    @matoxley @bt_uk Mat, a suggestion. If youcan “live chat” with BT do so. And in writing explain that you have an official complaint. They must log this and report total number of these internally & to OFCOM. They’ve a dedicated dept dealing with reducing complaints. That dept will fix things 4 u

    @bt_uk Having trouble uploading featured apps on BT TV. Netflix is working but can’t get into BBC iPlayer or Channel 4. Just says ‘loading’ it after a while gives and goes back to the Home Screen. Any suggestions?
