    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk im sick of contacting bt... its not my responsibility to always contact you's once a order is made...its your responsibility to provide a service...not mine....so no..im not gonna cal or use any online **** anymore..no money is gonna be paid until my service of 900mbs is active

    @StuartJamesWMN @bt_uk You have the right to cancel if they can not provide the service! They can’t, so cancel. They will come back and say it’s a blip. Try and stall payment to them and they get there real Mardy

    @bt_uk No. Apparently you are “doing everything you can”. But still no progress. Totally dissatisfied. Doesn’t matter the underlying reason; the actions taken by yourselves and @WeAreOpenreach are embarrassingly bad

    @bt_uk I’ve recently upgraded my internet to BT Halo 3 and I’ve never received any updated equipment. The engineer has been out, when should I expect the new equipment?

    Thought we were getting a super fast @bt_uk connection on Friday. Wake up this morning, no internet, which means no access to TV, or more importantly heating which is all run through connection. No appointment till Tuesday to fix, going to be cold and bored!

    @bt_uk Would love it if you could fix the landline issues you have left my 93 year olds grandparents with for almost 8 weeks! They can’t get incoming calls from landlines…taking away their only form of communication due to your inability to understand digital voice faults…

    @bt_uk My mother in law was sitting there for 2 days panicking her tv had broken she is 75 turns out it was her internet @bt_uk she was genuinely crying believing she had to buy a tv, could you please advise when the internet will be back up in south woodham ferrers please?
