Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@btsport any idea why the colours on Ultimate are rather pale? HD1 is spot on, but ultimate is really off. Never any issues normally.

@That_Girl_ATCO @AmazonHelp Was getting five or six a day. I've unplugged my landline now and aside from friendly advice, @BT_UK aren't a lot of help. Given the added misery of their broadband speed, I can see a future without BT soon...
