    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    4 times I have tried to get my new hub delivered and 4 times I’ve received disappointment. Nothing. This is quite shambolic customer service and utter frustration from an existing customer. Surely it can’t be this hard? Can anyone @BTGroup @bt_uk please help? #nothappy

    @bt_uk helllooo is there a way of getting a new router from you at all? Mines over 5yrs old now and seems to be having connection issues causing the wifi to drop in and out all the time or the Chrome-cast / Google Nest not be able to detect certain things?

    hey @bt_uk what's up with your fibre checker. for a long time i've thought my street in bristol couldn't get fibre because my address shows as unable to get it. last night i checked one house up and one house down, both can get fibre according to the checker. what's up with that?

    @bt_uk Absolutely disgraceful. Still no service for my 91 year old mother since 21st Sept. This has to be addressed NOW!! She needs emergency services (ambulance) and no telephone line to call from. Luckily a neighbour had mobile phone.

    @bt_uk have been without internet for 4 weeks now. No reply from BT. Numerous engineers who can’t fix. Awaiting traffic management. Terrible service and lack of communication

    @bt_uk I’ll not be renewing phones, TV or broadband … fed up with it, engineer 2 weeks late to fix the TV issues as well and no offers of discounts or anything. Dissatisfied & disappointing

    @Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp The provider has updated me 8 weeks running with a simple no news response. No updates as to where in the process we are. I have zero faith left in the service @bt_uk provides and doubt the paperwork for clearance through cadence was ever filled out.
