why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk @bt_uk CONNED an old lady you signed her up for halo 3... She uses maybe 2gb a month if she's lucky...you then remove her 24/7 calls and give her 700mins a month which she will use in a week and the cancel her emergency mobile contract.

@bt_uk What is going on? I signed up to EE on your insistence, never received a SIM card which you pledged to send out two weeks ago and I can't make WiFi calls. You have no means of doing this discretely like a chat.

Thanks @bt_uk no wifi since Friday and WFH due to disability. Can’t work but told by support, I’m not a priority as I have a mobile. Can’t review over 1000 page docs on mobile unless you want to buy me new glasses! earliest fix date 2 Nov. Great, I’ll tell my employer that! 😡

@bt_uk Whilst it's not not a big problem I got compensation but it got credited to my bill for my mobile. In my mind that isn't proper compensation if I have to use it towards your services.
