Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Internet went down last Sat, phoned @bt_uk & booked an engineer appt for Monday. Relative waited in for 6 hours - no show. BT apologised & made another appt for today, relative sat in for another 6 hours & no show!!! Next available appt next Tuesday 🙈 awful system & service!

Sky package needs renewing! If you miss end contract date they screw you even more than usual. Apparently I’m a VIP customer ie. screw me more. Also they give you contract price and are still allowed to raise it during contract period ffs. With BTSport & Netflix naturally.💷

Day 7 of no Internet, we are so fed up. Booked getting connected over a month in advance of returning to the UK. One hand isn't talking to the other, and it takes 3 teams to do 1 job. The EE box provided in the meantime is ruuubbbish. Doesn't help WFH fam either. Come on @bt_uk

@bt_uk absolutely awful service. 10 months of our contract left and our router and tv box do not work. Bt refusing to replace unless we upgrade and the man in the tech team was very aggressive and rude. Will not upgrade as cannot wait to leave. Just want the service we pay for!
