    @bt_uk are you able to tell me when my elderly parents’ broken phone / broadband will be mended pls. You said July 1... But no sign. My mother is registered deaf and only able to communicate with family via a special device fitted to her landline. No mobile. Pls help.

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

    @Jimcory99 @bt_uk There are 3 calling plans. Pay as you go is the cheapest at £5 per month at a cost of 22.84p per min then 700 min plan at £7.50 a month. Broadband only you removes the voice service and calling plan. So looks like adding voice service it's going to be at least £5 extra a month.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk please sort this out it seems the problem is with you and it doesn't look like openreach are off for the bank holiday as they are responding and confirming the service is live (as i have been saying and as evidenced by my neighbour's working fine). Resolve today please 🙏

    @bt_uk still waiting on an email from Saturday, summarising a recent order/reorder/complaint re a conversation I had on Tuesday with an advisor who miss-sold me products and generally lied about pricing. Why is BT customer service poor? Currently looking at other options....

    @AHNiallando @bt_uk Your neighbour is having a similar issue, trying to watch BBC but it keeps changing to ITV. Maybe your boxes are next to the wall and your remotes are on the same frequency.

    @bt_uk The internet in general is extremely slow. We can do general things such as scrolling social media and replying to messages. Anything involving loading videos / catch up television is a complete nightmare!
