@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

Saturday I had the best customer service when I called @bt_uk. He asked me to stay on the line to do the customer survey after, I said of course I'd love to give him positive reviews, then I hung up instinctively after we said bye. I feel so bad I'm still thinking about it 💔😭

1/2 Cute things @bt_uk have done in my first month: cut off my service cos my (£15) bill was late, charged me for cables that don’t fit into my computer (to improve their bad service) that they said were free, charged me a late fee for the £15 bill
