    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Two months. We are going to have been without internet for TWO MONTHS (AT LEAST AS ITS STILL ONGOING!) due to your and @OpenreachHelp’s ineptitude with setting up our service. Utterly, utterly disgraceful.

    @bt_uk why is your website still not working for making payments? Last month you said you were having difficulties & pay via phone, same things happening again this month. Saying either 1 min it doesnt recognise me, the next it does but just whirls when I click on the page to pay

    @bt_uk do you have no support for vulnerable customers? My 83yo mother has no working phone line, has a life line that is dependant on it, and is on her own. Wall of silence in response to fault report, total lack of customer service. Disappointed and worried.

    @bt_uk switched to BT fibre on 17th May. Called the engineer in the morning. He said he was in a queue for some cable to do the job. He called 2 hours later to say there was no cable and he can’t complete the job. I have no internet, vulnerable & desperate!! Nobody answering at BT! Help
