  Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

  @bt_uk I did DM you.. So excuse me that means that there is no solution unless I get a mew Hub ? And also I believe this would happen after the Christian holidays so that would mean that I’ll have to pay the bills even though I am without service ?

  @bt_uk I am trying to sort out BTSPORT on SKyTV as an existing BT Broadband customer. I have been asked for my Sky viewing card number and it has been rejected by BT as not valid. However am now watching BT on Sky so that cannot be accurate, Please resolve /explain.
