VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

@bt_uk Judging by the posts on your help forum this is a similar problem to others since the latest automatic firmware upgrade to your Smart Hub 2.

@bt_uk Hi. Can someone please call my mum (the account holder) ASAP re complaint ref VOL013-577034719017. She removed broadband, got sent a cheque as a refund after the initial error when it wasn't removed and now has it added to her bill again and is receiving collections calls.

@bt_uk My problems are daily with broadband

@k0nG @bt_uk its clear as this point the the issue is more widespread than my setup. Multi people posting in forums about printer and sonos issues since the firmware update. What I'm after is an acknowledgement of an issue from BT rather than a shrug of the shoulder and blaming someone else

Kevin Muldoon (@KevinMuldoon) reported
@bt_uk So BT closed an open complaint without resolving anything and didn't process a refund. This will be going to the ombudsman.

@bt_uk Hey! Tried to speak to one of your team on chat today but they were useless, there's global known issues with your Smart Hub 2 recent firmware update (version V0.26.03.01286) which stops @Sonos working. Are you going to fix this soon?
-
Aaron Aubeck (@MelonPrinceToni) reported
@bt_uk still not received a reply even after dming yourselves like requested. New customers and can't even get started with your service!

Matt Collins (@k0nG) reported
@bt_uk @frant101 This problem still seems to be persisting. Devices on 2.4ghz cannot communicate with devices on 5ghz. Is there a way to roll back the firmware upgrade?
