Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
