    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Engineer arrived. Said signal into box was fine. Still very slow download and upload. Changed the channel. Said to keep an eye on it for 48 hours and if no improvement phone up [again]. Currently no improvement.

    @bt_uk Hello, over the last couple of days my router keeps dropping connection. I did the troubleshooter, but never detects a fault. Rather annoying and seems to be rather difficult to log a fault.

    @bt_uk my Nans landline has gone down, she asked a friend to report the fault for her and you won’t accept the report!! How is she supposed to call you when she can’t phone out? She’s 80yo and needs her phone. Pls can someone help?

    @O2 and @bt_uk contracts should stay the same price for the duration of the contract, you tie people in to longer contracts (24 and 36 month) increasing prices whilst offering lower prices for new customers. It’s an absolute scam, especially when your service gets worse!

    @bt_uk Hello yes, goes between purple and orange. Managed to get the diagnostics done and it’s detected a fault. Hopefully engineer visit next week will resolve the issue.
