  • larkholmelad gordon wilson (@larkholmelad) reported from Grimsby, England

@btsport So, you've just taken £25 from my account for a Monthly pass and immediately informed me that the service is no longer available. How does that work, please?

  • blueybarsteward theBLUESTONE ( bluey ) (@blueybarsteward) reported from Immingham, England

VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@btsport Any danger of asking your cameraman to stop shaking the camera up and down? #headachecity @btsportfootball

@bt_uk I’m trying to use your website to sign up for your broadband as a new customer however whenever I’m adding my postcode to “see your deals” the page keeps refreshing and won’t load?

  • jayjoshe jason (@jayjoshe) reported

@BTCare having a really bad experience with BT everyday told someone is coming out and no one turns up

  • majordamo majordaemon (@majordamo) reported

@GerardThornley @bt_uk I had a similar experience during the pandemic. 4-5 days with no connection, spending a fortune on mobile data Home broadband is now critical national infrastructure and should have appropriate service levels and penalties.

  • stiggle David Priestley (@stiggle) reported

@Phil_in_London @bt_uk Because you need to sell your soul to get useful information out of BT/Openreach... Current estimated clear time for fault BT50461 is 18/05/2022 23:45 (its a fault with a Wholesale Broadband Connect). There were 9 other issues in the Furness region supposedly cleared overnight

  • lfc___66 LFC66 (@lfc___66) reported

@MandSBankArena @LFC @btsport Issues with delivery method how do I fix this??

  • Phil_in_London Phil_London (@Phil_in_London) reported

@CherriJulie @bt_uk They're a joke. They're insisting on personal information, and denying there's a problem. They've now stopped responding to me on twitter. You will find you're going round in circles. They even told me to switch the router off and on again!

  • phil__meehan Meehog (@phil__meehan) reported

@Phil_in_London @bt_uk @NeilParkLIVE I was told that too. Now the service status claims there's no issue and I've had two texts saying its fixed when it isn't. Seems the approach now is just to deny there's any problem at all.

  • helenroffe Helen Roffe (@helenroffe) reported

@bt_uk I have had no internet for 10 days now, I need this resolving today! I work from home and this is causing me massive issues. I've had 3 engineer appointments booked and not seen one yet

  • Mark_A69 Mark D Abrahams 💙 (@Mark_A69) reported

@bt_uk (1/2) one again your (lack of) service astounds me - long running issue being dealt with via DM system with a specific Cust Service Agent. I follow his instructions to maintain contact with him via DM, but when I try to contact him this morning to update, one of your other

  • Phil_in_London Phil_London (@Phil_in_London) reported

@bt_uk I don't appreciate the tone. It certainly did happen. I sent your colleague my postcode and she gave me an estimated time of 23.45 for the issue to be fixed. You can move this forward by finding out what is affecting hundreds of people in South Cumbria, and giving us an update.
