VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk I need this problem resolved today. Not "scheduled for tomorrow pending confirmation"; not "call us to book a new appointment"; not "we're sorry but @OpenreachHelp didn't confirm with us." After 5 days without, I need "An engineer is on their way to restore your service TODAY."

@bt_uk why is my experience being just as bad as @TalkTalk? Engineer was a no-show and the line is still inactive. Is anyone actually capable of providing a bloody internet service?! A whole month, 2 companies and I'm STILL nowhere 😡🤬

@bt_uk I don’t think it’s anything to do with the servers of the game i am playing, since I can hear players voice in party chats lagging, and also have the same issue on every game I play

@bt_uk I have tried since the 7th of April. I spent 4 hours yesterday being bounced around connections, tech teams and customer service. Couldn’t make a complaint couldn’t speak to any kind of manager or supervisor. If that is your answer I will cancel and go elsewhere.

Come on @virginmedia help me out here. It’s 5am so demand is low. I am on the min 100mb download package and I have 15mb. I joined 4 weeks ago and the service is so bad. Keeps dropping out low speeds etc. Can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out. Should never of left @bt_uk
