My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. Ben Trask (@TraskBen) reported@bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

Order had to be redone. Dad had no service despite needing careline. Now they want to charge £80 for a router that we sent back @bt_uk help
