    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk cannot believe your service today. Phoned your dept to inform them I have no equipment to return after having new digital service installed 4 days ago to be told contract ceased. I was bereaved 6 weeks ago so this is took over the account. Beside my self with grief really

    @bt_uk Absolutely terrible experience with BT today. Called to renew my mobile package. Got put on hold for ages, Then told to move to EE, Then got cut off and i have no idea what is going on now. Received PAC codes but nothing else.

    @bt_uk we're here to help, that's a joke. 10 days of your empty promises and apologies, and still no internet, I've waited in for 20hrs+ this week for an openreach engineer to show up. But they never do.

    @btbusinesscare Transferred to 3 different BT employees….and 1 hour 15 minutes later…put on hold then cut off. Some customer service.

    @bt_uk I'm already back in the UK - the point was you charging £10 for 1MB of data is a complete disgrace, particularly highlighted by you charging £6 for 500MB add ons. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I'm able to. Never had charges like this with other providers @MartinSLewis
