@bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

@bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

@bt_uk After the problems I have had all week from just renewing my contract, long phones calls to @bt_uk & still not sorted, waiting for a call back today to finally get things sorted, mistakes made by there operators on the phone, very poor customer service 😡
