  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

  • Jnthn_Mtchll Jonathan Mitchell (@Jnthn_Mtchll) reported from Roade, England

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

  • rosieintheuk Rosie Tran (@rosieintheuk) reported from Buckingham, England

@bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk All you tweet about is stopping work and the weekend. That's exactly what I have encountered from your staff's attitude to work. BT Culture stuff the customer its nearly the Weekend.

  • blueridgehotel Matthew Barrett (@blueridgehotel) reported from Brackley, England

@bt_uk absolutely feel let down by BT. Sent my 75 year old Mum deferent equipment, failed to install and left her panicking with delays. No where to complain as no one answers.

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk After promising to investigate and respond to me today no word from them today. For those like me who rely on broadband to work from home steer clear of @bt_uk problem not moved forward in two weeks.

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

  • FifiHockeyChic8 Fiona Farley (@FifiHockeyChic8) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@bt_uk your uk customer service 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 mint. Give Deborah a raise!!! Best customer service recieved in a long time #newcustomer #25hours

  • markbaker1966 Mark Baker 🦅 (@markbaker1966) reported from Slapton, England

Another 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this fiasco out … no explanation, nothing resolved and no response from @bt_uk @BTCare … the worst business I’ve had to deal with and without doubt the worst customer service experience ever

@bt_uk is there a problem with broadband in the Milton Keynes area

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

  • fantomowa 🍁california🍁 (@fantomowa) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@bt_uk can someone help me with my wifi?

  • lauraj_cook Laura Cook (@lauraj_cook) reported from Tiffield, England

@bt_uk I will DM our account details but as in my original tweet we are pub (already horrendously struggling this last year) and we lost hundreds of pounds last night and Friday though the incompetence of your service… THIS CANNOT CONTINUE

  • markwilsonit Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

  • gregduffield Greg (@gregduffield) reported from Hanslope, England

@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

@bt_uk increasing my broadband price by nearly £10 per month taking it to £76 per month but I can get the same package as a new customer for £55. I’ll be calling you guys to cancel soon, No loyalty. Then @EE also send me an increase. World is going mad.

  • SteveyAsp Steve Aspinall ❤️💙 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@SteveyAsp) reported

It's good to see BTSport have a decent football build up instead of that SoccerAm ****.

  • RadarRadar Alan R Adair (@RadarRadar) reported from Hounslow, England

@btsport I am tired of signing in every time I switch on my TV. Every time. Just once I’d like to sit down, point my remote and watch the sport instead of QR codes, passwords, IDs and six digit numbers in associated devices.

  • HollieBuss Hollie (@HollieBuss) reported

@bt_uk We have someone coming tomorrow but I've lost count on the visits from them. It's stupid now.

  • 123SmithVicky Vikwa123 (@123SmithVicky) reported

@bt_uk what's happening in Warrington? Broadband is down. Been told there is an issue in the area but no one else seems to have an issue when looking online. Was working fine this morning went down at lunch time and still not back on

  • FDormo Forever Dormo (@FDormo) reported

@cambtweetlaw 7am only exists in February 2023 so that, when the alarm goes off, the cricket coverage on BTSport from New Zealand can be switched on, together with the kettle for a pot of tea. Such an hour never existed when studying Law @Selwyn1882 all those decades ago. Perish the thought!

  • JaseyRae1996x Jasey (@JaseyRae1996x) reported

@btsport sort out your ******* **** website! Why give people an option to watch online if the stream just stops every 2 mins and says there's a problem viewing the content? Get a grip and sort it, for once actually do something good for your customers if you're capable of that

  • simonparkerpt Simon Parker (@simonparkerpt) reported

@btsportwwe @btsport To bad your app won’t load smackdown on my tv just keeps playing the next available video

  • Steffmcd80 Steven McD (@Steffmcd80) reported

@bt_uk my broadband going up £10 per month its a disgrace people are struggling with heating and the likes all you companies are the same only interested in profits never mind if customers are struggling 😡

  • BDubleYou Brian Waters (@BDubleYou) reported

@bt_uk All good thanks. Just hope the team can reduce the clicks and bobble for me. I use it heavily to monitor who has been calling. Bookmarking you would think would help, but doesn’t.
