Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk we were promised that the outage would be fixed by midnight. Now your website is claiming it can't provide an estimate on when it will be fixed. Do your executives think this is even remotely acceptable behaviour?

@bt_uk That isn’t much use if I need to arrange work. Things have changed and we will need some indication of how long they think it may be. That service level agreement is frankly utterly useless now. If it’s unlikely to be fixed in the morning I need to arrange a desk in the office.
