@bt_uk How do I arrange for a check on my tv reception? Think there's an issue with the arial (block of flats owned by housing association who also own the communal arial). The housing association say I need to get you to check it before they consider going up to investigate.

🗣 José Mourinho asked if he's been vindicated by highlighting #MUFC's issues: "Unfortunately, yes. There are lots of good people inside the club, so it’s not like I’m happy to be right. I’m not happy to be right. I would like to be wrong, but I knew I was right." 🎙 @btsport

@bt_uk I tried to order a broadband package yesterday but my credit check got declined and got told by your staff to check with my bank what the problem was but my bank said I had to talk to you about it! I wasn’t given a legitimate reason for my denial. Please help.

@Nick242428 @bt_uk @Nick242428 the engineers came to mine. The fibre is fine. So BT sending me a new modem. Even with engineers in the house they could say what the problem was. They need to allow OpenReach to test modems and replace from their van. Else sending an engineer is a waste.
