@matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

  • ATaylor87 Andrew Taylor (@ATaylor87) reported from Calne, England

@bt_uk Should have been, but definitely wasn’t. It’s super helpful when both my wife and I have to work from home. It’s still not working though... even though I’ve got emails saying it will be live by midnight last night... thanks BT!

  • Nightingale26 Linda K Berkeley (@Nightingale26) reported from Lambourn, England

@bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

  • KroValeria Caro Valeria (@KroValeria) reported from Tilshead, England

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

  • Tom_E_Burke Tom Burke (@Tom_E_Burke) reported

I CANNOT believe how incompetent @bt_uk home move team are… apparently it’s reasonable for a customer to assume their digital voice won’t move with FTTP move & instead regress to analog on different line! Oh & then expect them to discard their digital & BUY new analog handsets!

  • lafih22 Darren Pigott (@lafih22) reported

@bt_uk My hybrid smarthub 2 won't let me split up the 2.4ghz & 5ghz bandwidth, so I've had to turn off the 5ghz to get smart devices to work.. any news of an update to allocate devices to different bandwidths to get over this issue?

  • TimothyDRCarr Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported

@bt_uk Business. Not really impressed. The smart hub 2 won’t see devices on other bands. Known issue. Residential smart hub 2 have got an update to fix it. Business customers don’t have a fix. Why. Now I’m paying £7 a month for these disc’s that seem to be nothing more than an AP.

  • Claire_Edberg Claire (@Claire_Edberg) reported

@TomCovenent @bt_uk Whats this got to do with my complaint to BT? Nothing. Butt out
