Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.
