@bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

@bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

Common sense does not prevail so everyone loses out. @btsport want to charge me an activation fee when I didn’t ask for my subscription to be cancelled in the first place. I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

@bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

@bt_uk The landline is my parents only form of communication, they do not own mobile phones, so this situation leaves them very vulnerable. I live in the same street and have Virgin phone line with no issues at all.

@bt_uk the new router has not fixed the issue at all. I NEED AN ENGINEER. Why is it so hard to do that? All I need is an actual trained human to come and look at the wiring, figure out where the issue is, and fix it. NOT in 3 weeks time, ASAP, or I’m going to switch provider.

@bt_uk As a BT customer, I redeemed my PS5 offer code 6 weeks ago. It says so under “my offers” at bottom of the page. So should work for other customers. Thus using an MS Windows laptop
