@btsport So, you've just taken £25 from my account for a Monthly pass and immediately informed me that the service is no longer available. How does that work, please?

  • blueybarsteward theBLUESTONE ( bluey ) (@blueybarsteward) reported from Immingham, England

VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

  • _JamesWstewart James Stewart (@_JamesWstewart) reported from Grimsby, England

@btsport Any danger of asking your cameraman to stop shaking the camera up and down? #headachecity @btsportfootball

  • JaseIves Jase Ives 🐝🐝 (@JaseIves) reported from Grimsby, England

@RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

@bt_uk broadband keeps dropping out, your pages ask for a landline number which we don't have or to text help which my mobile won't allow, can someone assist please?

  • hibbsy John Hibbs (@hibbsy) reported

@bt_uk Shambles of a process. Initially contacted BT to cancel my services, then went ahead & booked new supplier only to be told BT had put a ‘lock’ on the account and I needed to stop the cancellation & should of just let the new supplier do this. Now I’m paying twice for 3 weeks!

  • robbiej169 robbiej169 (@robbiej169) reported

@bt_uk Hi, your internet is ****, can you recommend any better deals? Thanks

  • LewisJW96 Lewis ⛩️ (@LewisJW96) reported

@LFC__Missy @smtm_lfc1975 @btsport It's just extremely minor, there's so many reasons to moan about the "woke brigade" and stuff like that. If it was Person of the match, I'd be inclined to agree. Player of the Match is still correct, it really shouldn't be an issue for anybody at all, there's no reason for that

  • Alasdairpkirby Alasdair Kirby 🏋️🥋🤼🖥️🎞️ (@Alasdairpkirby) reported

Last weekend, I decided to upgrade my broadband and TV package with @bt_uk I could have looked elsewhere as I'm in Virgin fibre area, but as we may be moving I decided to hold off for a while. Plus I had been happy with service. What could go wrong /1

  • mazymixer Simon Walkden (@mazymixer) reported

@bt_uk still no call, which I was promised between 12 & 2pm. I am now on hold AGAIN trying to chase up why you can't keep your promises. The lack of respect you show to your customers when you have made an error with their service is completely unacceptable.

  • Laurengoose91 Lauren Anderson (@Laurengoose91) reported

@bt_uk my dad just received an email saying about updating his profile because of a failed billing. And that if he doesn't update his service will be terminated and could be charged. Is this real or a scam? #scamemail

  • frdragonspouse Jill Hayward (@frdragonspouse) reported

@stillawake @bt_uk Yes. Some companies really do respond but with others it's purely damage limitation.

  • EpsomMental Allen_lovemymind (@EpsomMental) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

@emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

  • mazymixer Simon Walkden (@mazymixer) reported

@oxfordteddy @bt_uk It's not a technical issue, just abject customer service and lack of respect for customers in resolving an issue of their making.
