    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk On my BT router all the ethernet sockets failed a while back after I assume was a software update. I reported this using online support twice without resolution. WiFi still works however.

    @bt_uk she only has a limited minutes PAYG phone that she's using to spend hours on hold to you and you keep giving her dates when it will be fixed...but 9 days later there us still no dial tone. She is a Priority customer according to you...she certainly doesn't feel like one...

    Well, although @bt_uk stated they’d be out to unblock a duct for the FTTP install on the 9th. They turned up today unannounced. Still no response to my complaint either! For a communication company, this doesn’t look good really! Wonder how long until the install is complete?

    @bt_uk my dad has moved and has no phone connection despite informing you of his move in January. He has called from his mobile but getting nowhere. He is 83, lives alone and has no phone or internet. Please help him

    @bt_uk whyyyy is my internet so slow?😫 It is impossible to teach children remotely when the current download speed is 5mbps! We have recently been sent a new router but it is still so slow!🤞🏼

    @bt_uk we’ve had multiple mixed messages so far with updates saying it’ll be fixed in 4 hours, by 3:15pm and even by the 8th March. Is there any confirmation on the progress of the issue in the BD22 area?

    @Shazztornado @BTCare Im so sorry you’re experiencing this, it’s very unfair. They should remove the word ‘care’ out of the Twitter handle name because sadly there is a very distinct lack of it in your case :( I do hope you get some answers & some action on your issue soon X
