@bt_uk was due to switch to fibre yesterday, engineer called to say there was a problem, I asked him to leave well alone until Friday as I am a teacher and have to be online at home until Fri morning. Now I have no wifi, can’t teach and can’t find a phone number. This is URGENT

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk In the past they gave me extra G on my phone contract. Have you tried their ‘public’ network. In my location I could stream easily on their public network.

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk Hopefully you’re phone’s good enough to give decent network access to your laptop and that they’ll quickly give you more data/fix the issue (although in my experience this sort of issue can take more than a week).
