Unfortunately all the scammers do is use a rolling number so it's new every time they call. My Dad is no longer capable of putting numbers into a junk or block folder. We have to do it for him. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
