why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsport hypocrites! “BT Sport had been planning to use commentary from Australia’s Fox network. But because the Fox line-up includes Vaughan, BT now says it will make alternative arrangements unless he is dumped.” But RFC can’t block Sutton? Imbeciles.

@bt_uk Is this an actual joke?! As it stands, I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. The biggest internet supplier in the UK cannot fix a line issue in less than 4 days - oh, and after the 4 days we’re not guaranteed to have working internet (3)

@bt_uk Thank you, been told a new hub being sent, but that doesn't help when we have been paying for a service that has hardly worked in the last year!!!! At the time of reporting we were told would recieve compensation and well 18+mths later still nothing!!!!
