Peter Smith (@Peterlpool) reported@bt_uk Exactly what I said. Upgraded our package. Router sent out to us. Next day you lock out BT Sports. Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.
