    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk I am aware of the openreach page and have signed up to it but between yourselves @BT and openreach you refuse to answer or even quote for installation. Unless it’s easy for you you are not bothered. No attempt to replace lines that are out of date and will not support future voip

    @bt_uk You are charging me £66 a month and agreed to make a one-off payment to me to compensate. It hasn't been made and you closed my case VOL013-711785346914. Awful service and I've been with you for years now. Very disappointed

    @bt_uk That’s if you can find an engineer who doesn’t find every way NOT to fit the broadband, make excuses & then lies about getting someone else more experienced to fit it that day. Let’s see what @bt_uk have to say today. I’ve been a customer for decades, no one cares!

    @bt_uk yearrrrs ago was with BT left sky 5th sept to EE b/b hasnt worked out after 4 new hubs so signed up to BT hope we have better service
