@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Leaving 2 x 70 year olds with no way of communicating with the outside world and promising it will be fixed today with no one in sight! Paying nearly £50 a month for no service. Now telling me it won’t be fixed till the 6th October!! That’s another week! @bt_uk

@btsport just had a busy week. Sat down to watch champions league tonight, which I think is the replacement for the highlights show that I am used to. Don't give me a reason to stop my subscription... 30mins of cut down highlights and then 30mins of drivel😳😳 Sort it out
