@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk I tried to ring your 0800 number but my mobile network wouldn’t let me. Online chat no one available. I then used my landline twice but waited so long the phones batteries went flat. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.

@btbusinesscare got nowhere today, day 2 of no Internet, trying to run off a 4G dongle with Internet coming and going, we are trying to run a business. Earliest they can check it out is Monday, this is Wednesday. BT this is appalling customer service @btbusinesscare

@bt_uk Hi, I should also add — I've been told to expect a call tomorrow to see if the new router has fixed the issue I'm having. No need to make that call yet, the router hasn't been delivered. If it arrives tomorrow, I won't be able to get it set up until Friday at the earliest
