@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Don't know what the referee, or @BTSport commentators were watching, because it certainly wasn't the game. Lacazette was very clearly pulled down by the Villa 'keeper. It should have been a penalty for Arsenal and not a Vila free kick. I'm still rooting for Villa though #AVLARS

@PostOffice @bt_uk @Ofcom My elderly in-laws are having an ongoing issue with their landline provided by the post office. Constant interference on the line and they are hard of hearing anyway. You keep fobbing them off! How do we sort this issue????

@bt_uk Hi im fed up with bt tv i have an engineer out tuesday second time , i have had a new <reconditioned i believe > and a new broadband box ,the box just clicks off and freezes not been able to watch record tv for 3 weeks , having to switch box off everytime whats the problem
