Appointment has been booked for 3 months and looks like you decided to just not show up at all. Which makes @bt_uk look bad especially when you came and installed the same product to my neighbours in either side in the last week.

@bt_uk Won't let me watch any live feed, I've tried clearing cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I don't get errors or error messages. I tap what I want to watch and it does nothing.
