@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I am having problems with my bt box only 1 blue light and won’t connect. I’ve had this problem for the year I’ve had the box sometimes it works and sometimes not. I end up using terrestrial tv so I am paying for the broadband and can’t watch the tv. Help!

@bt_uk Whats happening with the fix on the BT Virus Protect "FIREWALL" issue for iMac Big Sur users... can you provide your customers with an update and when this is likely to fixed.... it is part of the package you offer customers and you are failing to provide this.

@bt_uk hi guys, a few of the landline phone lines are not working in my Mums street in Cheltenham so far her and two neighbours have not dialling time, who would this be reported to please? My Mum is with Virgin but the other neighbours aren’t, thanks.

@bt_uk Hi again. On your status checker it says the problem has been fixed. The broadband came back on for one hour but now again is not working. Also my neighbours broadband (who is with you too) is not working.

@domjoly @bt_uk It should be solid after the first week or so when it's adjusting itself for stability. I see BT have replied too - hopefully, they'll be able to get you sorted.

Can anyone help out there? Sick of months of this farce. Kafka eat your heart out. Can't get a BT appointment, software bug means every appoint. is automatically cancelled, 5 times today. VOL013-540233989953 I'm due to move into my new build please help me someone @bt_uk
