why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Thank you . It’s supposed to be being delt with. But two and a bit days is a long time, especially when I have missed zoom calls, can’t alter my shopping. I wondered if the change over to digital this week could be part of the problem?

@bt_uk I do and thats what I mean there are hundreds of them. So if your system can pick them up as spam from my settings why can't to pick them up coming into your network in the first place?

Moved over to @bt_uk for broadband and honestly wish id stuck with my ****** provider. Not even started into the contract yet, awful awful service, engineer visited and we have no internet and their online chat service basically says tough luck. Disgusted with them

Seems being a longstanding customer means absolutely nothing to @BTCare, so be careful if they offer you an upgrade only costing a few pounds more, because you will be stuck with it.
