@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk On Monday one of your colleagues preformed some checks on my account/location and there was a problem flagging. Is it possible to retest those checks as I have someone coming to my house tomorrow so it would be nice to know if there is still an issue

@bt_uk Broadband dead today. Logged fault. To be fair, got called quickly, but fault rectified. Now all off again & no BT after 8pm 😒 Even if I can get mini hub activated that would help!
