    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!

    @DeborahBlythe @bt_uk BT are useless!! Had an engineer booked in today to sort out our tv and WiFi , he turned up at the front door said I haven’t got a tool for that as mines broken and walked off .. 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk can you please update me as to when the phone lines will be back up and running in SS177BW No 149 has my elderly relative without a phone line and no communication for over 12 days. She has a help line that obviously works off your system. Many thanks. Jacki

    @bt_uk Hi ... I have a fault ref. no. from 12 July but when I login to track it, it says not found or "access denied". I have no phone service at all and have heard nothing from BT by email. Please advise. Thanks AH
