@bt_uk 2nd issue is that pages are not updating. An ebay listing of mine was edited, all devices on bt WiFi are still showing the unedited page. If I go out and connect to a non BT WiFi it show the edited page. 100yards away connected to a BT WiFi hot-spot it reverts to the unedited.

@bt_uk I have to say not only have we suffered years of dreadful customer service, now I going, not to be allowed to port my phones to a new supplier that I bought outright is the final straw in pettiness, but at least re affirms why I am glad to be finally leaving BT

@OpenreachHelp If you are responsible for this you need to send someone out to deal with the damage. BT are refusing to tell me if you did this. @bt_uk #BTDONTCARE

@bt_uk Why don’t loyal customers get offers to update BT hubs? Mine only ever get changed when there’s a problem. I’m still on a BT Hub 4…

@bt_uk Interesting there is no mention of dealing with Openreach when you are trying to identify and organise the work required on your property to fix BT's damage but once there is a problem suddenly BT has no responsibility. #BTDONTCARE

@bt_uk why is it the maximum home broadband speed you can offer me is 45mbps gone down by 5mbps in 2 years yet I can get 150mbps on your 5g mobile network is there any point in keeping my home broadband with you when I could be paying less and getting a better service

@bt_uk I’ve reported it and apparently you can’t fix until Monday- which personally I think just isn’t good enough… not that it’s your fault thank you anyway for reaching out 🙏

@bt_uk Hi, service over the last 2 days has been really patchy in and off constantly. Today so far all seems to be back to normal. Thanks.

@bt_uk No point taking the time or the risk - as I reported I think one of your colleagues created an account to troll me so there's no way I am passing personal details to your team. Anyway I already know your response - it's my problem to pursue. Other providers are available.
