Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Not a great start with @virginmedia….since getting it haven’t had any tv due to an ‘error on the network’ which will take 2 days to fix. Also can’t log in to the tv app. Regretting moving from @bt_uk already

@bt_uk what is going on? Promised a deal on chat. Requested copy of chat transcript, it never arrived. Deal confirmation more expensive, and nothing like the deal promised. Rang customer services, chat not available for 24 hours. #fraud #happenedbefore #loyaltyinsignificant 😡
