    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk There is nothing in that web page you have sent me that helps me at all? It’s just a generic page. Have you got a contact number I’m not a BT customer I only ordered the fight to watch through Sky.

    @bt_uk can someone please explain to me why you’ve sent two engineers out, forced me to purchase a landline out of my own money that i didn’t want to try and fix a problem that was your fault, and have been overcharged £50 AGAIN for calls i haven’t made?

    @Plusnet Since the Youview update a few days ago the box is now painfully slow! Really delayed responses when pressing buttons etc. I've noticed other people on here are also experiencing this issue. Is a resolution being worked on? @BTCare @YouViewSupport

    Immediately following the #EURO2020 #ENGITA game last night, @bt_uk who is responsible for fielding 999 emergency calls and distributing to the correct emergency service, received 53,000 calls in 45mins. 😱 That’s massive. #Team999 are working hard all over the UK, stay safe 🙏

    @bt_uk when I was on maternity leave, during the pandemic, we moved house to be closer to family. Despite there being a BT box on the outside of our home, we were told we would have to wait for the service to be installed. I wasn’t particularly placated when a BT worker (1/3)

    @bt_uk A random question - on your unlimited call packages, do you need to hang up after one hour and then redial, or can you just keep talking? Been a while since I was a customer and just rejoined you and I can't remember how it works! 🤭

    @bt_uk hi this is urgent I rearranged a home visit to happen today but a member of the household has just found out they have been in contact with a positive covid case. It will not let me rearrange or cancel the appointment online. Can you please tell them not to come?
