My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.

Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk we’ve had problems with our wifi for a month. Multiple open reach engineers claim to have fixed it. None have. Latest made it worse. No wifi at all. Impossible to speak to a human who is helpful. I’m disabled and rely on the internet.
