Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk been told i need to be in for an engineer to fix my internet but was also told it is an outside problem?? i am not off till saturday and no engineers want to come out at the weekend! never getting my internet fixed by you am i 🙃🙃🙃

@bt_uk quoted 1-3mbps (frankly not good enough anyway) and have been getting less than 5% of that for the past week. honestly not good enough and honestly feel like we shouldn’t have to pay for your sub-par service.

If you are an ee customer and get btsport do not downgrade from ULTRA to regular BT sport app as there is a glitch BT will cut you off while EE charge+say you have btsport. BT will be unable to resolve and if you cancel you will have to wait a month no sport then be charged £20.
