    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk So what do I do now? The automatic text fix thing has offered me two appointments I can’t make. It only offers option to select one of those appointments. Doesn’t offer option for what to do if they’re not suitable. I work from around 7 to 6 every day so can’t spend hours calling

    @bt_uk I've got no connection right now and a red LOS Light on my @OpenreachHelp hub. I've tried to check the local status online, but I need to put in a landline number. We're never had a landline connected, only FTTP. Can you help please?

    Multi-£billion corporations taking your money by DD or BACS but sending refund cheques when they’ve ****** up, because they know that people can’t get to the bank to pay them in is one of the most insidious forms of ‘customer service’ there is. Shame on you @BritishGas @bt_uk
