    @BTCare Thanks. I appreciate your response, just wish someone had told me that two days ago, and exactly what the fault is, so I knew I didn’t have to be in. We’ve been without service since Thursday, and it’s just a very frustrating situation.

    @btsport Area BT22 fews weeks with your channels who don’t work properly! Enough ! Sound on and off, channels frozen even Infollow all the instructions after 3 hours chat. If your network is not enough strong here don’t sell your channels it’s a swindle !

    @BTCare Yes. Eventually got through to someone who’s escalated it as a complaint because ongoing problem since August
