@bt_uk I have been sent an email stating that I can upgrade from Fibre 1 to Fibre 100 at no extra cost. I click the link and it says the upgrade will cost an extra £1 a month? Could you help please?

@bt_uk when can I cancel out of my contract??? I’ve been with @virginmedia & @SkyUK & never ever experienced drop outs like this. Yesterday I was told it was fixed & today it’s down again!

@bt_uk I only got a despatch email a couple hours after I initially talked with one of your colleagues on the phone. Seems they just forgot to send it. Stupidly sent on a 48hr service so won't be here until Monday. Activation day was today.

@bt_uk Moved back to bt at start of summer on Fibre 100. WiFi keeps dropping off, never had this problem with sky.
