@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Really disappointed with @bt_uk ! Being charge £60 for installation (which the guy couldn’t do so my dad ended up doing it) and the ‘final bill’ even though we’ve cancelled in the first 14 days because it doesn’t work!! My parents will be putting a complaint!

@bt_uk after calling up 5 times and spending over 5 hours on the phone, I still do not have functioning TV and broadband. How much more time and effort am I expected to spend sorting this out and why is it acceptable to treat your customers like this?!

  • LadySs Sana (@LadySs) reported

@bt_uk beef to adhere to EE customer service as seriously not impressed with there customer service !!! Making me rethink do I what to be a BT customer .. engineer not due till 18 th April but failing to assist me with Wi-Fi which know they give ? Not happy

  • Shelbyroo1981 Michelle Dymond (@Shelbyroo1981) reported

@SNaraya73425291 @bt_uk Same is happening to me. Phoned offering an upgrade in 4 working days time, and sent equipment via Royal Mail 48hr service which RM have just told me actually aims to deliver in 2-3 working days but up to 10 working days! So that’s not gonna work is it!

  • treborapp Treborapp (@treborapp) reported

@RebelInternetUK @RebelInternetUK Hi I am currently with @bt_uk which used to be reasonably priced and good service. Now it’s neither. Could you DM me please to see if you cover my area. Happy to pay BT an early settlement fee to get rid of them.

  • LadySs Sana (@LadySs) reported

@EE @bt_uk Talia at @BTCare needs to learn customer care skills truly abysmal …

  • SNaraya73425291 S Narayanan (@SNaraya73425291) reported

@bt_uk it appears that the only thing you consistently do well is providing poor customer service. Nearly 3 weeks and 5 hours on the phone to get a new router and TV box sent out and no proper apology or compensation despite being escalated to several different managers

  • AdellyClairey33 Adele Claire Walsh (@AdellyClairey33) reported

@bt_uk shocking customer service today from your CS line. To be told im not classed as a welfare case unless im "plugged into a machine" just isnt acceptable. Its 2023. There is more to vulnerability than being medically dependant on a machine.

  • souldon Donna Hankinson (@souldon) reported

@bt_uk It’s very slow after a man was messing with wire’s outside my house the other day , not for mine but for someone else 😩
