    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    Rant back on, why ******** am i paying £37 for @btsport only have it to watch WWE but RAW has become an unwatchable mess, I love NXT but they’ve butchered that & Smackdown, ok SD is bloody great but not worth £37 a month.

    @chrisjhocking22 @btsport That was at least a yellow, there was also an earlier wrestling incident that many refs would've given a card for. Another day another ref, he would've been gone. I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

    @bt_uk Thanks. After waiting on hold for 45 mins to get told that by customer services, we shall indeed be buying such a unit. I'm still surprised you can't simply block all but a handful of numbers.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk are you able to tell me when my elderly parents’ broken phone / broadband will be mended pls. You said July 1... But no sign. My mother is registered deaf and only able to communicate with family via a special device fitted to her landline. No mobile. Pls help.

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk You have plenty of tools to measure internet speeds yourself. The service I am receiving is utter garbage, and it's abusive to the degree BT is the only supplier available in this building. Be proactive if you care.

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Have a 4G home hub. The network has been down for weeks. Assume because the EE network is also down. Your call centre keep trying to test a phone line. We don't have one. Just the 4g hub. Seem to be going in circles so who do we call for support?

    @O2 are ridiculous. Left o2, my numbers ported over,happily used with @bt_uk then O2 put a bar on the number as claim outstanding bill? Can't use MYO2 as I have no numbers, can't verify me on phone as stupid security Q, can only go into a shop? Archaic. Terrible company. Avoid!!

    @bt_uk I have 28 down / 8 up. Requested a better line. Was told this was not possible, but BT needs access to my back garden to fix the lines for the village. Can someone explain to me how I can not get better speeds?

    @bt_uk I’ve been a loyal customer for 10yrara but enough is enough. I’m fed up with my broadband dropping multiple times per day and your engineers saying there’s no fault. Shocking service. I won’t be renewing my account this time. 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk I mean it would have been nice to be told, even just a card thru the door, so i'm aware i may have signal issues today rather than spending 15 minutes fiddling with my hub to work out why it isnt working.

    @bt_uk well after 5 different engineers 3 rebuilds numerous conversations via phone and Twitter iam now at the point where I want my old copper cable back and scrap fibre untill they rectify the massive problem.....

    @bt_uk I am not a customer, I am a friend of Emily. I understand the difference between manager & holder. My issue is that your company is using someone’s vulnerability against them by avoiding their input. Stop upselling, ESP to vunerable ppl, ESP whilst ACTIVELY avoiding their input.
