VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk New connection Order placed 2 weeks ago. Promised for connection 26th. Didn’t happen! Called Customer Service who apologised & said it would be put on an expedited request! Checked and it’s down for 14/12! Been on hold to speak with someone for 25 mins. Call me ASAP

@bt_uk someone using your broadband has been trying to hack my website for 2 days now. I have their IP addresses and location, tried to call your support team and they were no help. You have a criminal using your services and you don't do anything about it.

@bt_uk our internet is awful - generally getting download max of 10mbps and upload 6.44mbps - what can you do about this?! Seems to have got worse recently

Spent over 6hours this week to @bt_uk to get absolutely no where and still on the phone rn after waiting 45 mins on hold for the advisor to hang up. Absolute joke of a company.

@bt_uk How or where can I submit complaints to? All 3 individuals were perfectly happy to speak to me when i was giving account details but the moment I, politely, described my broadband issues they immediately hung up. A possible mistake if it happened once. Three times though...

If we have a trophy for the worst customer service and the worst provider in the UK @virginmedia will be the winner without any competition by farrr! Its a joke honestly no internet access, advisor telling me she get issues with her systems then transferred me. @BT_UK teach them!

@bt_uk and here we go again, after delaying my installation which was guaranteed by the sales team BT have now also messed up my account so I can’t access the BT sport app and will miss the Tyson fight this weekend. Second issue in less than 2 weeks, wish I had signed up with sky
