    @BTGroup @BTCare Apparently theirs an open order from bt on my account so they can't reconnect till after the 15th. Its a joke as my account shouldnt have been suspend in the first place. Honestly wouldnt recommend b.t and wish I could cancel it now.

    @BTCare We aren't but it's ridiculous that we haven't been offered one and no we haven't been told anything we just keep being told it's going to take longer to fix and getting texts to say we'll be updated on whatever date and now it's been pushed to the 30th

    @BTCare service 🧐 - Surely this would of brought to the surface this internally rather than over social media.... A simple fact in business is that for ever customer that complains about her 20 couldn’t be bothered and leave ....

    @BTCare clearly do not have the capability to even explain bill cost ... so the line just goes dead (or they hang up 3 times) I have no issue with outsourcing customer service center but doesn’t anyone working at BT in the UK use the BT service and actually had to call customers

    @BTCare explain costs b) I am still at a loss to this hidden charge of using another internet vendor on the BT line (do explain as there is no mention on the bill) c) shouldn’t hang up on the customers , I made 3 call backs , waited in line , spoke to the BT reps in India who all

    @BTCare distress to the person , especially if the person is elderly! Note I achieved access to the account when I called back without the date of birth but then the following issues occurred BT Customer representative receiving a call a) should be able to discuss the bill and

    @BTCare in way other than just saying BT b) clarify in short why they are calling Eg we calling to discus an outstanding payment with the holder of the account c) realize that if a “customer” states on numerous occasions that they do not want to give their DOB , this may be causing

    @BTCare BT Agreed you have to validate the account, surely there is more than one way to validate, eg post code , last bill cost , last phone call to who... You could argue that BT customers representatives calling should, a) validate to the customer they are calling, who they are
