    @bt_uk Hello, my mobile was due to be delivered today, and my service switched to yourselves. But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

    @bt_uk I’m so frustrated with your service. My internet dropping out frequently and now my hub password not being recognised. I’ve tried to fix this on your app. Nothing.

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @BTCare how are you meant to organise cancelling a service when 1 you’re on hold for nearly an hour then get cut off 2 when you eventually speak to someone they have an error on screen and will ring you straight back…but don’t!!! 3 hours later still no call back!!!!

    @virginmedia This is literally the worst customer service. I have been hung up on 5 times by your cancellation team over the past hour. This is on top of you constantly pushing back the installation date so @bt_uk sorted us out within 2 days. You are a joke.

    After 4+ years of defrauding and overcharging for our home broadband subscription whilst ignoring our complaints, @bt_uk have the audacity to send a bill to this flat for £21.07 claiming that our service stopped on 24 June whereas it was transferred to @TalkTalk in Dec last year

    @bt_uk Ironically my internets so slow it won't perform the search on the web page. fibre to the cabinet but it is too far from the houses.have investigated the options available. BT wanted over £11000 to sort it out using a gov subsidy. Still doesn't answer my question on unfair costs
