    @bt_uk Our BT Broadband went down on Wednesday morning after the storm. Told no engineer to fix until 1st September! BT that’s appalling. After decades with BT we will be changing supplier!

    Brilliant @bt_uk scam, I mean poor systems. Existing BT consumer moving house to a BT serviced property. No problem; 3 days max says @bt_uk, oh, can’t find the address of other property in our system (the one they bill and provide the service to) so pay £75 as a new install.

    @OpenreachHelp Long story short. 4 orders from @bt_uk and each time there has been an issue. Each order since the 1st keeps getting timed out. BT have escalated this at least twice and still no solution and they say they have to wait 48 hrs each time for answer which has happened 4 times

    @bt_uk Yes still having problems. Engineer due Friday although not holding out much hope as I haven’t had a confirmation email. I will send you my details and perhaps you can check? If I ring up again they will just send another hub and we already have the fourth arriving today!

    @bt_uk I was supposed to be having my new BT broadband line installed. The main issue it seems was that his ladder was not long enough to reach wherever he needed to go. And maximum capacity reached in the BT Street box. This should have been made aware to me when I registered for BT.

    @bt_uk hi there. I went for the fibre upgrade a year ago, with the “Guaranteed 46mbs”. I have never got near that. Generally around 27-30. I think I once saw 37. NG13 8TR postcode. Pls advise ? I would have called or emailed rather than tweeting, but not listed on your web page

    @bt_uk It’s more a website issue it looks than EE side of things they text a link and I put in the 2 details I need to do first and I submit it and that message pops up every time I try

    @btbusinesscare @bt_uk For any small businesses out there I can not recommend taking BT up on their offer of a phone system upgrade to Voice Cloud. Our own experience has proved it to be intermittent (currently down completely) with little care, service or interest from BT.
