@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

The England camp themselves have explained this many many many times. If you don’t want to listen to them, why don’t you? Do you not support them at all? Weird.

@bt_uk There is a scam going around at the moment phone calls on landlines telling the owner that BT has problems with the internet my mother was able to tell them where to go as she doesn't have internet. Be careful they're trying to get details out of you passwords etc

@bt_uk So how do you propose I solve my issue then? I've just spent 40 minutes on the phone - most of it on hold - to end up being transferred to EE to buy a package for my business account.

Anything that promotes the mindset of "I'm different" like pride, I do not support. We are all reliant on each other. Nobody is "different"

@bt_uk All I need is someone to activate the SIM in my mini hub until the local network fault has been repaired. It's frankly inconceivable that I'm not able to directly phone an agent to have this arranged.
