    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @btbusinesscare I have been calling for 2 days (over 4 hours) on the phone and can't speak to a UK call center about why its taking 3 months to fit FTTP to my property. I cant even get through to cancel? I am now paying for a service I haven't got? I received my HUB the next day

    Lots of dodgy calls today. Two from BT one caller said we are BT we monitor your lines and can tell you where you have problems. Another call was international. Then an automatic voice claiming to to be from @BTCare Telling me I need to speak to an executive from 07675103710

    Another ombudsman complaint against @bt_uk as two months ago they created a second internet contract for me out of thin air and started charging me double. Complained many times, open complaints have been closed, requests for deadlock letters have been ignored. Awful company.

    @bt_uk You’ve let my parents down who are over 80 years of age and waiting for internet for last 3 weeks. Total bloody disgrace and will take further action. No reason or explanation. Disgusting.

    @dicewright100 @bt_uk @Sonos Have you tried separating the network into 2.4ghz and 5ghz? I'm sure things like Sonos and smart lights require you to be on 2.4ghz

    @btbusinesscare Promised a phone call before 1500 when I called at 0930 latest estimate is service will be available on 10th April !! 😶 (Lost 28th March due to BT internal confusion with our order) now 1355 let's see if we actually get a call

    @bt_uk Unfortunately for you, I record all the calls I’ve made. You’ll be on rogue traders in 3 weeks and will make for good viewing as they have the customer service experience customers receive.

    @bt_uk Hey, I can’t reset the network due to admin rights so I’m stuck at the moment, sorry. Is it likely that the IP addresses being different on each disc is causing problems with the VPN client?
