    @BTCare Yes, the link isn’t loading for me and I’ve been told to contact tech support. Terrible customer service so far - refusing to help because you don’t see an issue, but then stating something clearly is wrong as we don’t have LAN.

    @SkyUK @BTCare @SkyUK we have left our old provider yesterday ... and now back with BT with shocking customer care... not sure if there is a cooling off period? @skyuk send me some more details to mull it over... how soon will we have Bband?

    @BTCare Hi Dale :) One Sims A Old Style Sim Card To Wrong Number, Yet I Can Take Out Put In Main Phone Because It Takes Next Sim Down, Yet Means I Have No Old Sims Left :/ I Transferred 4 Today & My Accidentally Done Others Too, Yet Will Wait Until Midnight :)

    @BTCare hi, absaloutly outraged that we are still waiting after 5 weeks to have our internet set up after being told 5 days. Noones helping, making a formal complaint on all platforms if this is not done!

    @btbusinesscare phoned again to report the issue this member of staff has sent ANOTHER engineer out who has once again informed me he cant fix anything because BT have cut my number off This is a disgrace completly & utterly disgusting that im still in the same position as day 1

    @BTCare After being passed to Bhavia in India and giving him my mobile number to call me back incase there were any issues he cut me off and didn’t call me back. Issues still not sorted.

    @BTCare Is there a problem in the 01706 dial code area, I’ve tried several numbers from my mobile, nine are connecting. Says the number isn’t recognised or it just cuts off. No ring tone!!
