    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk - absolute disgrace! Supposed to have Broadband Fibre installed today. Appointment made 3 or 4 weeks ago. Waited in all day. Now told we have to wait till September 20. Takes 20 mins to load Google - smart meters not working. Terrible service @Ofcom do your job

    @bt_uk not getting anywhere, want me to pay bill when had no internet. Promised a senior engineer today and nobody has come. This is a total joke your a joke of a company right now. 90 for no service? my children have homework to be in, one with covid now , where is the care?

    @bt_uk I have, but its showing no issues which is a joke! Yet i get offers of new contracts for this?? The speeds i get upload wise are terrible and make streaming and content creating near impossible at times! 8mbps?? When i have 50mbps download? Its utterly shocking

    @bt_uk so here we are again, 8 weeks no net, told engineer supervisor coming today between 1 and 6. Day off work and guess what never arrived!! Has to be the worst ever company in the world for internet . what excuse can we have next as to why we can't watch TV,use laptop 4 uni?

    It's bad enough that the broadband has gone down but now the mini hub is playing up and cutting out randomly🙈 and most of our neighbours are also with @BTCare so it's not even like we can share wifi to keep the kids occupied😭 praying this is fixed before Monday 🙏🏻😭
