    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk BT broadband in BD22 has been off since 27 December. Can’t get any proper updates other than that you expect to fix it shortly. It’s interrupting my work commitments. Can you help? Is there a refund for the time of the service outage?

    @bt_uk update please on repair to broken lines DG111AJ dead since Friday. Can’t load websites on mobile with 1/2bar intermittent 3G. Cables hanging from poles.

    Does @bt_uk have anything in place to help customers affected by non-stop bad speeds? They always check it, say its fine but the speed is half what it should be both on wifi and Ethernet, non-existent in half the house and it's affecting my ability to WFH causing me to lose pay.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been off in BD 22 since the 27th of November. You are promising to fix it shortly. When will it actually be done? I need Internet for work. Will there be a refund for the period after service outage?

    @bt_uk our broadband went off at some point in the night, tried resetting twice but the hub is still flashing pink. we’re in the OL6 area, is there an issue due to the snow?

    @bt_uk Hi, didn’t receive email until next day. I did phone customer service and they transferred old details to a new email address for me. The person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great service 👍
