Andy Browne (@Everlands_001) reported from Dursley, EnglandHe said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.
-
Mark Harris (@MrMarkHarris) reported from Cirencester, England@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

Shame on you, I thought those days of not caring about your long standing customers was over.
-
jack250213 (@e4290936) reported@bt_uk calling itself 'customer centric ' grates with me after an internal transfer of my broadband went horribly wrong, then four hard searches on my creditworthiness and three attempts to get BT broadband and a TV package also successfully completed by phone after a time on the phone that I regret all fell through with no explanation or apology. Customer centric? You are having a laugh BT!
-

Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported@bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
