Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk are you guys aiming for a knighthood based on Gavin Williamsons contributions to being utterly useless? No internet, having to use my mobile hotspot to carry on working, which does restrict me and will leave me with a lovely fat bill from my mobile phone provider! help?

@btsport Sir, I'm preparing for the university exam, but I'm out of money, I'm looking for a part-time job, but I haven't found it yet. I don't want to be a burden to my family, can you help? I'll pay when I find a job, sir, I promise.

@paullewismoney @bt_uk Virgin are doing the same to us in April - their letter "in the unlikely event there’s a power cut or a fibre network disruption, you won’t be abie to make or receive calls". Living in an area of bad mobile reception we won't be able to contact Emercency Services.

@bt_uk My standard philosophy is that I pay for a service that is adequate and working and not to pay for services that are not delivered… I trust I will be refunded for the inconvenience caused?

@LFCProgMan @bt_uk You can get a minimum of £5 per day that the service is delayed. 18 months ago openreach took 42 days to deliver my new line. That is a standard payment from openreach, then it's upto you to haggle a BT compo claim on top. Looking forward to my renewal date :)
