why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk I really can't understand why your FTTC Fibre doesn't, apparently, support a 3rd Party DSL modem/router. Well, I'll just look for a different ISP. I've heard so many bad things about your Smart Hubs that I don't want to have to use one.

@bt_uk do you not have a record on your systems when a customer is old and vulnerable? My 82 year old friend called me in some distress having been sent a new router and a letter saying his phone and broadband would stop working if he didn't replace his old one with the new one.

@bt_uk I have done and nobody has got back to me. It’s all reported but a very slow process and I’d actually like the opportunity to talk to the manager of the team as the manhole cover was left u done for some time and it was dangerous.

BT broadband is rubbish. Been worse the last 3 days or so. No matter how many times its been logged in the past, they reckon they've fixed it. Not good when you work from home and rely on the Internet! Any one else having issues? @bt_uk

@bt_uk don’t really understand how this is still a problem but this is the second time in two weeks i’ve been provided with a repair date and not had it fulfilled. please get it together or i’m going to sit outside philip jansen’s home and use his internet

@virginmedia Its okay. I got through and was told would have to wait another two weeks minimum to get a team back out. Contacted @bt_uk and within an hour I had a new deal and it was extremely professional. I will in touch once I get an install date to cancel my contract. Sad it came to this

@Droop69 @bt_uk Oh the goalposts have been sawed up, made into firewood and sacrificed on the altar of incompetence. We would like to cancel but they’ve told us it will take even longer if we go with another supplier so it seems like we’re stuck.
