  Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

  @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

  @bt_uk Offer of £30+ more than a new customer isn't great. That link isn't very easy to find either, because it doesn't occur to BT web creators that a live chat button on the page WITH the "offers" would be logical. Thankfully EADER has many cheaper options and networks. tyvm though.

  @bt_uk Slow broadband AND the digital phones are down but according to @bt_uk I'm getting all services. Absolute joke. Stay well clear because customer service is this kind of useless tweet helpline nothing more, and you will have problems once you've signed up
