@bt_uk Thank you but after about 4 hours of phone calls 6 months of problems and being past to different people across the country it may have gone to far, such a unprofessionally dissopointing organisation

@bt_uk We lived right opposite the BT tower and still had awful internet. £100 wouldn’t have covered the tears of frustration.

@Ofcom how can I complain about @bt_uk? We closed & settled an account a year ago but they are sending letters about debt collection. We have an open complaint with them for months and have asked for our data to be deleted but the letters keep coming
