why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk @Tech4GoodAwards @MarcAllera Bt engineer disconnected us on Thursday lunchtime,I phoned Thurs...no phone no Internet...I live in the middle of nowhere with my 11 year old son,been told it will be fixed on Monday evening,maybe how do we phone the fire brigade etc? Barley a mobile signal, what if an emergency?

@btbusinesscare They keep telling us that an engineer will be attending to sort out the problem in all 3 of our restaurants but no one turns up. When we call back we get told to wait longer and we do wait but no one turns up

@bt_uk Yes I do, and followed the tips given in a text that was sent. The signal is still poor but unfortunately I haven’t been able to ring anyone as I’ve been working. Thanks for checking in - I will call BT for more assistance when I can!

I find it so funny that the new build house right next to a @bt_uk exchange in #headcorn, as in NEXT DOOR and the best they do is 15down.... Then come along @TrooliFibre and say we got fiber in the road! Sort ya crap out BT! Utter shambles. If they can do it why can you?

@bt_uk getting sick of lying nearly £80 a month for my broadband to fail multiple times a day which means I also lose half of my tv channels including the sport package which is incredibly expensive on its own

@bt_uk ‘apparently’ according to your team member or colleague, an order which I have already received the equipment for has not gone through. Forget the internet. I am now left without a working phone line. How do you suggest I call emergency services if required?

@bt_uk Ethernet. Tried all the reset/wire changing/retuning methods as directed by chat and they are sending a new box but like I said your website says there is issues but app says everything is fine.
