@BishopWeston @bt_uk @WhichUK Had all this end last year - - Conclusion was BT verify to THEIR own speed test not what you measure - Speed complaint gains improvements, but may not last - My hi speed contract headline not actually achievable where I live (750 m fm green box; overhead wires on telegraph poles)

@bt_uk I've done all that, the issue is on your end I believe, it's a problem with the BT Ultimate stream, I have found that I'm able to watch it if I scroll down and select the standard BT sport 2 channel

@bt_uk switched to Bt for better broadband and in result got no broadband at all for 2 days now since the switch , but not able to sort the issue till Friday . Not impressed at all with costumer service .
