Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported@KevinCowan @bt_uk I’ve had this email telling me they’ve updated the email service. It’s clearly playing utter havoc with the system. There was an essential two phase authentication. Emails are disappearing and I can’t search! Mail boxes no longer sync to the iPhone app either. It’s ridiculous.

ZachKappa (@ZachKappa) reported@bt_uk I registered interest like a year ago and never been messaged since, and the rollout is very precise saying from 2022-2024 when I can walk 1 minute down the road and get full fibre there, don’t know what the issue is with my street
