    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk @AhmedAwelkare Ahmed I think you'll find this is a new customer offer. Existing customers don't qualify I know its misleading that this isn't shown on the advertising. I'm sure this is an oversight by BT and they will honour the offer for anyone misled.

    @btsportfootball @btsport how do I turn off BT ultimate on the TV app? It keeps slowing down the feed every time it shows me someone’s scored in another game I don’t want to watch. Most irritating and pointless feature.

    As we all have to endure the ‘we are receiving a very high number of calls at the moment’ standard, with any and every UK company now @bt_uk wouldn’t it be nice if we had the option to NOT listen to that crap music for 30 mins while waiting for you to answer? Just a thought? #BT

    @bt_uk @bt_uk My sister who lives alone & suffers with breathing difficulties still has no landline, no wifi & no mobile signal 10 days later & no answers. Disgusting service BT
