Laura Matthews (@Mother_Of_Seven) reported@bt_uk So if you are unwilling to solve the issue, please release me from my contract so I can go elsewhere to someone interested in solving the issue! @Ofcom every time I report, bt say they have repaired it, but the same thing happens 6 weeks this has gone on!

Over the last 6 years I have had nothing but nightmare service from you! 4 calls today to try and get through to the right team & it's obstruction after obstruction while being fobbed off every time by lazy people!

I've dealt with your 'complaint team' several times before. The whole set up just smacks of "we don't care" it's genuinely terrible! 8 calls now btw!

Wayne Garton (@MrWayneGarton) reported@MarkMartindale Exactley this, Sky/bt were against because ESL were going to go with a streaming platform and cut out the TV out from the revenue loop. The EPL would then follow suit. It’s just a question of time really as this is the future, hence BT trying to sell BTsport
