Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

@bt_uk I’m starting to get really annoyed with you! My home Internet keeps dropping out and coming back whenever it decides. Over 10 times yesterday! I was in an online meeting this morning and I crashed out because of this connection! Thanks for fixing this issue ASAP!

Over 48 hours since the issue was first reported, informing the workmen that returned Monday AM there was a problem, they reported it to their boss and said it’d be resolved soon, I’ve still not heard a thing from @bt_uk ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service.

@bt_uk Yes! I have been promised that a senior engineer will attend for the past 7 weeks to resolve my connection not working on my business account, have been chasing everyday still no attendance. Can you explain why your service is so bad?
