Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp where is the customer service you're always so proud of? Order placed to move an ONT box, cancelled many times with no reason and then the lies claiming you've tried to call to speak with us! Call logs show different. We expected better.

@bt_uk I'd like a phone which could be switched on by a code word said by me, with my gps switched on by a code word by me, and an emergency call placed by code word said by me. Probably three different code words.

@btbusinesscare I'm on day 6 of @BT loosing my business landline. @btbusinesscare can not explain what happened to my number or if it can ever be retrieved. In the meantime I have lost contact with my customers and as any business without income, WE ARE CLOSING DOWN - CASE IMP108531537

@KKRLFClover @GeorgeDobell1 @btsport If you don’t have BT sport you can buy a monthly pass for £25 which isn’t too bad. That will cover the first 4 tests.
