    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp believe it should be going randomly on off like this the phone and internet signals in this area so must be all the boxes being left open for dogs to wee on the cables and drinks bottles frazzling signals out it's not likely only the rotting poles making our network trip on off

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp May even be something wrong with the BT end like the line inferstructure can't handle the tension of Corona but that means you need to up the signal of the areas with down signals so it can handle it.

    Absolutely disgusted with @bt_uk customer service. Incredibly rude staff member from the loyalty team. Questioning us as new customers, we’ve had no end problems with @bt_uk. I’m disgusted.

    @bt_uk I’ve tried on my iphone, ipad and on my desktop pc but still get the same message. Like I said, the advisor I spoke to yesterday said they were having problems at BT’s end.

    @bt_uk Hi, I am using the BT Cloud Work App for work but the 'Ask First' option is no longer working when I try to transfer calls to a colleague. Whenever I press it the call is disconnected. Please help!
