@bt_uk Terrible service from BT. My elderly auntie with dementia had her line cut off. My mum spent hours trying to get it sorted being passed from pillar to post saying the account had been closed and that only a new one could be opened. This was done and now this line is dead too.

@bt_uk after a year long argument with staff promising to change by bill date it has eventually been done but over 8 months I have racked up almost £80 in charges for an issue with your staff! Outrageous

@BTCare Internet down. My ISP is sky but they said there's an issue with BTOPENREACH and the exchange or cabinet. Been down all day. Cannot work at all this weekend. @skytv @bt_uk . Please can someone at least call or email me. This is BAD
