@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

I seem to remember another couple of dodgy tackles as well but he seems to be the golden boy at the mo. #luckyMU

@bt_uk Thanks for the contact but he already has this service. Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. So this doesn't stop calls.

My sister and bro in law are in their 60s and 70s and carers for BIL's 101 year old Mum inc liaising with hospital. Haven't had internet or phone for over a week because of errors by @EE and @BT_uk. Should have been reconnected yesterday. Nothing! Can't be that hard to turn it on

@MoneySavingExp Our @bt_uk broadband renewal quote was £8 or 25% more P/M . In the letter the same deal was offered as new customer/actively change for £2 less than what we were currently paying its a joke. You have to waste time on hold to talk to someone otherwise automatically pay more.
