Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
