    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @bt_uk totally disgusted that your colleague has called my elderly father this evening demanding a payment that is currently part of a complaint/dispute with youthat is yet to be resolved and if he doesn’t pay during the call his service gets terminated. You should be ashamed.

    @bt_uk Managed to get an engineer book in for tomorrow - which unfortunately mean they found a problem and unless the ONT has broken (unlikely) it’s somewhere in the Openreach network.

Correct outcome: a penalty, a red card, & an 90th min goal. Actual outcome: NO pen, NO red, NO goal, a player injured for 6 months & another for 4 months. DIRE.

    @mackenziegaj @plusnethelp We're with @bt_uk and have been out since 10:45am. Their response was to point me to a website which said "there's a problem". Great! Utterly useless customer service, especially when people gave been told to work from home.

    @bt_uk They have been, I have had to call them daily at least once since Friday. You consistently over promise & fail to deliver & don’t update the customer. Official complaint raised. The weak link is between BT & Open reach. Specialists in failure. Do customers matter?

    @bt_uk £205 phone line extension planned for today changed at last minute until April! 40 minutes on the phone to customer services who could give no answer. Appalling dismal service. Never again.
