Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Three engineers out to fix my landline, all 3 said sorted, but still not working. 4th booked for next week, arrive home tonight and now WIFI not working, guess what... another engineer out by Friday to sort out. Wondering how many it will take to sort WiFi?? Not impressed!

@bt_uk joined BT Saturday after 19 years with Virgin, delivery sent to wrong address Tuesday, spent half an hour talking to them to sort out and just received email confirmation replacement parcel also being sent to same address, can’t get through on phone, chat say can’t help
