VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@AngryBritain @bt_uk Is dude. Wifi doesn’t carry an unlimited bandwidth, wired always work unless of hardware fail, maybe a wifi extender might be your solution.

If I treated my customers the way @BT_UK did, I would be out of business in no time! Exclusive offers on the web? Nope. Call centre with a 30 minute hold time and then they can't provide you with details of the contract by email... Must be one of the worse customer experiences!

Very rare for me to vent on here - but - OMG - HOW BAD ARE @richardbranson and @virginmedia AT PROVIDING A SERVICE. Switched to them, and it's been one disaster after another. I'm now left without connectivity after weeks of inaction. I SHOULDN'T HAVE MOVED FROM @bt_uk #EpicFail

Also **** @bt_uk for giving codes to customers to buy a ps5 and making the codes invisible to a bunch of people. I had no way to find my code and couldn’t get one.

@bt_uk you just cancelled my contract because my complaint was made on twitter! I get a nasty rep! No help and then, out of the blue.... Hi I've taken the route of cancelling your contract because you're having speed issues! CANCELLED MY SERVICES? WITHOUT MY REQUEST?

@bt_uk there’s a problem with my mums phone line, she’s tried calling to fix it and no response and using the online troubleshooter and still says there’s a phone line fault.

@bt_uk they are at home during a national lockdown. They rely on broadband for (amongst other things) ordering prescriptions and supermarket shopping. They have almost no mobile coverage where they live so broadband is very important. Two weeks without, due to an ‘error’ is poor
