    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk I know we are in the midst of a pandemic, and this is the least of anyone's concern except mine, but is there a solution to the blindspots with my wifi. I dont seem to be able to get Wifi on the 2nd floor despite 2 extra discs. Please help when you can. Thanks.

    @bt_uk I have an order where every stage has gone disastrously wrong. Complaint open with multiple issues. Was told I'd receive a call last week. Still nothing. VOL013-524320171145. Investigating new suppliers tomorrow. #bt #broadband #btcare @OpenreachHelp

    @bt_uk No point as you already have “tried” several times over the contract & you keep saying it’s fine or it’s my devices. Despite the daily line drop outs & constant traffic throttling. It will certainly help with my decision when it’s time to switch 😞

    @bt_uk looking to switch to your broadband as my current broadband provider cough Virgin Media cough have left us without service for 8 days now, do you need a BT landline to have your broadband? Or is that not needed anymore

    @bt_uk I’ve tried the hotspot, not working, day 2 with no internet. Can’t visit family to use theirs due to COVID. Wife is already stressing, missing virtual tutorialsThe only blessing I have had is I never had to watch that rubbish CELTIC played last night, 4 days is to long to wait 😩

    1/2 So new microphone is pretty good. Its a @TrustGaming GXT 232 Mantis, sounds so much better then my headset mic. Had a few issues at first including a wierd clicking/ticking noise that was heard when I spoke, but I cound that was caused by my @bt_uk Smart Hub.
