@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk BT mobile can't load websites, can't load apps that require an Internet connection. I can search on the Internet and tweet just fine. I don't want the mobile teams phone number, I want you to tell me if there is an outage for BT mobile data and your complaints procedure.

@btbusinesscare what an absolute waste of time this lot are! No wonder every time you mentioned you worked for BT, people just complained about poor service. How can it be this bad? A communication company terrible a communicating! Who knew it was possible!
