    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk are you able to tell me when my elderly parents’ broken phone / broadband will be mended pls. You said July 1... But no sign. My mother is registered deaf and only able to communicate with family via a special device fitted to her landline. No mobile. Pls help.

    Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    @feastsandfables @bt_uk I think we both know that the measure of effective service provision is fault finding and fix time. Effective customer communication being paramount. Anyone can sail a ship on a calm sea.

    @feastsandfables @bt_uk This brings back so many frustrating memories of a year or so ago when we experienced similar problems with BT. It prompted a move to another provider. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

    Had forgotten how truly depressing it is to deal with @bt_uk. Text to ask me to call them. No idea what menu item to choose bc the text didn’t say why to call. 😬😡 Discover order has been cancelled by @OpenreachHelp. Why? No-one knows. Operator says she will cancel order /1

    @bt_uk Too bad the engineer never showed up, so I canceled all of my Zooms for the day and tried to do work on a 1 MBPS hotspot for nothing.

    @bt_uk 21 days at best for you to (possibly) fix our broadband, and this is why I will never choose BT again. Anyone else thinking about it, don't bother, they're an absolute shambles and their customer service is appalling.

    @bt_uk He arrived an hour after the 13:00 timelimit given and within what I had requested originally. Problem is you told me he was coming before 1 so had to sit and do an important call on my drive via mobile. Just waiting until my contract expires in Jan to move to Virgin

    @bt_uk hi we have a bt box pro and we keep getting problems with the recordings. All our recordings say “failed to record” but they were there fine earlier. We had a different problem a few weeks ago with the box resetting itself and it we lost ou recordings then too.

    @bt_uk it's all well and good saying your team are available 24/7 but they can't solve problems. It's apparently acceptable to leave someone who works from home with no internet for a week because you don't have enough engineers. In the process of cancelling the contract.
