@bt_uk hope you can help. A BT Openreach van accidentally damaged our wall and broke a flower pot this morning. Who do I need to contact about this pls?

  • stephlyonette Steph Lyonette (@stephlyonette) reported

When @bt_uk say you’ve been overpaying so I don’t have to pay for 6 months and then state that I owe £106 per month?! Absolute joke - I raise a complaint with someone but they close it straight away? I will never use this company again

  • Westofcenter Andy West (@Westofcenter) reported from Lower Shiplake, England

.@bt_uk are you aware of situations today where scamming calls cause Broadband to go down? Have received two today and both times, caused loss of connection.

  • kiphakes Kip (@kiphakes) reported

@btsport Hello! I have BT Sport - but it's saying I don't have an active subscription.. Can you help?

  • MattFrostie74 Matt Frost (@MattFrostie74) reported

@bt_uk Don’t send an engineer out, unless it’s free. He won’t be happy to pay £85 on top of what he pays for the so called service. It is an area that needs looking at as a whole from a BT perspective. The line from the exchange had not been updated in years, that’s the problem!!

  • LiLNinjaHamster Bree (@LiLNinjaHamster) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I was meant to have an engineer come fix a fault with broadband today between 8am & 1pm but they haven’t come. Can I get an update on why & when the engineer will rebook?

  • MartMart123 Mart (@MartMart123) reported

@bt_uk just had phone call from someone claiming to be from bt/openreach saying they had been monitoring my internet connection and were aware of problems, when I wouldn't give any personal details he hung up. His number was 02837998365. Just letting you know.

  • MattFrostie74 Matt Frost (@MattFrostie74) reported

@bt_uk Yes I understand that. It is slightly more stable since he has had the new router, but does drop every now and then. I can’t understand why someone should pay the full amount for a service which is poor, he pays the same as someone with 60-70mb! He gets 1.5 if he’s lucky!

  • racheltopham Rachel Topham (@racheltopham) reported

@bt_uk any chance you can fix the page on your site for submitting a complaint. Says “sorry something went wrong”. Better still, provide me with the minimum guaranteed broadband speed or compensate me please!

  • aysemeleti Aysegül_roze (@aysemeleti) reported

@btbusinesscare I have been waiting for months to have a very problem resolved but nothing has been done. Moreover, although a payment plan has been made, BT is adding a £40 late fee payments every month. So, no I have no patience left.
