Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk 106 days and counting since you switched off our fibre for no reason. You seem to think that giving us copper is a great solution but there was a reason I was on fibre 900. Curt 17 down and 1 up just doesn’t scratch the surface. Shocking service.

@bt_uk my 77yo mum and dad have been without a phone line for 3 months. My mum is involved in many charities and community groups. Cant receive calls due to your incompetence at sorting out the issue. Now been without broadband for a month and promised calls but nobody calls.

Yesterday at 4pm my parents gave @bt_uk the 1 month’s notice to cancel their broadband (well out of contract). So, guess what… BT are billing them for another month, charged them £18 for “early cancellation” on top, and then shut off their internet this morning. My dad is 83.

@BTCare rang to offer me some exciting deals. I have been with BT for over 40yrs and they ask me to answer some security questions to verify who they have just called! They cannot move unless security questions are answered. I have had enough of this garbage.
