of time anyway as your website is so badly designed). Goodbye from a very-soon to be, Ex Customer.🤬

    @bt_uk hi, I’m having trouble watching my subscription channels and keep getting told that I need to set up despite having the VIP package. Is there an issue tonight or can you help please? Resorting to watching Sky channels on NOW TV on the BT Box

    @bt_uk Our move changed from today to 27th July. It seems the installation was moved, but not the cessation. I can understand human error, but not having the ability to swiftly correct errors is appalling for an organisation such as @BT_UK

    @bt_uk is BT wifi down? The yellow light on my hub is showing. Have tried switching off and back in a couple of times but no luck. Anything else I should be doing? Cheers
