@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk In a world of communications in which BT are one provider, you’re saying that BTOpenreach don’t advise BT when for example a green box & all it’s connections are being moved because a new roundabout is going in? So that when customers in that area have issues you have awareness?

@bt_uk I want the broadband I have for £26 a month. Pretend I’m a new customer. This constant upselling is tiresome.

@bt_uk Yes but absolutely no help whatsoever, next available engineer visit 13 April, BT and Openreach just don’t care. BT are toothless Openreach have you (and others) over a barrel.

@bt_uk two weeks late installing new broadband service , still no connection and the excuses about access to junction boxes mounting . We have a new router that’s sits as a useless ornament at present . The worst broadband experience ever !!! Dreadful ( more automated excuses )
