Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk what the hell is going on with your internet? Been having issues the past few days, texted BT and said a fault in services, so you can charge us for a error on your side. We don’t want to spend more money, we should get for what we pay for. This is like talk talk internet

Why isn’t there an option to throw off unknown users from your local network, @bt_uk? My connection’s collapsed and my router’s showing a bunch of unknowns which I can’t deal with.

@bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.
