Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@ArsenesGlasses_ @btsport Who was the lady on commentary? I'm not usually bothered who does the comms (they are dreadful across all broadcasters) but she was particularly poor. If you commentate on Arsenal games it's bland generalisations and poor knowledge of the club and on field action.

@bt_uk I can tell you that we have all been down for 4 days. They were also told that they were not eligible but have been sent one after complaining. We need the Internet working some how and have been informed it won't be until next week

@BTCare @EE Hi guys disappointed to be transferred from BT to EE with the lure of a price cut, only for EE to raise my price by 14% once the transfer was complete. Poor, underhand tactics to get people to switch.

@bt_uk I have been disconnected a second time. The last time it took 5 days to reconnect. Again I texted HELP and I was told it will be another 5 days to fix? Is there a way I can find out why it takes so long, and what the issue might be?

@bt_uk I’m logged into one device at a time I’m only one person, yet I’ll still get this error once a game has kicked off despite being the only person using the login. I have reset my password numerous times this still happens.

@darrengrimes_ @EE Think yourself lucky. @bt_uk sent me a lovely letter where the envelope said "Important news regarding the improvement to our service". The only improvements to my phone, broadband and tv deal with them was them charging me £ 13.53 extra a month.

@bt_uk You can ring me back for one… unlike BT customer service who’s job role it is to literally deal with customer’s demands, I got hung up on twice yesterday and no call back I have my own job which I’m taking time out from to ring your people only to have them hang up on me
