@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Clearly Janet has gone home early. Some of the most disrespectful piss-poor customer service I've ever received online. Should be ashamed of yourself.

  • amymathias4 Amy Mathias (@amymathias4) reported

@me_myself_clare @bt_uk Oh that's awful. I'm so sorry that is happening to you. Hope bt can fix it for you.

  • DMentesh Donna Mentesh (@DMentesh) reported

@bt_uk can someone please explain why I am being charged an activation fee for my broadband tomorrow morning when I am a current BT customer? You have downgraded my package, why do I have to pay?

  • luismelo78 Luis Melo (@luismelo78) reported

I’m @bt_uk customer since 10 years Received an email from them saying: > contract ending 8 Mar > monthly fee will increase by 25% > prices will also go up 31 Mar > “Renew or upgrade with us!” Can any #CX practitioner (or anyone) find anything wrong with this communication?

  • nospin_43 #NoDeal-NoProblem (@nospin_43) reported

@bt_uk hub is on 24/7 but you always find it showing off line?. You don't need to test the speed I am getting what fibre 2 NOW says I should, Down 64m > 52m, UP 19.9m > 13m. Obviously deliberate decision to throttle my local box or exchange WHY? What do BT marketing have to say.

  • katesco5 Katriona Scott (@katesco5) reported

@bt_uk absolutely disgusting you left vulnerable elderly customer without a phone for 6 weeks No way of getting emergency help offer a measly £50 compensation no mention for all the diesel used checking up on my mum and you charge 85 for an upgrade. It was a repair not upgrade

  • Plumtreelad David Kissman (@Plumtreelad) reported

@bt_uk Well, in the end there were 4 houses in our street that had a loss of service due to workman severing cable on Saturday night. Because it was a multiple house problem, Openreach worked on the fault on Monday and now sorted. Will return mini hub tomorrow Thanks

@btsportfootball @premierleague @btsport again showing that they couldn’t give a toss about fans. Brighton away for LFC now at 12:30 on a Saturday. Not the worst rescheduling we’ve ever had but still.
