Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Do @bt_uk intentionally make it almost impossible to pay your bill over the phone? I think they do, so you sign up to direct debit! Bad line to India, confusion, cut off, won’t take a certain card & constantly asking the same questions.

@bt_uk I can see your employee outside, up the telephone pole. I understand you have to update the cables/network but there was no letter/email informing us that work would be taking place.

@bt_uk It’s a new development in that my installation due today has now been cancelled by openreach. The issue is ongoing and has not been rectified. I placed the upgrade order in December.
