    @BTCare Your links gone, the problem with running a speed check now, is the problem was last night while trying to download a film, your service is to intermittent, it’s not consistent. There must have been to many people using the service and it can’t cope.

    @HRazzle @BTCare Well we never seem to get a straight answer from anybody. Amazing they can’t deliver a simple service with such big infrastructure. If I was able to have another provider, I would!

    @BTCare Sums you lot up really, joking about having no internet connection. Your service has been terrible since we’ve had it. Yes it’s plugged in. We haven’t a phone plugged in, so I can’t tell you.

    @BTCare Thanks. I appreciate your response, just wish someone had told me that two days ago, and exactly what the fault is, so I knew I didn’t have to be in. We’ve been without service since Thursday, and it’s just a very frustrating situation.

    @BTCare Dealing with BT is becoming so boring now. We’re constantly told different things and being messed around so much. I’m now told the problem is outside the property. The way you treat customers is disgusting.

    @BTCare The other problem which complicates matters is that apparently my broadband is on an 18m contract when TV was only 12m. The only reason I can come up with as to why I would have signed up to that was if I was missold a combined package last time
