I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

John Hanchett (@JHanchett) reported@bt_uk My set up from the box is: Hdmi to TV. Optical Out to Sound System. TV volume set to 0. All sound is played via the Sound System (optical out). ALL live channels and ALL streaming/catch up services working fine - ACCEPT ITV Hub. No sound signal being sent to the optical.
