    @RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk Was meant to have an engineer to sort WiFi out last Friday, waited all day and they didn't show up, a full day wasted... Called BT and they said this Friday instead, I have just received an email saying that an engineer will be here on the 2nd of next month to install... WTF! 😑

    @bt_uk Internet went completely out at 00:05am. Over 1 hour later, BT hub still stuck on solid orange light. Troubleshooter not working so I've been unable to lodge an issue. Help?

    @bt_uk wait times for customer service totally unacceptable. 30-50 mins to speak to someone isnt uncommon! the automated message says you could wait upto 10mins! REALLY!!!!

    @PRoberts666 @AILAHT0909 @bt_uk Only sensible way forward is ask to speak to the customer retention department. They at least acknowledge the problems and try to address it to get you to stay. I'll never go back to BT if I can help it. Thankfully I've a local supplier that's pretty good

    @bt_uk She is on this plan from this week but she can also apply for the low-cost plan retrospectively since you failed to offer this in 2021 and she has been paying far more than needed so you mis-sold the old contract and never mentioned this option, correct? @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

    @btbusinesscare Gillian, I am tired of sending messages, waiting hours on the phone and having to send various emails. There is always something with BT customer service. Which is non existent. I just spent another 40 minutes on the phone. Looks like the charge will be waived.

    @bt_uk I get that they will want to try and give me some form of deal to keep me as a customer. But there are ways to do that which don't involve me sitting listening to the same 5 songs on hold for 45 minutes (and counting).

    @bt_uk @LAMTownsend Been without internet connection since yesterday afternoon in South Cumbria. It's having an impact on work etc.. It seems to be a problem up and down the country, any update please?
