  Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

  @bt_uk We have booked one of your engineers to visit for the third time. The first two times your engineers were unable to diagnose the issue. Can you monitor our connection on monday to diagnose the issue before the engineer arrives?VOL053-2683732937443
