@bt_uk I’m on the line with support now. It took ages, but we eventually figured out that BT is double-billing me because they failed to close my old account when I upgraded to Fibre. Nobody seems to know how to solve this and I couldn’t be more irate. Currently in golf again…

@bt_uk fibre still down since Wednesday in Nottingham NG5 post code. No idea of when it will be back from support team - with a lot of people working from home what are you providing to homes so people can stay online?

@SkyHelpTeam I know @OpenreachHelp could let this drag on. It took all of us a long time to get them to take any serious action to improve. I hope we're not going back to the bad old @bt_uk days. I also need to know who will compensate us in this instance.
