The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.
