    @RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

    VAR..today itโ€™s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    Just cancelled my @bt_uk broadband and TNT sport contracts after a half hour verbal ding **** with one of their team in Belfast questioning my decision making and slagging off my new supplier as 'I've never heard of them'. Stay strong folks.

    @bt_uk On line service wasn't very good I disconnected overnight. When I woke up I plugged it back. It's now returned to blue. All good thanks.

    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonโ€™t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canโ€™t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

    @bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and Iโ€™ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Canโ€™t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Iโ€™m physically disabled and itโ€™s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish weโ€™d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk over the last 5 days having "Sorry, we can't get your account details at the moment" from both app & web. DM you and am auto directed to using the app, that I canโ€™t log into because of the issue mentioned ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk As well as the complaint, I've phoned twice this morning and got told the queue is over 15 minutes. Useless.
