    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk 5 person family SIM package customer here. You’ve just disconnected 3 of them for no reason. Finally got through to “customer services” and told it’s irreversible and new numbers is only solution. I’ve had mine 20+ years!Is this really what you call good customer service?

    @bt_uk Your customer help is fairly rubbish all automated. We will come around tomorrow make sure someone is in! text amend to change so only choices Wednesday or Thursday I want to book a date some can be in ffs

    @bt_uk my internet went down but is now half working. Some of my devices will find the network but refuse to connect to the internet. Some devices are completely fine. I've restarted the router and every device but nothing has worked to get the affected devices online. Now what?

    @bt_uk horrendous service from @bt_uk. Been without a phone line for 1 week after being told an engineer would come out - heard nothing since. Can you please help?
