-
Steve 'beyond the bounds of respectability' (@Stever_wales) reported@bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. @sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Kevin Fowler (@KevinF1311) reportedSo I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk
-
Emma (@em_doapsi) reportedWhoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.
