    @bt_uk Hi Dee, thanks for the offer but as I already pay £50 a month and don't receive a decent signal I wld probably look at moving it myself but the contract is up in November so we may look at alternative supply. Regards Alan.

    @bt_uk I’ve messaged about an open complaint that you’ve yet to respond to. It was raised because you’ve refused to tell me how much my mobile deal would cost if I changed the number of SIMs on it. It’s against the rules but you seem to have forgotten that.

    @btsport Please fix your media player. You can't watch full screen without great big play and 10s icons in the middle of the screen. It just never goes away even if you don't move the mouse.

    Bit the bullet and switched from sky broadband and TV to @bt_uk for better service arranged weeks ago no switch on yesterday called today and told have to cancel and re-order will take at least a week now left with 3 kids in half term no WiFi and no TV - help!

    @bt_uk Why is it BT cannot reliably or consistently keep to it's 100mbps pledge but are happy to take the money for it. My service regularly falls under this threshold but is considered normal.

    @bt_uk Not really that committed are you. With the huge hike in energy prices I’m sure the up and coming rise of over 14% in the cost of broadband will really help. Very disappointing. Will definitely look elsewhere

    50 days since @bt_uk internet stopped working. 2500% of the 2 working day fix time, as a result I'm owed £403.20 in compensation. Now up to 6 resolution dates missed. @WeAreOpenreach SSKMD MSO ongoing for 104 days. #stilloffline

    Hello @bt_uk I have been without internet and landline use since Friday 11 February. This has been reported and being treated as an MSO. However despite speaking with various operatives and informing them of such, no one else on the area is experiencing problems.

    @bt_uk our new BT broadband was supposed to start yesterday, first it didn’t come on until today and now it’s all up and connected it’s not working, the light on the box is blue but nothing on the devices is loading

    @bt_uk Paula. No one else in my area is experiencing issues with their landline and/or connection, so I fail to understand why this has been classed as MSO. Please let me know all the details that you have.
