why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk No my daughter still not sorted. Very difficult to get through to customer service. They did promise to refund overpayment but took out the £60 the next month. Next time she got through they cut her off.

@bt_uk I'm going to be leaving for virgin because the problems are constant and the connection speed is 1/3rf of virgins lowest Internet speed Bt hasn't upgraded the larkhall cabinet since 2009

@bt_uk Big thanks to the very supportive gentleman from BT Mobile who we called on the helpline when I couldn’t receive calls or texts on my mobile phone. He was very patient and sorted the issue which wasn’t a network problem in the end it was with my phone!

@bt_uk Why no phone service for 6 months yet I have in writing you have never raised an issue with @OpenreachHelp ? Executive complaints team you claim but doing nothing to fix the issues ?
