Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

  @bt_uk yes lad, been on the phone with like 6 different advisors & 20 different ones on live chat! had one engineer come, didn’t fix it! was meant to have one come on 13th but some moron cancelled it!!
