    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    @bt_uk Interesting. Someone in BT has prepared a complaint and processed it and judged it without any reference to me. That's not what I learnt in law school. No letter of course. No refund and yet I am still being charged without explanation.

    @bt_uk I'm really surprised that you're not working harder to improve overall speeds of your broadband. I still only get 14MBPS for "Fibre". Swish are now here in our town and are spending tens of millions on their system, min 400MBPS. Roll on end of our contract...

    @SamsungHelpUK @BTCare please fix the BT sport app on Samsung tv’s, the audio is fine for 1 minute then it jumps back 1 minute and then the audio is out of sync unless I back out and back in!

    @bt_uk We’ve performed numerous factory resets over the months. We even have it on a timer to reset once a week as this reduces the amount of times we get this issue. This is the worst kit we’ve ever been provided

    @bt_uk Second half of the game it was fine, do you turn down the speed of fibre to households that don’t renew contracts early to suit BT?
