@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk That's the issue, you can't! You take the option to "manage" you products and it just tells you that you already have it and if you wish to change it, then call. The problem is, whenever I call, just get told you are too busy and to call back later.

@bt_uk Bt are a slow motion car crash....My number is ......., I have had nothing but trouble with bt since I moved here in April and bt are making my life a total misery as usual Help!!!! A confusing nightmare no Internet without a mini hub...they keep turning it it off.

For 14 days, I've had ZERO @bt_uk Internet Service despite 7 missed repair deadlines. No one acts with any urgency or reputable customer service skills, even when a complaint is on their CEO’s desk. With hollow words, #BritishTelecom says I'll be online Wednesday at 10.28am

@bt_uk The BT bot just confirms an outage. BT washes hands, blames Openreach and customers are left without broadband, no explanation and possible fix date that inevitably gets kicked further on each time. Getting fed up with it BT.
