Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
