@bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

@Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed £600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than £23!

@bt_uk @OfficialIrishFA As soon as my contract is up I'm gunna leave you guys and go @skytv broadband where they offer more mb for my money and hopefully less issues wirh getting coverage in certain parts of my house, need 3 discs with you lot, it's like I own a hotel not a 4 bed new build

@bt_uk I've been waiting 3 months for my fibre broadband to be installed (ordered 12th Jan). After 2 appointments of the engineer failing to turn up with no contact, the router and home hub were installed yesterday, but there is no signal!

Why is that every time @bt_uk do work in your street, they inadvertently mess up your phone line..? It was fine this morning and now it’s not and we’ve been told it will be up to five days to fix it which is ridiculous when they probably caused the issue! 😠
