    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    Just had possibly the worst ever customer services experience with @bt_uk. They changed my landline, broadband and mobile contract to one that was actually going to cost me MORE than before, and then did the absolute minimum to correct it. It was your fault, so sort it out.

    @bt_uk We’ve had no broadband since the 19th of April so not so unbreakable!!!? Still waiting to know when our internet will be back and how we’ll be compensated for the massive issues this has caused. Both my husband and I have been complaining non stop and still no resolution.

    @btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?

    @bt_uk are you able to help, mobile services have been cancelled and temporary number given and moved over to ee now I can’t get a pac code to keep my number.

    @bt_uk @J16642009 Is what’s happening BT are just a **** company? I loved the last time we had no internet for 3… yeah not a typo, 3 weeks and your team told me to go buy a screwdriver to go do my own tests on the line.

    @bt_uk Unbreakable?? Ive been without service since 05/05 and goal posts moved so many times on when it will be repaired. Avoid @bt_uk at all cost.
