    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the offer, but I already downloaded, renamed and printed the statement pages I needed. Please ask your techies to fix the actual problem by April 2020: change the name to f the downloaded file to the statement date not today’s date. Thanks

    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    @bt_uk Hello, my mobile was due to be delivered today, and my service switched to yourselves. But when I track my order it's showing not despatched but still saying my service should start today...... dpd were the delivery agent but have heard nothing from them....

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk Please could you advise the correct procedure to lodge a formal GDPR complaint. As you have failed to act when informed that your incorrect record keeping has led to a breach of my data which puts me at increased risk of ID theft.

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    My btconnect email gets hacked yesterday. So far spent 50 minutes holding and talking to people who can’t help @BT first I’m told it’s a business email, but business department can’t find it. Just been given yet another number. Why’s it so tricky?? @bt_uk

    @NatTheNocturnal @bt_uk Now Cinema is basically Sky Cinema, you could likely get fibre and full range of Sky + cinema for £20 less. If it's broadband only. Both Virgin and Sky should be nearly half your current price for the same speed. Rn you're paying the equivalent of a 1gig down price from Virgin

    @bt_uk sales advisor missold me a contract, called up to cancel, new advisor said they'd call me the following day but didn't. Now on hold again on the phone having had to call back myself. Losing my patience with BT's customer service

    @Forces_TV rapidly becoming one of the best channels on TV but alas it's no longer showing on the BT box because of weak signal in the Sunderland area so cannot watch, or record anything for catch-up later. Is this a transmitter issue? @bt_uk Still getting it via Freeview on TV

    @VodafoneUK , @bt_uk - I dont own the line, just resolve amongst you two what went wrong in the process! why penalise me? & if there is process issues, work together to have a transparent moving process so customers like me don't suffer.
