Why is it that @btbusinesscare cannot help me? I have made numerous phone calls, had several online chats, and had too much email correspondence but still the same result. No progress. 🤔

@bt_uk Hi - this doesn’t seem to have settled yet. Upload seems about right (110mbps) but download fluctuates between 220-440mbps. These are great speeds - but not what I’m paying for. I can’t use the My Bt app to do a speed test as it errors every time. Any suggestions would be great!

@bt_uk my 89 year old mother in law has been without a phone for nearly 6 weeks now. She doesn’t have a mobile and she has serious health problems. She has contacted you numerous times via a friends phone but to no avail. I think this is unacceptable treatment of one living alone

@bt_uk Nope I’ve not had any communication from BT! Every time I call them they just apologies and say we are waiting for @WeAreOpenreach engineers to fix my account before they can proceed further. And it might take up to 5-10 days

5 weeks and my Internet is still **** @bt_uk waste of space.
