Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @bt_uk upgraded my elderly relatives (in their 90s)telephone line & now their telephone isn't ringing properly. How exactly is that 'improving' their service? Ironically their phones are BT ones. Spent a few hours talking to customer services (not a free number 2 contact) #POOR

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    @bt_uk What is the point of having different methods to Contact BT if the ONLY method that can resolve a problem is a Telephone Number you must call!
