VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk You haven't even told me what the problem is other than my order is stuck in limbo so maybe it wouldn't be the same problem.... It is absolutely disgusting I've got a kid studying for grammar school tests with no Internet. It really is laughable.

Anyone know a good lawyer? I'm now looking to sue @bt_uk for harassment and stress. BT do not answer this tweet, it's gone way too far now. Let's settle this in court. £30 compensation for what you've put me through is disgusting when the issue STILL isn't resolved.

been with @virginmedia for 10yrs & paying £65/m for 350Mb/s (I only get 15-50Mb/s), they have refused to help, replace hardware & lower tariffs. As there is no loyalty, it’s time to find an ISP that actually gives a good service. What are your thoughts on @VodafoneUK @bt_uk

Awkward. I felt v happy in 2012 when I finally ceased to be a @bt_uk customer. I swore I'd never go back. Well, I am back & the customer care has been...superb. They have really turned it around. I think Twitter helps. #customerappreciation
