@btsportfootball The word 'deliberate' always used to be quoted and often ignored...in this instance though its not deliberate it charges down a clearance and creates a goalscoring chance..so i'd still give it as a free-kick #FULTOT #btsport

@M0IAX @bt_uk I wonder if you can get someone feed you a directional WiFi connection. Some time ago when I moved and there was no internet connection for a while, I used the Wifi from a friend living about a mile down the road using a pair of pringle cans. Luckily it was line of sight.

@Steve_Manners @bt_uk Totally agree. I am having endless problems but BT tell me nothing is wrong, send me jargon and links, refuse to talk to me like a human, and fob me off. BT are expensive crap.

Who would have thought is was so hard to speak to someone at @bt_uk about topping up a phone for my mother who was taken to hospital last night. I’ve had agents hang up as soon as I mentioned the poor service I’m approaching nearly 2 hours of trying now.

@bt_uk URGENT. I’ve got an engineer visit today to help me set up BT TV however I’ve just read the email and they’ve got the totally wrong address.?The address in the email is an address I’ve not lived at for 25 years. HELP????
