    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like ยฃ50+ each month and canโ€™t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says Iโ€™ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly havenโ€™t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @Force22M @bt_uk Same problem here, given up reporting it as they send engineers out and never find the problem :-(

    @bt_uk Hi John. The fault was caused by your BT engineer....Iโ€™m asking why this is allowed to impact our service, especially without any notice in the WFH climate.

    @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.
