Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk My broadband is down. Estimated fix date is July 1st. I require broadband for work. Who at BT do I speak to to expedite the fix / who do I invoice for costs incurred due to lack of service?

@btbusinesscare I doubt it’s they even make a true mesh network. Nevertheless I stuck with them. Fast forward to today my FF 900 service went live. Now it turns out the Smart Hub 2 Wi-Fi itself can’t handle anything above 400mbps. You can only get 900mbps when connected….

@bt_uk I’m fine! I actually don’t live in the UK so I couldn’t really fix it if I tried.

@bt_uk Hello, what has happened to your online chat help? My very deaf friend relies on this to get in touch with you

@bt_uk Afternoon BT. I'm reluctant to wait another 30 mins in call queue when I've just signed up for a costly sub with yourselves. Would you be able to advise me why I only received a wifi expander disc and not the secondary hub for the backup router on my Halo service?

Has anything happened around NG20? I’m getting no service and previously I had full 5G coverage @bt_uk

@bt_uk Is there a reason my friend has two then? One main hub and one that goes in the back of his and is used to connect to open zone (I assume) if his home internet goes down. I was told that I had guaranteed internet if there ever was a problem and assumed that's how it works?!?!

@bt_uk Getting spontaneous spikes of 800ms latency is down to you. Your company literally promises stable and consistent connections and you’re telling me you don’t?

@btbusinesscare to Ethernet talk about going back years!! Why do you release a service knowing your hardware so t handle it. There’s a nice long discussion in your community forum about this. So straight answer please. Your discs not you SH2 can handle 900mbps….
