    @bt_uk nearly 2 weeks without no broadband this is getting to be a joke now only been with you for 3 weeks, for them to keep saying we are sending out an engineer who comes out but doesn’t solve the problem.

    @btsport you have charged me twice (£25, so £50 in total) for a rugby match I cannot watch. Three customer service assistants passed me on several times, not one said they could help. I would like my £50 back please.

    In November (!) I changed broadband from Sky to @BTCare so I could get FTTP. It still hasn’t been installed by @OpenreachHelp I signed up for the £40p/m package, which BT are now advertising for £30. I’m getting zero response on changing my contract. Awful company so far.

    @bt_uk has anyone else had issues with their hub having a purple flashing light?? Had 11 engineers booked who have failed to attend only 4 have!! Still no Internet after 35 days!!
