Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.
